Classic Irish-American pub. Great service, excellent food with friendly, attentive service. This place felt like the model for every great Irish pub you've ever seen on a TV show or in a movie, but better, and in real life!

Highlights were great service, friendly staff and nice cold beers. Decor was nice for a local community pub. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. Mediocre Ruben sandwich, was quite dry and skimpy on the craut. Wife had a burger, which was just okay also. If you go, enjoy the drinks and good service, but look elsewhere if you have a more sophisticated palate, food wise.

The place is very nice, we eat well I had an Irish stew that looked a bit like a pot in the fire, really very good. The fries are good there, the beer hehe in quantity on the Irish map requires :) 2 steps from the emblematic one tower the imprint is present .. We imagine that they had to taste the dust during the dramatic attack from 2001, their t-shirts are engraved with them. Enjoy it all.

Food was amazing, portions were well worth it for the price and given the busy holiday season, the staff made sure we got a table nice and quick! The only reason I gave one less star is because we asked our server 3 times for glasses of water and she failed to bring us any.

This is my second time here. I'm grilling octopus and ribeye steak tonight. Both are amazing. However, steak is the best steak I have ever had in my life. The service is fast and the food is incredible. I called the manager to come and tell her amazing food. The dessert is also great.

Went in to shelter from the rain and found a great bar. Beer and sliders good. Popular with PD & FD - huge collection of patches on the wall. 911 memorial book is worth a look - an insight in pictures from a locals viewpoint. Owner welcomed us in and spoke again when leaving - friendly place.

This is such a cool place to have lunch!! Staff is so friendly. They're right across the street from the 911 Memorial. It's a place where a lot of the firemen have lunch. I had friends visiting from CA who's a fireman and fights the forest fires in CA. They were so welcoming and shared stories. They let him put a t shirt on the ceiling. (There's no more room on the walls). A lot of fireman trade patches and t shirts there. They're posted on all the walls. Fireman have come from all over the world. The food was delicious! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. They're hand pressed not frozen patties. The wait staff was very helpful with the menu and any questions we had. Prices are reasonable. It does get busy. Definitely a great place to have lunch and you don't have to be a fire fighter. I will be back the next time I'm in that area.

Awesome pub/restaurant. Staff is amazingly friendly. You have to check it out. Ask to see the 911 memorial book. All to real to see how close it hits to home. 5 stars on everything. Bartender Nick is superb. Chipotle chicken sandwich is delicious.

It is conveniently located next to the Memorial 911. The room for this place is large, comfortable, the waiters are polite and quick to service. The prices are reasonable. The bar is open until late. The food is delicious, the dishes are not small. The only thing is that at lunch the whole restaurant is completely full, all the tables and all the seats at the bar are occupied. Therefore, if you are planning, it is better to book a table or not get on this watch. And so - I recommend!

Wonderful little pub right across the street from the 9/11 memorial. When we got there, it was packed and we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait for 2 of us. They ended up finding us a table in 10 minutes and we had our food a few minutes after we ordered. The burgers are incredible!! Highly recommend.

This place was destined to be at Ground Zero by the Lord himself. I can't imagine a better place to survive the attacks Of 9/11, and THEN take care of our hero's who responded. Hat's off to the best bar I have ever entered, for So Many reasons!

Great Irish pub with badges of police and military from all around the world! A very extensive liquor menu and the shepherds pie and Irish stew was a hit! Busy but not too loud to hear a conversation as the tables were spaced out. Would recommend calling ahead to see spaces as it was quite busy!

Firefighter/law enforcement bar bearing patches from every responding team to the rescue/recovery after the events of 9/11. My favorite place for food and drink in Lower Manhattan- great food, great atmosphere, great staff and owner, nice beer selection, all at an affordable price for the city.

This is a must visit place, especially if your in public safety, the bar is filled with patches from all over the world. It s right across the street from the trade centers memorial. I was there on 9/11 2016, what an experience. The owner is a very nice guy and is also former public safety.
Go visit.

A great New York bar. Perfect for a post-9/11 memorial lunch or dinner, as the bar was closed for seven months as a result of the attack, but when it reopened, it became a sanctuary for Ground Zero workers.

That aside, it's worth a trip in its own right thanks to the value, quality and hospitality.

It's a great bar in the world's greatest city.

Perfect to a Happy Hour. What a love most was the photo on the wall inside the bar. They took a pic with the pieces of the building and from street when everything happens in 09/11. It's pretty touching! :'(

The beer was expensive, but the place itself deserves 5 stars.

Being a visitor and having just had dinner with friends, I wandered aimlessly around to find a suitable place to have a quiet beer. A fellow patron asked me where I was from after calling a guy "sir", expecting me to be southern (I am). "I'm from right here," he said, pointing at the ground. He has lived across the street from the World Trade Center in a building that remained standing after 9/11. Being from a small town, I don't really expect residents of large cities to feel a deep-rooted pride for where they live. This guy did; his face told me what he didn't have to say. The event that shook the entire world happened across the street from him. O'Hara's taught me that a city doesn't have to be small to have a community.
