Trendy building is where you can apply visa for many countries in EU, Pacific region etc. through VFS agent.

The building itself is not on the main road, you need to walk or take motobike there. It's very busy office building becaused there are many offices up there, especially the Visa agencies for Schengen area. Overall good facilities.

All kinds of shops. There are many visa and immigration services.

Place designed Is a large building There is still space for many companies to rent space. There are many nationalities. There are a lot of people coming in, but the building is very hot. Not sure if because of the global warming policy or not because they saw the campaign in the bathroom. But the service hall area More comfortable, so just 3 stars. The sitting area is waiting too little. Gradually overcrowded

Submitted application for replacement passport. In and out in under 10mins. I arrived 45 mins early and they processed my application straight away. Great service. Just make sure you have all your documents ready prior!

Crowded ground floor due to many countries have their Visa processing center in this building. Not very far from BTS Nana.

Anyone thinking of renting this building, "Do not rent" with a famous company that owns a lot of ownership in this building. If a review has no star rating, I will add it. Let's go find another place to rent. Coming to this building may have been distorted information. Not giving all information In the end, the burden will be thrown at you.

Anyone who is thinking to rent office space here, go rent somewhere else if you don't want to get tricked like us. "DON'T RENT HERE". If you have questions about what happened since day 1 we moved in, we are willing to share our horrible experiences.

It is so hot in the lift.... The toilets are very well maintained though

Very busy and the line to go up the elevator to apply for a visa is along wait. But people there are helpful.

Home of the Australian Visa application Centre. Has upper level parking and access. Food shops and immigration agent's as well as some admin offices.

Got our prints done but they did them wrong and wouldn't fix their mistake.

Not trendy. Peoples are mainly here for visa application at VFS center. Cant think of any reason to visit otherwise.

Main purpose for our visit was to apply Sweden visa via VFS located upon the 8th floor of this building. The only advantage we re well-aware was there s no need to make a reservation for Sweden visa. Nevertheless, the process took quite long as expected, and drained our energy too much. From our experience, visa application for France has been the easiest and quickest so far perhaps because it s not run by VFS ..

PS. People will be suffocating and probably having heat stroke at VFS area

Not very well organized, and long wait for the elevator. Get there early for your visa.

It was infested with rats and filthy water outside, but inside of the building is okay.

Love the spacious parking but the road entrance is not good, narrow.

Horrible parking with incoming and departing traffic being serviced by the same booth, which leads to twice more traffic jams than necessary and two way traffic having to use a single "lane" in the public parking area to make things even more impossible... very long queues for the lifts and unclear signs in the lobby. Moving 4 county's visa centers to here was not the best choice..

Immigration help central!!! Lots of contractors and agents offering help for a fee. Translation, form filing, document services, biometrics, travel agencies and insurance.

i came by here to apply for a schengen visa and the place was crowded as hell - there was a serpentine queue just to get onto the elevators. wild. the staff at vfs were perfectly charming and helpful though, and the first floor is full of (somewhat overpriced) document processing stores that can cater to all your photocopying/scanning needs. and of course there's eateries in the area too. definitely one of the smoother visa app processes i've been through.

The most efficient visa office I have ever used. Friendly helpful staff, very quick service.

Don't like the ambiance at the offices here. Also not a interested selection of shops/restaurants.

Submitted new passport application. Took only 2 weeks . Staff in the Trendy were very courteous. Multi-storey car parking was no problem.

This building is located near BTS Nana, a short walk away.

Difficult to find parking here. More convenient to come by BTS (Get off at Nana BTS station and walk here)

Massive, confusing building. But the helpful staff helped me find my way

Good to know when the car is stuck. Google helps navigation better. We can't see it, but looking at this focus, mobile phones can not take us very little, no traffic situation.

So happy I passed interview with international company here. And I will promise to take my skills developed my duties as I am trying to done the best for MG getting my opportunity job.

To do the visa here. German food restaurant very tasty. But forgot to take a picture.

There is a convenient parking space from the BTS is convenient, there is a coffee shop to sit and work.

Went to re-new my UK passport and my son's UK passport at the VHS office in Trendy Building. All the documents submitted were correct except 1, I needed a colour copy of a black and white paper (tabian ban)!! I was not sure about that requirement so I had an additional colour copy made and everything was OK. The checking of the papers for the two applications took 1 hour and I should receive the passports back in 6 weeks.

Walkable distance from BTS Nana & Asoke. Building is a bit old, but quite convenient.

Convenient location, hub of visa and translation services, there are variety of food stall and entertainment, not far from Robinson and Terminal 21, BTS or MRT

Old clean place. Security is very annoying. No positive behaviour.
