very disappointed. the customer service is nice but to pay 130+10 tip for a tiny trip was ripoff. I thought they were going to bring my a beautiful tree but it was small and just at 4.3-5. I ordered a 5ft but I guess they think that 5ft is in the stand. I could of gone to whole foods and gotten a 6ft tree for 50-60$ and use my own stand.
