We had a delivery slot of 8pm to 11pm. At 5:45pm I was told the tree was going to be delivered early and I had 5 minutes to let them know or would incur a $30 rescheduling charge. Really!? They changed the time with minimal notice and are going to charge me. Use a different company as I now will.
