I had a horrible experience with this place. Let me tell you that the lady who runs the place, Ms.Anette, is really rude. I asked her to make copies for my personal self and she neglected because, it isn t my job to do so. Therefore, I won t recommend this place forward to anyone I know and I won t be returning. Other staff members are exceptional and care about their clients.
Very caring councilors. Would highly recommend The Omega group should you need assistance. Very friendly place to talk about problems.

Update: found a working number and the woman on the phone was quite rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to speak. I would recommend going elsewhere and pricing out your options because they also happen to be the most expensive health center I've found. Sales care charges you on a scale on what you make at least.
This facility of all made me feel welcome. They were nonjudgemental and have me hope I would get through my issues.
I called three places before Omega Center when I needed a drug screening for court. All three were very short and rude and one didn't even know that they were on the list provided to you by the court. I called the Omega Center and I spoke with Jan. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. When I arrived at the cape Coral office, Jay helped me and was extremely professional and courteous and made me feel like a human and not just another client. I highly recommend Omega centre to anyone in need, you will feel cared about.
Getting a DUI is frustrating and stressful to go through but having Omega Center to go to and sit down with others who are going through the same situation you are is sort of relieving. I appreciate what they do and to be honest they don t get enough credit for the lives they help. None of us are perfect and we make mistakes. Omega reminds us to not live in the past and continue with our lives to do/be better. Thank you Omega for making this stressful experience easier to get through with your programs.
I want to be clear that I am not using my real name in fear that I will be terminated from their program. I am currently seeking treatment with the counselor, who is the best. however, the lady who runs the place is really obnoxious. I started coming to Omega when they were located in the Atrium building. She was okay then. It seems like ever since they moved to the new location, she has been with an attitude. I don't generally leave bad reviews this detailed but I cannot recommend this place and let them go through the headaches she causes. I would recommend they find someone else to run the office and handle the clients. As far as the other staff members, they are awesome people. The guy there takes good care of me when I come in every time I need to and again the counselor is really nice, helpful, and really professional. I've decided to leave this review in hope that things would change and the voices of others currently attending groups gets heard. I apologize for the low rating, but this is my experience with Omega as of right now.
This place is Amazing! The staff is so kind and polite they really make you feel welcome. The therapist Angenette (Angie) is so helpful to my recovery s process. I go to the Omega Center for court ordered Anger Management. I ve tried other places like TLS and was very disappointed with the results and the staff, but at the Omega Center I am please with my results. In addition to completing my court ordered sessions, I will still be going for anger management. If you are looking to really get help from your therapist or your drug treatment program definitely check them out,. Best decision I made.
Helpful, personal service. Wonderful family atmosphere. The office is nice and clean. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable! The counselor is amazing, warm, caring, and thoughtful. She treats you like family, listens, and is very trusting! She is also great with children and teens!
i chose this place for my dui. yea i was mad that i had to go there but it was my fault. they made getting my screens and probation requirements more like visiting family. they had a bad time after the hurricane worked in 100 degree heat but got our screens done. it was loud and it seemed like everyone was yelling but man it was hot and crazy. they moved then lost their phone number so it has been bad. but i found them again anyway. theyve been in ft myers more than 20 years. ed that does my screens is awesome and annette knows everything you need to know. i was sometimes pissy but apologized. it is not their fault. yes go there. they make it better. counselor angie and lynn who does group are great.
The staff (from the nurses, to the front desk staff, to the intake assessor, and the group counselor) has been amazing. Their pleasant demeanor and overall kindness has been a positive through the otherwise overwhelming negatives that this experience brings with it. Thank you for your help through all of this, and for always being so warm and welcoming. GOLD STAR for you, Omega! Thanks again.
I was going to go in for some personal issues I had, only to deal with this lady who was careless and out right rude at the front desk. I didn t catch her name but luckily I won t be needing their services nor will I return if needed. Should have known since I have buddies of mine that attend their groups and they say horrible things of this lady. Oh well, I won t be returning. Nice office though and counselor is amazing.
Amazing staff and the counselors are very empathetic and outright caring to my needs in this rough time of my life. Keep up the good work.
I am glad to say that the move for Omega has been a big change in the most positive way. I've seen the difference in the new place with the settings. The counselor is an awesome person and the staff members as well. I feel as comfortable as i can possibly be, to be in this situation, coming to Omega. I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of them.
No help at all for my son, they left me a message and not even a thanks you or sorry we can t help lady just hang up. Seems like they have no time!
Friendly, non judgemental staff - they made a difficult time easier by providing entertaining and informative group sessions. It helps to know that other people have simply made a stupid mistake.
