This Planned Parenthood goes above and beyond to provide incredible care and comfort to each one of their patients. I cannot speak more highly of the staff that assisted me the other day! I will definitely be returning here.

The staff at the front desk were VERY dismissive and rude. It was my first and last visit. I picked this location because it was closer to me than the Planned Parenthood in Northeast Philadelphia but I rather take the drive to actually be helped!
2 hour wait to go in the back then an hour and change till I am actually seen. If your appointment isn't the first few then don't go.
The past two months coming here has improved. I use to hate coming hear because the workers wouldn't talk to me hardly or anything. Today I walked in at 9, Amy the manager let me in, she was great! She talked to me while she was working and putting my information into the system! She interacted with me and that's always nice especially early in the morning! She made this visit 10x better, she has great customer service and I wish everyone there were like her! I would reccommed this plan parenthood to anyone!
This is a very friendly office. Sometimes the wait can be extremely long.
I've been going to PP since I was 16 years old. They are my forever gynecologist they are attentive and thorough. Going to a reg Dr, you have to wait to be seen at PP they always get an appt for you ASAP.
This place had Plenty staff members about 2 doc on the clock and they still managed to take about 2 hrs to just call my name this isn't rite make sure to pack popcorn n soda for your long wait... I'm staying in Bensalem or Bristol area better they are fast and great staff as well
It's no surprise they have such a low rating. Rude staff, and terrible wait times. Prepare to be here for 3-4 hours for an appointment that should only take 10-15 min.
Planned Parenthood offers a variety of services from screenings for cancers and stds. If your a person of limited means it offers a number of services that have nothing to do with the politically inflammatory issues. Check the website to see if they can help you.
i got my ab here like 1 month ago. i loved my doctor (i wish i could remember her name). everyone in the room with me was very supportive and i appreciated it so much considering i came by myself. had no complications afterwards either other than the norm. very trustworthy place.
The staff is completely rude and inconsiderate. My appointment was for 12:00pm and it is now 4:30pm & they re telling me I have to wait another 2 hours. The staff is unprofessional and the facility is dirty. I feel so bad for anyone who has to deal with this location. I m disgusted.
It was awful, they made me and my friend wait over an hour until we finally gave up and walked out, appointment was at 330 we left at 450. There was not even anyone at the front desk to ask how much longer we were going to need to wait. This also was on a tuesday afternoon in an almost empty waiting room. Completely ridiculous.
I booked an appointment weeks in advance. Upon arrival I am told my wait will be three to four hours due to double booking. I ask them how this happened. They tell me they have no control over their online booking. That is untrue. If they wanted to they could prevent over booking. There was a woman in there who was still waiting on an appointment from yesterday morning. I wanted to come here because it supports a good cause. A good cause is not a place that can not manage to perscribe birth control within three hours.
