Has 2 offices with translation, both of which provide good service. Best dounut in BKK on the ground floor, go up to the floors prepare for the queue in front of the elevator.

I used to live there a few years back. Only good thing about it is that it's pretty central to everywhere plus my dentist is in the building.

Big space building. Many small shops on ground floor. ATM, coffee shop, shop for visa services.

Road in front is under construction, dusty and inconvenient pass.

Poor parking, low parking, dangerous spots. Visitors must park on the 5th floor only. Design of the flow of the car is terrible. The atmosphere in the building is not ok. Elevator lasts longer. Get a visa. Can use only one elevator. Looks confused.

I am here for schengen visa there is only 5th floor for parking for visitor only. Parking fee is 50 baht per hour but you are able to stamp a free one hour at visa center after that 30 baht per hour. Tom n Toms coffee is located on the ground floor but it crowd people here.

Many of the people who apply for visas in England, Australia and Europe will be so tight that they will have to queue up to pick up their documents. I do not have to queue before I have to go to the morning because the line is very tight. The easiest way to get there is to take the BTS Skytrain at Nana Station and walk 2 more blocks. The building is on Soi Sukhumvit 13 and walk 100 meters to the right.

This is a busy, bustling place full of nervous Thai tourists hoping to have their Visa application approved. The place gets quite busy and there is an army of Visa professional writers who monopolise coffee shops waiting for their clients to turn up so they can feed them their applications and direct them to interviews. There are other businesses inside as well as food, a darts store and other Nic-nacs. It is an old building with a comparatively small signage, possibly easy to walk past.

Everyone comes here to request a visa for travel movies. England. Canada, Australia, Sweden, Norway,

Amazing view of Bangkok if you're staying higher in the building. Close to shopping, international restaurants and entertainment.

Can be hard work dealing with Thai people. Thank God I had my wife with me. The office for UK visa and passports are on 28th floor so you might need to wait a little bit for lift. Some of the people offering work downstairs like translations or photocopying can be a bit pricey so you can shop around elsewhere.

Get a visa there, have seats, there are cafes for sale below Located on Sukhumvit Soi 13, take BTS, get off at Nana and get off at Exit 3, walk in one direction to reach the Trendy building.

More like a immigration center. It is full of shops that will help with visas, passports, documents, etc. Many other businesses. I use to work here and the top floors are nice and quiet. Also has a coffee shop in the entrance with a mini mart on the side which is nice for people where are there for a bit.

This is the address of the VFS office. They process Thai visa applications to the UK, Australia, Canada, USA and the Netherlands. Terrible service but they are the agency the embassy's have chosen.

Very easy to get here from bts. If you need to get English translations done for documents this is a place to come to. They are cheap, efficient and fast. An hour and it is done, normally.
Lots of people come here to apply for visas and stuff. I can't any advice on this see I g I only go there to get stuff translated.

Came here to apply for my wife's UK visa and found it much better than going to the Embassy. Easy parking, good service and lots of comfortable chairs - the exact opposite of the UK embassy. Only those applying for visas are allowed to enter the offices do most guys waiting for their ladies do so in the Tom Tom coffee shop.

This is a nice building where gathering of many kinds of shop and store. At ground floor they have coffee shop, place for sitting and chatting.

It is a nice place for small talk at the coffee place. Up the level one and more are office building for business and services. Good place.

It is a building for visa applications abroad. There are many countries.

Good location. There is also a condominium, and office users can use the condominium GYM for free by using the card assigned to the office. The area is noisy at night, and the atmosphere is unique in the morning, but 7-Eleven and Hyatt Regency are a 1-minute walk away, and restaurants are also international. There's a fresh outdoor market called Art Box, so you won't get bored. BTS Asoke and MRT Shkumvit are also 5-7 minutes on foot. There are about four Thai language schools in the same building, and the restaurant space in the building has become affordable.

Two elevators and you're almost certainly in the wrong one, shame on the British Embassy for subcontracting out such vital functions to a place with such clueless and untrained staff.

Went there to renew our passports and could not have had a better experience. Staff were good and helpful.

Parking space is not enough, contact as if the company for over an hour, pay a parking fee, very expensive, many people come to use the service in the building The lift lifts the building, waiting in a long queue

It's a office building + residence units combined.
Went for visa application. Visitor parking on the 5th floor doesn't have enough slots. But the floor attendants are quite helpful to arrange residence parking slots for you to park.
