We've had 2 bad experiences with the service dept. This last time, we scheduled some recall service a week ago. Got to the dealership at the scheduled time and they inform us that the parts are not there. No phone call, no email, nothing. This after loading my entire family of four into 2 cars and driving 25 minutes from West Arvada on a Saturday morning. My wife was furious! All the technician said was "Sorry" and "I don't know why the lady didn't notify you". Well that's not good enough. Businesses live and die these days on customer service and yours is not up to standards. I will vote with my dollar and go to another Ford dealer in the future. Service dept communication with customers needs a major overhaul.
