The tree was beautiful, and the customer service could not have been better! This was our first year ordering from them and we will use them again next year for sure... Great company!

We had an amazing experience with NYC Trees and will definitely be using them each year. They brought us our tree right on time, even giving us a phone call when they were on the way. The tree they brought was absolutely perfect. They were professional, friendly and kind. They set up the tree for us with the stand and the skirt, watered the tree, and gave us instructions of how to best maintain it. I highly recommend NYC trees!!!!

Simple process, outstanding customer service as I had to move my delivery date due to a last second flight and they figured out a way to deliver it on the day they had over 200 deliveries scheduled. They promised and delivered it!! Delivery guys were professional, they gave me tree care instructions, and even cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend them!

very disappointed. the customer service is nice but to pay 130+10 tip for a tiny trip was ripoff. I thought they were going to bring my a beautiful tree but it was small and just at 4.3-5. I ordered a 5ft but I guess they think that 5ft is in the stand. I could of gone to whole foods and gotten a 6ft tree for 50-60$ and use my own stand.

We had a delivery slot of 8pm to 11pm. At 5:45pm I was told the tree was going to be delivered early and I had 5 minutes to let them know or would incur a $30 rescheduling charge. Really!? They changed the time with minimal notice and are going to charge me. Use a different company as I now will.

Very impressed with NYC Trees!! I bought the tree without seeing it and it was perfect, very full. The delivery was complimentary and the guys were very professional and fast. I will definitely order from here again next year.

How can I begin to describe my service from NYC trees? Excellent? Extraordinary? Convenient? AMAZING?! This was my first year wanting a Christmas tree-- not just any tree, a real one. I had expectations! Needless to say, I also wanted a great deal. NYC Trees delivered all of that. Installation, tree base, tree, delivery, and skirt for one very great price. I was skeptical. Normally, I find myself compromising between beauty and and price. Guys, I kid you not, when this tree came in through my door, I almost cried. It was beautiful!!!! This tree looks as if it was taken from my imagination and brought into my living room. Pictures do not do it justice. The customer service was incredible. Anytime I had questions or concerns, NYC Trees went above and beyond to accommodate me. If you want to make the holidays easier, just buy from NYC trees. You wont regret it.

We just got our Christmas tree delivered and, just like every year, it is perfect and the delivery was impeccable. The tree is truly picture perfect. Excellent company.

Was hesitant to order a tree online sight unseen. But read the great reviews and decided I'd try it. Nothing more New York than getting stuff delivered. Tree is great - very beautiful and full. They ran out of the smaller sizes I guess so they gave me a bigger one at no extra charge. I loved the upfront pricing, no surprises. Delivery guy was wonderful, explained how to keep the tree fresh. He set it up, watered the tree and arranged the skirt. Lovely experience. Give it a try.

We had an amazing experience with NYC Trees! Rob and Mike are total gems - the first tree they delivered was a little too big for our office so they returned the SAME DAY with a smaller tree. It was cold, I'm sure they had additional deliveries, but they were so accommodating and even passed along tips to keep our tree thriving over the next few weeks. If you need a tree this is definitely the place to get it from!

We love NYC Trees! This is our first time ordering from them. The tree is exactly what we asked for. It s healthy, fresh, with a strong fragrance, and beautiful needles. They were attentive to our requests for size and shape so we got the perfect tree for our space! Delivery was excellent. They were efficient, clean and friendly. They went above and beyond to satisfy special needs for our particular delivery. We plan to use this service again next year!

Had to erase my last review, within an hour or two of posting a review of a tree that wasn't so aesthetically pleasing to me, NYCTREES called, and texted me to inform me that they'd be on their way to my area and would give us another tree. That's pretty amazing service.

This company is reliable and helped to cheer up Christmas. They were professional at all levels.

Great communication from start to finish. Prompt email responses, a text when they re on the way with a tracking link to see real-time truck location, and then a call on arrival. Delivery guys are so nice, timely, wore masks, and followed my request with zero problems. Ordered a 6 tree (actual height is closer to 7 !) and it s gorgeous. I got a tree from them last year, this year, and will again next year.

Great tree and experience! Set-up was professional and done in under 5-minutes. The tree itself was quite tall and full (we ordered a 6ft, but in the stand it seems a bit closer to 7ft) and after more than 3 weeks it still looks gorgeous. Will definitely order again next year!

We just got our Xmas tree for the season at the physical location in Hell s Kitchen NYC Trees had incredible stock even before others have opened up. And to top it off, Michael was just incredible. So helpful, thoughtful, and moved the tree into the car for us. In fact, while driving home, we decided to name the tree after him as a note of gratitude. Michael, I hope you see this and thank you!

NYC TREES is such an incredible service! They were so helpful and friendly! The completely remove the laborious aspects of getting a tree (especially in nyc), and they offer a pick up/recycle service for after! They completely set up the tree in your home, and the team is so kind! Couldn t recommend them more, and I will definitely be using them again next year :)

Easy to order and schedule delivery, delivery was prompt, delivery people were very quick and polite, and the tree is lovely!!

Outstanding! I have been getting my trees delivered from them for the past few years, and each year the tree has been perfect and customer service excellent. They are on time, take care of all the set up and make certain you are happy with the tree. If there was ever the slightest issue, they took care of it right away. I highly recommend them.

They have the best real trees I've seen around the city - and they removals at the end instead of paying for someone else to do it!

They are closed for the 2020 Season as of yesterday. Thankfully they opened for a bit today and sold me a tree. I emailed and they responded, providing updates about everything including the unforeseen key situation. Met some like minded last minute NYC TREES shoppers too. We had some laughs, waited around, and in the end we all got trees. Thank you NYC TREES!

Beautiful tree, great customer service and so easy. Scheduled a delivery day and time in advance. They came right on time, set up our tree in minutes and we were good to go. Highly recommend!
