Waltons.is where u can get hold of office furniture and stationary. Also for school and writing books, calendars and so on. Staff is very friendly and I was helped very quickly to get what I was looking for. Parking is nice.

I shopped at the Waltons Old Power Station outlet. I always use their copy center to make copies of my study material. Fast, efficient, neat and affordable. There are loads of great stationery, learning materials for the kids, and even furniture. I could recommend to sharpen the staff service and friendliness, but I must say, it's not all of them.

Poorly trained staff who are very unprofessional. Truly the worst service I have found from any shop in the country. The staff do not know how to use their till systems. I spent almost an hour there and in the end left empty handed.

Spacious store, clean and creates an ambiance of professionalism. Not all products that we needed were available, sold out apparently and some staff very helpful but cashier was eating and had a complacent attitude. Dissapointing view as to one would expect great service from such a beautiful store.

Good customer service by one of the sale's ladies who tirerlessly took us around for this and that. We bought a 40 p flip file but needed a 50 p flip file which was not in stock at the time. After paying, someone unpacked the 50 pockets and she came back to us and exchanged. Very rare for us to find such excellent service in this country. Keep it up! Unfortunately we did not ask the name of this lovely lady.
