The True Norh is an amazing company that can provide you with a well paid job at preatty much any time. But the best thing about the company is the staff that trains you as well as provide you with a propper equipment. They always make sure that you safe and happy with the experience they offer. It is a pleasure to work with such a wise and smart professional as Alex.
Yes they give you work fast & will do various things to support their staff but they have a base rate of 18$/hour. Dispatch will quote you higher pay rates for different jobs, but you will almost always need to chase them to actually get paid those higher rates.
Reliable at getting you work, unreliable at paying you. Since this review there have been several other incendents where I need to work overtime just to make sure I get paid.
Also in the computer age and in Canada's wettest city, paper timesheets are a headache to get sifned and submitted.

In the past I was on the higher skill set in the carpentry trade.
True North found me a stronger at wage at imes on certain jobs.
There is a definite feel of strong support working with True North.
Always good communication and it was my choice to take the new contracts, as they came in.
My pay was direct deposited consistently every Friday in my account when I woke up.
They even helped me out with an advance when I was in a jam.
It was during this period of work I transitioned into Foreman/Assistant Superintendent.
