The security guard at the building on Friday evening ( as he refused to give his name or the company that he works for so can file a complaint) was extremely rude to us and raised his voice for no reason.... we were just taking and important call and because outside was very cold we stayed between the two doors a outside of the actual building when he shouted at us to get out... I akse why? He said don t ask any questio and treated us with no respect and just because he can... I told him to be polite and he eve shouted more to get out... I told him I will find a way to complain about him... people with authorities are definitely not allowed to be aggressive toward others and treat people without respect... I wish I knew the security company because Someone needs to let him know of his behaviour...

Me: "I m not providing that private information on Twitter other than to say it is_________ and that my complaint has been submitted to the CRTC who has made it public with you. It s on record. You know about it already. Just tell your higher ups to deal with it. In the meantime, where do I send the bill? I m trying to regrow what your people did to my front lawn."
Bell: "I'm sorry that you feel this way, however, I cannot send this off to our escalations team, without the information. :) ^CC"

Bell: "I'd be more than happy to help you, however, as mentioned, I do need the information to escalate. And I will thank you to keep this professional!"
Me: "If someone leaves your lawn all torn up and ruined and leaves it like that for over 7 months with you having to pay out of your own pocket, then well, let's see how well you would keep it "professional". I don't care if you escalate it or not. Because of your attitude, the complaint with CRTC stands. They said they will do something if you don't. I look forward to that. And I completely hate you guys for what you did. You have a lot of gall. Why don't you give me your name, address and all your personal information too? It seems you have no problem asking me so I am sure you would feel ok doing the same thing. You know, keep it "professional", right? Enjoy your review. More coming and on the way. I would have given zero stars if I could have! Terrible organization and customer service. Sorry to researching customers for the long review but they re honestly a terrible company I would never go back to. Would rather be without tv/internet than put up with bell again.
I signed up for a bundle (internet, tv and data for a tablet). Was supposed to get the PVR receiver for free for a year ($15/month was waved for adding the tablet).
Bell has 2 separate departments (1 deals with tv and internet and 1 with phone/data). Anytime there was something I needed to call with I would be transferred back and forth and no one could ever deal with the concern. This also caused the bundle to never truly be a bundle since neither department could see the info from the other departments (ie tv couldn t see I had a data plan). Someone in store noticed that I had actually been charged for the PVR. Bell also jacked up my monthly billing when I was in a contract so I decided to cancel my tv and data and just stick with internet (I was forced to stay with them since they covered my area)
When calling head office, I had several cust. Service reps said they also noticed it and would transfer me from person to person and between departments to correct it. When I called and asked to speak to retention I was sent to regular staff who had no authorities (caught them in the lie). Numerous times they even said they don t have any managers so I couldn t talk to anyone above them.
Finally got ahold of someone who I thought was decent to talk to and they couldn t find ANY documentation from conversations with other employees. There should be ample documentation! This person finally said they saw the issue and would correct it but instead I ended up being charged even more (my bill was now doubled when they actually owed me). I also had on my bill they would send it to a collector and thus my credit would begin to be affected.
Again I called to fix this and they once again promised to fix it and assured it would not be sent to a collector.
Next I started getting harassing calls from the collector agency!!!! Not only had I been dealing with annoying phone calls, but now my credit was being affected for something that was not my fault. Obviously I completely cancelled my services with them at this point. I couldn t stand being with them any longer. I even got a credit back from the internet because I had cancelled part way through a month (just another point to prove I pay what I owe, I am not out to scam the company, plus they don t pay attention to their customers because they re sending money to someone they are claiming owes them money).
I told the collector agency what had happened and they said they would transfer me to the proper Bell rep and Bell never answered the calls.
The after almost a year of dealing with these reps, Bell has transferred to another collector agency. The last lady that called me was the rudest person I had ever talked to in my life and said they would knock some of the cost off of the bill as long as I never go back to Bell ever again as a customer. Are you serious? I would never want to go back to Bell but especially not after that comment. They clearly do not care about their customers. FYI the credit brought the amount to around the original amount they charged me before the rep (the one I thought was possibly going to be Decent to talk to) charged me extra. She called me while I was out of the country and demanded I paid the bill over the phone. She tried to give me a credit but then realized a better credit was sent in the mail to me and said I could pay that. The next day she called me again and yelled at me for not calling her back with the confirmation number that the bill was paid. When I reminded her I was out of the country and didn t have anything to write down the price and that she said there was a bill (which I never got) she very condescendingly told me it was an easy number to remember (it was not a round number like $75 or $100) and I should have paid it already.

I called to cancel my land line and the representative starting asking a number of personal questions. My reasons for cancelling the service are not important. I specifically requested cancelling the line in which the representative refused to do unless I answered his questions. I refused to answer is questions and despite asking him several times to escalate the matter to the manager, he refused. Combined, I spend over $600 with Bell on services and this is the kind of service I receive. Bell can read their logs for today at 1:00. Maybe time to move all my business to Rogers.

Bell s biggest problem is the lack of trained experienced people on their switchboard. The left hand rarely knows what the right is doing. You end up so exasperated you just go somewhere else. No one needs the stress of dealing with this company.

I would of given them no stars if I could. I have been with bell and they have no clue what customer service is or loyalty. They "flag" and profile accounts and escalate them to customer service reps that do not know the art of communication and that is to listen. One night I was passed to 6 different reps on the phone for over 2 hours over an in-store ticket price error which they did not honour. I was told that their store is a "virtual " and that prices would be honoured on the website. The last time I checked, in Canada if there is a pricing error on a product it must be honoured. It was Not. It was not a matter of the 100 dollar difference but the way they dismiss people. Tv and home lines will be first to go.....next the four mobility lines. Thank you to the scrooges and incompetency of phone service reps at bell!!! I will be posting my experience on my blog.
