First time getting a massage or going to a spa. I didn t take pictures for privacy reasons and I did not want to intrude on anyone s experience. Got a couples 50 minute massage and it was excellent. The masseuse was informative and went through the process before starting. They also asked which areas need attention and were very nice. There are two lounge areas, one for men and one for women. In the men s lounge you have lockers, shower, bathroom, amenities (hair brushes, mouthwash, toothbrushes, blow dryer, shaving equipment), steam room (aloe or eucalyptus infused so there is a scent), hot tub, chairs that are heated.

I left after my morning massage and was informed you could come back until 6pm (spa close).. which I did. Take advantage of the relaxation because it is an expensive experience and in all honestly very relaxing.

At the end of the massage they give you a chocolate and choice of beverage. They offer champagne, white wine, red wine, beer (domestic), and something non alcoholic.

Cons- I was informed that the female room gets crowded and you may not get a spot on the warm chair or hot tub. Keep this in mind. Saratoga springs has the same senses spa and it s bigger if you want a better opportunity to utilize the resources.

Enjoy,
Sal

My esthetician came off judgmental and condescending, so I ended up leaving bad about myself rather than feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The spa itself was a bit of a maze as well. I much preferred my time at the Saratoga Springs Senses location, which is a bummer because I LOVE the Grand Floridian.

Wonderful spa experience! Your massage therapist takes you to a changing area where you are provided with slippers and an extra comfy robe. You wait with water, tea and trail mix snacks provided. After your massage, you may use the hot tub or sauna to continue relaxing with sparkling champagne. You may also schedule a pedicure or manicure for after your massage! All with a touch of Disney magic!

ATMOSPHERE: This is a beautiful and tranquil setting. I am particular about cleanliness and was impressed with the showers and pool area.

SERVICE: The quality of service is at a high-level as you would expect from Disney cast members.

I highly recommend that you treat yourself to a half a day at the Disney grand Floridian Senses Spa!

I am open to new friends on all of my social media I post travel pictures, and videos on my YouTube channel!

They don't do deep tissue but my masseuse Angela, had very good technique and did the job to help me relax. The spa has a wet sauna, jacuzzi, showers and plenty of grooming supplies. They were very attentive, professional and polite.

Rip off central!!!

Rip off central!!!

My wife had two sessions scheduled. Because their employee ran over during their first appointment my wife s massage was cut short by 15 minutes (since the whole massage was only 50 this represents a 30% reduction in her massage. 30% is a large number)

When I called to inform them we would like a prorated discount they first denied cutting her massage short (not true). When they did provide a credit it was for less than what was owed.

They kept saying their delay was just a handful of minutes . But 15 minutes represents 30% of the total massage. 30% is a significant number.

My recommendation is to simply stay away from this spa...you may find you don t find the relaxation you were looking for. My wife didn t.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Took my daughter for a special Disney manicure. The staff was incredible and spent so much time going out of their way to make her feel special. Would definitely visit again.

Can you say heaven? Wonderful spa...you name the service they have it! They were very careful about the products that they used, checking for any allergies several times not only with you but the product information. If there was a questioned about what sonething was she found the info before she'd use it on your body!!

This spa is nice but way over priced for what it delivers. if you've been to other luxury spas the experience here will disappoint you. I had a nice pedicure here and I would recommend that but the massage was disappointing. The therapist was nice and professional but the attendants and front desk cast members seemed overwhelmed and rushed and did not provide a relaxing experience.

I expected a higher end experience closer to Aulani. There wasn't even an area where couples doing couple services could relax together. Super disappointing for something "romantic" we were doing on our anniversary.

Wonderful relaxing place. We wanted to pamper our daughter for her birthday so we decided it to get her a princess manicure. They have a hot tub in the waiting area which she absolutely loved. Great customer service too!

This spa is sensational (pun intended). We were fully pampered, treated like royalty, coddled, and finally poured out gently like puddles of protoplasm onto the sidewalk before walking over for high tea. This is one of the smaller space, but still excellent. When staying near Disney Springs, use the spa there as it's larger and roomier.

This was my second trip to this spa, the first was in 11/16 for my daughter s 30th birthday. The first time here was amazing, I felt pampered and the spa looked like it was in top shape. At that time, this was the only spa I placed second to the Four Seasons at Westlake Village in CA. This most recent visit for my birthday was different, and you could tell the last 3 years have impacted the facility, the paint, wallpaper, seating and other aspects look quite worn and needing a refresh. The service was not as impeccable as the 2016 visit, I waited more than 40 minutes for someone to take my beverage order in the lounge area. The pedicure was very different as well, not a big deal just less. I had the Orange Blossom pedicure and when I was here in 2016, you received a green silk-like pouch with a small size of the nail polish used on you along with he buffing and filing tools. This time it was a Disney plastic bag with just the buffing and filing tools, again, no big deal, but less for more is something to comment on.
The Good: Great massage, facial and pedicure were good.
Opportunity: Touch up the paint, wallpaper, and get the sofas and reclining chairs updated, make it feel less production and more personal, increase the service visits to the lounge to ensure people are not waiting 40 minutes for a beverage. It needs more magic the way it was in 2016.

Very relaxing Victorian style spa area, they really know how to melt your worries away. Among other things the booze at the end was a special treat that cemented the day as perfect and returned me to my daily life in great spirits. I did the aromatherapy and was very satisfied

An incredible afternoon at the spa. Great facility and knowledgeable staff. Based on our experience several years ago we planned an afternoon at Senses during our most recent visit to Disney World. It was easy to get to from Ft. Wilderness.

I m very disappointed in the customer service today. There was a group partying, drinking lots of champagne in the middle of the day, in the Women s Lounge - speaking very loudly. I expected a serene experience as every other day spa provides. When I complained to the front desk, they told me to go sit in the steam room. Why am I treated like a second class citizen when I am paying like everyone else and staying at the Grand Floridian?

My wife and I love the Senses Spa at the Grand Floridian Resort! The service is always amazing, and they even let you use the spa services all day the day of your facial, massage, pedicure, etc. There's a sauna, hot stone chairs, hot tub, full shower and cleaning area.
