NuRiver Landing is an exceptional condo building. I moved into the building after moving from Manhattan in 2008. The condo offers fantastic amenities along with very friendly residents. While living there, I was able to make friends and connections to help further my real estate business. The condo manager, Gen Moxie, a leader in the field of management, and who has been there for over 11 years, runs the condo like a well oiled machine. She and her team make living at NuRiver Landing like living at a resort!

Too much of it runs in touristy sections of the street and not by the river. But, the river walk area is really good.

This is an incredible community, clean, safe with amazing amenities. I have a few landlords who own units in this community and they could not be happier. The apartments are very easy to rent and I make sure my clients are protected. It is very close to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.nThe community offers roof top pool, gym, clubhouse, pool table and much more.

The building is 25 floors, with 409 units in the building. Everyone is friendly, which is great. The general population is a younger crowd because of the more affordable price. The bridge takes 5 minutes to go up and down so that is realistically as long as it would take to wait. That bridge pretty much saves the condo owners thousands because if that was on the north side of the river, it would be way more expensive - so look as it as a money saver. The pool has views unlike any other in the area. Great amenities, great location, and with the Nu Ristorante now open it will be a great spot. Living there is amazing.

Great place to live and the friendliness of the people and there pets make it a great place to live for all age groups. Convent to everything in downtown and spatacul views..

This is an absolutely beautiful area of Ft. Lauderdale.

This building is fantastic. Great amenities, great management, great prices for sale and for rent. Not to mention great views from the North end of the building and from the rooftop pool!

This is one of the largest buildings on the River Walk. It's difficult to understand why the city approved this size and design. Some of the store fronts at the ground level have been vacant since the building was constructed about 15 years ago.

And best of all, residents are literally just steps from Fort Lauderdale's famed Savor Cinema. The cinema shows films from all over the world and not seen anywhere else in Broward County, except for Savor's sister cinema, Cinema Paradiso Hollywood. Savor has a full bar and a canopied courtyard which serves as the lobby. Parking is free in the Courthouse Parking Garage. The cinema is home to the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, and as such, entertains world premieres, parties and celebrities, including Christopher Plummer, Lea Thompson, Michael Moore, Matthew Broderick, jane Lynch, Beau Bridges, DB Sweeney, Giancarlo Esposito, Rahda Mitchell, Justin Long, Eric Roberts, Joe Pantoliano...and many more. The cinema has stadium seating in plush seats. And did I mention, it is right next door to beautiful Nu River Landing.

There lives a girl named Sky who is harassing whoever rents a room. Excessively cold building by air conditioning. There's a young, skinny boy in the doorway who takes bad care of you. The rest of the Latin maintenance staff are majestic.

Excellent building to live in, next to downtown Fort Lauderdale, and a few minutes away from the Airport. Friendly neightbors, BEAUTIFUL View from top floors and more and more... Love at first sight... can't ask for anything better.. !!!
