Loved the Atmosphere! Good food & drink. Service was excellent. Patches show the respect & support for FDNY, NYPD & all 1st responders. God Bless America!
I would go to the city just to eat at O'Haras Restaurant and Pub NYC. Food was good, staff was fantastic and the atmosphere was AWESOME!!!
I haven't been there in about 20 years and experience is the same, one of the best Irish pub in all of Manhattan!
I can't say enough about this place. As a fireman and as a customer this place absolutely rocks!! The service and friendly staff make it what it is. I can't wait to go back!!
Stopped by there with my wife on our first night in NYC. Great spot. The bartender Paul brought out his photo album and showed us some shots of the destruction and damage that the 9/11 attacks had on the bar and the area overall. Very powerful stuff. Great fish and chips. Thanks for a wonderful time
Don t go everything about being at this place doesn t work the staff is rude. What more can I say the security guard was mean. This place isn t worth the over priced beer and down right rude muscle at the door intimidating woman... just don t bother it s not worth it .
Best burger in Manhattan? It's beyond possible. It's probable!! Add a draft Guinness and you've now entered through the gates of food heaven. Welcome to paradise.
Typical Irish pub. Cute but nothing special. Needless to mention the menu, that is the same everywhere: hamburgers, french fries, and the like.
All of the menu items are super yummy. Everyone at this place is so cheerful. The happy vibe of this place makes it a really good experience.
Stopped in for a quick bite before our 9/11 Memorial ticket time and was so happy my husband selected this place! The owner greeted us and grabbed stools for our children while we waited about 20-30 minutes for a table. He and his staff are by far the best I have seen since being in NYC. They were friendly and efficient. The food was hot and the beers were cold. I normally don t take the time to review but if you are in the area and want to have some great food in an awesome atmosphere and have actual friendly interactions with the staff this is your place!! Oh and the story of this place is incredible. Ask the staff to see their photo book from 9/11. We will be back every time we come to NYC!!
Good food and drink but it's generally the same menu in most similar bars good atmosphere
Any Emergency Services, First Responders or Military should support for their efforts after 911. Don't forget to bring a patch for their walls ceilings or any empty space you can find.
Place was PACKED. But they handle it really well. Didn't wait for a thing. Good food. Good beer.
Very cozy (dining) bar near the 9/11 memorial. Also a place where many local people come for socializing. The food was good and not too much money.
The pastrami in the Ruben sandwich I ordered was so tough, I couldn't chew it. Ended up taking half the meat off. It was awful. Only one of us in my party actually liked their food I was there with four other people I was traveling with for business and the bar tender about had a fit when we asked for separate checks (before ordering). Skip this restaurant, there are plenty of others close by.
Always love visiting O'Hara's when in town. As usual, it did not disappoint. Great food and service!
What can you say about this place? Hallowed ground neighborhood joint that first responders and true NY crowds come hang out for a beer, watch the game, connect and take a load off after a busy day. It has magic and mystique - great sense of local culture.
O'Hara's is my favorite downtown bar, cold beer, great food, and amazing service!
Authentically atmospheric FDNY hangout, a stone's throw from the 9/11 memorial. Good choice of beers.
We are from Texas and enjoyed the atmosphere and food.
Great pub for a beer and good. Staff was wonderful!
For a few times I got stuck in the city because of work or snowstorms I would go to O Hara s and order myself a martini before heading up to the hotel. The pub at the right place and right time. What else can you ask for.
The burger salad! Was good I would have loved some butter lettuce and maybe chopped a little smaller . That Burger though... AMAZING!!
Best place to unwind with a beer and good burgers. The place is always crowded and people are nice. Lots of random conversations and impromptu dancing
O'Hara's was recommended to us, and it was awesome! Excellent service, good food, great vibe. Family friendly, to. Harrison was awesome.
Wonderful place. Good food and friendly atmosphere. Thanks for a good time.
