My boyfriend and I have been here twice. First time the place was packed they only had one bartender on staff and we had to wait for 40 minutes for a drink. Service at the snack counter was clueless and after our food was delivered to our seats we had no utensils and had no way to notify staff without leaving the movie. The second time the place was empty and our service at the restaurant was poor, we were served the wrong food and everything that did make it to the table was cold. Again, service at the snack counter was clueless and our bag of popcorn was barely half full.

This place is awesome! Brand new theater with table service! Great seats that recline back and state of the art screens and sound. We just saw John Wick 3 and it was the perfect movie to see on the big screen. All kinds of food choices and a bar to eat and drink at before or after the movie. A matinee ticket was $10 what else could you ask for.

A beautiful theater in a great location. Comfy power reclining seats. Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend! The movie started about 10 minutes after the posted start time which is nice. Not a whole unnecessary half hour of previews.

I ve been lucky enough to have the O Neils running cinemas in my hometown since I was a little kid. I grew up with their original theater in Londonderry, NH (now an AMC) and I was thrilled to hear they were opening one in Littleton.

As always they have gone the extra mile and this is the go-to for me now. I even gave up going to see Jordan s IMAX in favor for more comfortable and easily accessible DLX.

The prices for tickets and food are very reasonable. I haven t tried the food delivery yet, soon...

I think this is by far one of the best movie theaters I have ever been too! But there are a few consistent annoyances within the movie theaters, for one example the movie didn't start because there were a bit to much advertisements. One time, it was because the screen wasn't even on. But now on to the numerous good things I have to say about this place, the first thing is it is honestly beautiful and always has a nice movie selection for kids and adults! The next thing is the nice staff, they have feelings but they have their moments. The seats are leather and can keep you cozy and you could probably go to sleep in them! They are amazing and retractable. The food however is overpriced, just because it's a movie theater. The screen is always amazing though, I remember going to see something with some Grand Screen something? It was just beautiful and amazing. Along with everything else, because of the few negativities I rated it an honest four stars, without those it would've been five. Once again, good job.

Love love love this theater! Reclining chairs and in-cinema service. A little pricey by definitely worth it!!!! My husband took me to see Bohemian Rhapsody and of course I sang the whole time lol! Perfect place for a date night, family outing or even a company event. There's a nice restaurant/bar next to the confessions that is so modern and sophisticated. The staff is nice, very prompt a willing to get things done for you. Do yourself a favor and go to O'Neill Cinemas!!!

Ok, I love O 'Neil Cinama in Littleton. But, my wife and I love to enjoy dinner and a movie as well as a martini. We are both "one and done" so our cocktail is important. The restaurant is good but, no mood lighting, you would think your on stage as the lighting is so bright...so we nix eating there. Cocktails whilel you watch a movie, how novel. Well, lets do the math....2 Martin's $28,00. Oh yes a tip I'm sorry I have to leave one, it's not the helps fault... big tipper at the bar $2 bucks. $30.00 ok that's fair. Then when you think of it I need to deducted $2.00 each cocktail for plastic and a stamp on your hand....Then Deduct another $2.00 each for a very stingy pour. Do the math a better value would have been $22.00...for two.... it's a shame that at a 3:30 matinee I felt over charged.... Another nail in a great concept and business model.... Oh a graeatly reducuced staff so they saved money there. Pass it along to your loyal customers

Really nice theater, clean, new, nice recliners with dine in service. However this is becoming more and more popular and easy to find. I was hoping to get something extraordinary to set it apart from the others. I did not. The first time I went they were out of almost everything on the menu. Ok it happens I gave them a second chance. Second time I went the fire alarm goes off ten minutes from the end of the movie. Again it happens but when they let us back in after they start the movie up with no sound so you miss the end anyway. O and they give you nothing as an apology. I gave them a third and final chance yesterday and they frisked is like we were going through TSA at the airport. You aren't sneaking anything in. My friend had to surrender her water bottle or bring it back to the car. Which is fine whatever. But after we were paid to buy their ridiculously priced food and drinks mine was so burnt beyond belief I couldn't eat it. Can't complain because your movie has now started and you spent a lot of money on the ticket as well. Needless to say this theater is not worth the hassle. There are enough other dine in theaters in the area.

First-class movie going experience. My only complaint is the lack of independent/foreign/classic films. I understand it is tough with only 8 screens. Once a week there should be an Indie Pick or a Classic Pick showing. Even if it's just one time slot.

The seats are very comfortable in the dlx thearter. The surround sound is awesome.
The food is crazy expensive. A box of m&ms was $4.75 and a large drink was $6.75. The matinee ticket was $13 for the deluxe cinema. Unless there is a groupon for this place you can spend about $100 for a family of four. It is not worth that and you can find cheaper place for sure.

WOW! This movie theater is fabulous! People here are so friendly, very clean place, seats are so comfortable. They serve margaritas. I don't think it can get any better than this. Never going to another movie theater again.

Too good too be true, me and my friends thought that we would treat ourselves to see a movie the best way possible, DLX. Their biggest screen with recliners. Now first off I work at regal entertainment group ok New York so I'm used to this but the only issue they had was the sound. In that specific theatre (not all I'm hoping!) had Dolby atoms with no center channel speaker . Meaning that you can either hear dialogue on one side or the other, even if you sit in the middle like we did. It's very irritating and noticeable for movie goers like me and they need to fix that issue. And thier popcorn taste weird so this is a brand new theatre and I hope they fix those issues quick

Great popcorn, great service, normal movie theater prices, the theaters themselves are amazing. The seats are reclinable, and they have tray tables. The rows are spaced out so no matter how tall the person in front of you is, you get a perfect view of the screen.

I love the Littleton location. It's about 20 mins from my house. Never a bad seat in any theater and very comfortable as well! Food is delivered to your seat so no waiting for it in the concession area. I have to say though the concessions and food are pretty pricey but that is at any movie theater. But they do try and make up for that on discount Tuesdays. Which I have gone to the movies many times on a Tuesday. Only one negative that really bothers me is the rewards/loyalty program is not interactive enough. It does not interactive easily with your phone with the concessions. And you cannot use your free tickets you've earned online when booking your movie on the website. You have to go into the theater and order your tickets that way to use your free movie points. If they make that more interactive then this theater would be 100% my go to theater!

Girlfriend and I visited O Neil recently to see Solo and we both agreed it was the best movie theater experience either of us have had. Started with a late lunch at the restaurant. Food was very good, hummus platter was a bit heavy on the chips and light on the vegetables, but that s more of a personal preference so I can t fault them for that. Watched the movie in one of the DLX theaters and it was incredible. The Dolby Atmos sound system blew us away, the seats were amazing, the the rows were far enough apart vertically that it felt like we were the only people there. The staff, from our waitress to all of the ushers, were all very friendly helpful. Unfortunately I am moving soon so I will be unable to visit often, but if not for that, O Neil Cinemas would definitely be my go to place!

The staff was very helpful. Seats are comfortable and prices are typical. A nice movie theater, especially compared to most. Nice for a night out with friends at The Point, although you may not want to get the theater food

I was a little worried about going to this cinema since I have been let down by others in the pass. To my surprise I have to say this place is the type of place I see myself visiting again multiple times. Very very happy with my visit. Everything was just wonderful. The staff, the seating, the location, the beautiful inviting entrance, the food, the service, just wonderful. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely the best theater in the area. They have booze and real food, will deliver to your seat. Seats are extremely comfortable and spaced out. Can't think of anything bad about this place. Night and day compared to the AMC/Regal.

The ease of buying tickets was amazing. Also, it was quite cheap;6$ a ticket. I guess I like the comfy chair seating but it makes it seem that there are hundreds of people buying tickets. However, the seats take up tons if space. The real negatuvesl the fact that I had to change my baby's diaper next to the sink instead of having a baby changing table. That was just horrible.

It would be five stars if it wasn't so expensive, or maybe I'm just that old, lol. But its a very comfortable theater...motorized reclining, cushy seats, reserved seating, and kiosks in the lobby to make things easier.

We attended a movie during the day on a weekend, and it was not very busy, so that made our experience especially nice! The staff were friendly and professional. The theater itself was really comfortable, and the seats are amazingly comfortable with trays that fold over you for your soda. I would drive out of my way just to see a movie at this theater!

Unclear to the staff when the bar opens. Apparently it's 3 if the bartender arrives on time. Exit sign illumination disrupts the coloring on screen. Soundproofing between theaters needs improvement.

Best theater in I've ever been to. Recliners...space, unless some idiot decides to sit next to you when there are at least a hundred other seats. God...!!!! Don't you hate that.? But that's not the theaters fault. Shoulda brought more friends so I could sit with people who I do know.

The downside of this theater is you need to purchase tickets online if you want to guarantee a seat. You can show up at the box office to find out the tickets to a popular movie were sold out days ago.

(Update) Theater followed up on review and made modifications to the LEDs

This place is really nice however they used VERY bright LEDs to illuminate the steps when the theater is dark so if you re on the end and reclined it is extremely distracting due to the glare. Almost ruins the experience

I should have known when we were told that there w...

I should have known when we were told that there was neither pizza (none, of any sort -- and that's easily 25% of their menu!) nor macaroni and cheese, that food service was going to be an issue. This was an 8pm show, and it is really unreasonable to be out of so much of your menu at that hour. Nevertheless, my party of 4 managed to order well over $60 worth of food, including an appetizer and a burger, plus lots of popcorn and cold, frozen and hot beverages. We finally got the burger about 10 minutes after 10 -- yes, 2 hours after we ordered it. It was not the right burger (plain, just burger, bun and cheese). It had lettuce and tomato. I took it out of the theater and asked for another one, made correctly. The first server argued with me that the slip hadn't specified that. (Perhaps not, not being a expert in their system, and not getting said slip until I also got the burger ...) The next one interjected and said 5 or 6 minutes and they'd deliver the burger, I didn't need to wait or come back. Great, except the burger arrived very quickly on a bun that tasted like tomato.

The shrimp appetizer was simply pathetic. It wasn't warm and it was served with stale toast bites. The frozen beverage was not as frozen as it ought to have been.

The cold beverage center was a highlight, well organized and easy to operate. The popcorn was excellent.

We'd already had to exit the theater due to a fire alarm (the second of the evening, the first had delayed our entrance by 20 minutes) and spent 25 minutes in the parking lot while that was cleared. Then, our theater was the last to be restarted "because our theater didn't have another show".

Excuse me, but I believe we'd all paid a premium to be in that theater.

Bottom line: the facility is beautiful, the seats are comfortable, but until they get their service act together, I'll keep bringing the majority of my theater business (and all meal eating) to Chunky's -- when they screw up -- they fix it.

Theater was clean and comfortable, the only disappointment that evening was seeing a supervisor reprimand the clerk who was serving me, in front of me and all the other customers. (The clerk did nothing wrong that I could see, so it must have been for something prior. Still, it was unprofessional to perform this act publicly, and when there was a long line behind me.)

The kiosk is not able to display ticket options after scanning rewards card, it just shows blank screen (the part where it is supposed to ask me how many tickets I'm buying)

It works fine if I try to purchase tickets without scanning my rewards card.

It is almost the theater's 1st birthday, can you please fix this for us kiosk users?

We were ignored trying to order drinks and a snack before the movie at the lounge. The owner came in and was served immediately. I mentioned to the manager it was a little rude and his response was that's the owner. Wife was upset and did not want anything after that so we went to see the move.

During the movie I ordered food and drink at the concession stand they said it would be delivered, we never received our food.

The movie was good, seating comfortable
