Amazing place to work. Everyone is very helpful and great work environment.

I purchased a 60" plasma TV that broke within one year. They do not make these anymore. I have been trying since August 11 to get it repaired, get another one, or get a refund of the purchase price. Today is Dec. 11 and I cannot get any satisfaction. I have contacted either the company or the repair company a minimum of 21 times. I still have no TV and no refund.

Terrible service. Sent wrong item- hour on the phone and now I have to run the microwave across town to send back- and wait for a 2nd try. "I am sorry ....." is all you get. Will never buy Panasonic again. I get mistakes happen- but terrible service - no excuse.

Great company and facilities, building is beautiful inside

I work at Panasonic. It is a fabulous company that I am proud to be a part of.

THis is the most consumer unfriendly company I have ever dealt with. The phone I received as a present for Christmas always mutes conversations and disconnects outgoing calls made in dial mode tone. You have to pay to get any help on their web site and their customer service phone is only operational the same hours I (and most people) work, 9 to 5. I am telling EVERYONE not to buy their products!!!

perfect products & Perfect Quality

Panasonic is my favorite manufacturer. I've got in my possession over 20 pieces of equipment from Panasonic - number of malfunction: only one. Moreover it was repaired for free within guarantee. Panasonic is the best! I love Panasonic's values: long lasting products, quality, energy efficiency. (Post written from my new excellent Panasonic LUMIX smartphone camera DMC-CM1. At the moment the best smartphone on the whole world) By the way smartphone is stupid word. Such devices should be called PT - Personal Terminal. Best regards for all Panasonic's personnel!

I purchased a vacuum in August. The hose was loose, and there was an attachment that did not work. I brought it into a Panasonic-authorized-repair shop (per Panasonic's instruction) in September. It is December 11th and I have no vacuum and no refund. Each time I try to call the Panasonic Field Services Rep. (in Virginia), I can get no new information. Today I tried calling her three times, but each time I told her who I was and what I was calling about, she HUNG UP ON ME!!! THREE MONTHS AND NO VACUUM AND NO REFUND!!!!

Amazing technology and the quality is up there with the greats. Good value for money.

I had a job interview at this Panasonic in Newark. They used to be in Secaucus about 4 years ago.

The lobby is grand and very clean, it contains 2 waiting/seating areas, seats are a bit low but comfortable.

Lobby security are polite and professional.

Their lobby bathrooms were a bit messy when I was there but on the plus side, it is a single private bathroom.

Here's the bad. Their parking lot/structure is underground and they charge for parking, even to employees. Now I know that parking lots in Newark is a very rare commodity, but one would think that employees would and should be able to park free.

The glass building is the nicest one in the entire city!

Purchased Panasonic ES-LV95-S Electric Razor 3 months ago and the base station is not working. It comes with a 2 year warranty. Contacted Panasonic and was told to mail back both the base station and razor and I will receive a replacement in 3 weeks. Agent told me that it was my problem that I had no other razor to shave with for 3 weeks. Refused to exchange just the base station.
I cannot believe that this is the corporate policy. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a Panasonic Viera television from Panasonic. Model number Tc-P55GT30. I have encountered the error code of seven flashing lights. This error code is known as the seven blinking lights of death. It is such a common problem Panasonic extended the warramty for this specific problem. When I called customer support they told me there was nothing they could do and to go to a service center for repair. This is a well documented problem that should be under recall. I Would like Panasonic to stand by their product and fix the TV. This TV was rated to last 40000-60000 hrs and I have less than 5000. Panasonic is well aware of this problem and knows that they made false claims of longvevity on these model TVs. Panasonic refuses to honor repairs on this faulty TV.

These people are awesome. Panasonic has the smartest and best staff working for them. You won't be disappointed if do business with them.

Calling the Main switchboard number is useless. You get a continuous loop that takes you nowhere and to no one. Total waste of time.
