Trump Marina Hotel & Casino Review

1st time in 16 yrs my wife & i were able to get away for a night of fun at the casino and what I thought would be a great room...i wanted to surprise her...The bathroom was filthy..Used floss on the ground, pubic hairs every where.....shower
was nasty!! I was embarrassed! Giving a "3" is because Christmas is around the corner....Disappointed to say the least

The golden nugget hotel has free parking. There is only one level for playing slots and games. The food is excellent and the candy shop is yummy. There are a few shops all super expensive. Smoking and non smoking game rooms.

Low minimums, cordial staff, well maintained and clean.

Next time going out think about going here! Definitely bring your cash but the live bands in multiple locations are worth the trip!

Good food good atmosphere good help clean recommend it to anyone always a good time especially when you walk out with a couple thousand of their money

This was my first visit to Golden Nugget in 16 months. The place is clean, has a friendly staff, and is fun. They had updated or changed out maybe 30 % of the machines since I was there last. What I like about GN in comparison to say Borgata is GN has the feel of more fun. I know it is just an illusion as I lost the same amount at both places. The difference is you can get the incremental wins while you play that make it fun, where I found at the Borgata you can go 20 or 30 spins without winning a penny. I have also found it easy to get a drink at GN, and the drinks arrive quick compared to Borgata.

Great hotel and casino the only casino and hotel I go to when I'm in AC

The Chart House restaurant was great. Beautiful views. Great food and service.

1st time here as I usually (rarely) hit up casino in AC. I was very impressed with Golden Nugget and I would definitely come back next time I am in AC.

Loved our stay there! Extremely pleased. Everything's in the hotel-restaurants, casino, nightclub, lounge where you can chill, have drinks while listening to a live band. Room rates were amazing too! We've definitely found our hotel of choice the next time we go back :-)

Did you say empttttyy good people and clean but nothing is open

When to the all you can eat buffet and got lots of fruit and meat... Also went and say my sister play almost all of her money away but she ended up winning it all back! Great place to buy gifts as well.

I can't say anything was disappointing at GNC. So many slots to choose from and they even have a luxury shopping in various boutiques surrounded by white large tile floors and black walls with large windows dor shopping. I liked it there. This is only my perspective on popping in to visit the cage twice this week for a little boo-koo redemption that was rather sweet. My Boyfriend and I have fun here when we do our collection runs. Never stayed but I would imagine it would be nice. Maybe a follow-up post in the future. We shall see!!!!

Good concerts, slow with the comps, smokey air in casino, best bet is the dock in warm weather

Dirty room, hair and dust on floor. 1 shampoo for 4 people in room. Lazy staff in general. Crowd pool area. Find another hotel.

Golden Nugget has free self parking. Plenty of casino machines, tables, updated rooms, and bars. Little light on the comfort food side. Lots of fine-dinning options

The rooms here are mostly renovated and quite nice. I definitely like the modern decor, you can tell they updated the rooms. We mostly come here to gamble, they have a bingo that's very fun and a decent selection of slots as well. One of my big gripes about golden nugget is the total lack of good restaurants to eat at. The buffet is really sub par although they give away lots of BOGO coupons so the price ends up being pretty damn inexpensive. But it just cannot even hold a candle to the Harrahs buffet. Also, even their non buffet restaurants aren't super appealing to me. Maybe it's just me but if I can I almost always leave and go dine elsewhere. Their pool has also been closed for a while for repairs I think but it should be reopening soon! All in all a nice place to stay and gamble but not so much to eat!

Went for a convention, Haven is a phenomenal night club.

Went to the Haven club. Club was nice but they charged for bottled water and were not giving out tap water.

Nice hotel. Awesome rooftop pool. Smaller casino plenty of slots. Grest outside deck with bands.

Went to The Deck to see Seven Stone on 6/25. Great service, decent specials on beverages, and good food. The band was fantastic.

Was only there for a club but the club was nice. Really like the visuals of the inside of the hotel otherwise. Looks like a nice place to stay/gamble

A friend had the hookup for a suite. Room was gorgeous & clean. Very comfy bed. The casino is smaller than others but I like that. Food and service at the Grotto seem to have gone downhill. Maybe it was an off night. The Wave, which used to be a night club, is now a bar, inside a club? Major identity crisis and a huge lost opportunity. Big empty space with a stage. There were probably a total of 10 people in there on a Saturday night. Hope they can come up with a better idea.

Golden Nugget was nice, but it isn't my favorite place in the city. Everything seems a little dated in the hotel. The staff are very friendly, but I tend to not receive the same amount of comps here that I do at some of the other places in town, they are a bit stingy. The buffet was very expensive, so I ended up going to a different casino (that ended up comping my dinner). They do have free parking, so that's a plus, but I just don't think it's enough to keep me coming back.

Front desk was very great at their customer service. As for room service I can t say anything positive. I called to ask for something simple. I asked for hot sauce during my stay. The hotel was barely busy you could say ghost town. I was told we will be there in 30 minutes. To add to that they never came for something as simple as hot sauce. No call or other recommendations to get hot sauce sooner to me.

Buffet was worth the price. Food was good and fresh but was not above and beyond

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. We went to the club part of the hotel and ordered 2 drinks. The bartender saw my boyfriend pull out some money and I guess since we started a tab he didn't like it. The bartender watched us the whole night. I told him I felt a weird vibe from this bartender (male). So when we go to close our tab he gives us a print out with 10 drinks and bottles in it. We started arguing with him not to pay but the club/hotel did nothing but pulled us out for not paying and called the cops on us. We had the worst experience ever here and will never go again. We told everyone we know who visit Atlantic city NEVER to go to this hotel/casino/club ever!!!!!!

Nice place but needs to better advertise the promotions, as there last one had a lot of people upset including myself.. They advertised a 100 dollar slot bounce for 1st comers and that not what you got

Its was nice had a great stay wish it was longer only one issue we asked for a smoking room we didnt expect to walk into the room smelling like a bar it needed to be aired out or have better ventilation ....

I absolutely love staying at the Golden Nugget when in Atlantic City. Everything is literally in one spot. The rooms are beautiful the bathrooms are genuinely clean then you can go downstairs and eat, drink, and play the slot machines.

Good to see the parking garage is back to normal again. Service was swift and courteous. Place was kept clean, on casino floor there was little to no trash left.

in my opinion very nice rooms spacious and modern with beautiful views and ive gotten lucky on a few occasions ( in more ways than one ) as a matter of fact the last time I got lucky there i hit for $1800 and celebrated by having a three some......... it was a very good night and the two guys thought they were the lucky ones

Cesar Maldonado from the chairman club has gone out of his way to belittle me.. not once, but twice!! I have learned to play at other casinos where my business is appreciated! Golden Nugget... you used to be my favorite spot... but thanks to Cesar and poor management... you now are definitely NOT!!!!

It's not updated and smells funky also hate the fact that they didn't keep the marina in the name of the hotel

Not too big that you get lost, but not too small. Amenities are well-situated and easy to find. Not as crowded as the boardwalk casinos. Food was terrific at Lily's.

The entry and lobby is a let down. Dated and faded. A long line of people waiting for just 2 employees to check them in while the rest of the stations are empty. There is some redemption in the rooms which are nice and look to be updated. The Steakhouse, Vic & Anthony's is the shining star. Excellent happy hour, great food and excellent service (depending on the night).

The room is gorgeous and a beautiful view of the ocean.

I went to golden nugget just to have some random fun with my girlfriend we ended up staying there which was planned on only being am hour turning into 6 hours we had such a blast playing some reels ol Dublin slots black jack and Spanish 21 we started with 40 bucks walked out there with 500 what a fun night definitely going to be coming back for more fin one day

Had a great time at this establishment to see the Michael Bolton Concert. Plus got a meet and greet with Michael Bolton. This is a beautiful casino.

Pretty basic average AC casino. Pool staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is good - huge difference in quality between suites and plain regular rooms. Suites far superior.
