Prime location but no Facilities Manager in the building .

Man having an office in this building is a nightmare. Th construction quality is mediocre and the lifts can keep you waiting for what feels like eternity

worst ever, I called them, they couldn't solve your problem and say will call you back, trust me, no one will call you back. and they wouldn't give you the superior who can makes decision. what they want is just money. i would never ever buy any properties from DAMAC.

Parking available all the time
building cleaner available all the time
Security available all the time
Elevator you need to wait too many times to go up /down

No parking available to visters and smaily offices.

Nice building, elevators are a bit busy even during non peak hours of other than 830 to 930 or 4:30 to 530 but if you go for an Official Damac Meeting you can get a pretty sweet free valet service which is great for the area in Tecom/ Barsha Heights. Not sure what I'd do if I worked in this building, it has a couple of restaurants and shops. Ohh also all of Damac Customer Relationship Management team sits here, as well as Legal, so if you are getting a damac handover in 2018, then this will be the place you will come to get the final approvals before you collect the keys.

DSMAC is the company who lost his name and credibility, in Building & maintain Lakeside Project

Since 3 months they are prossesing my visa and they seeing now that my visa is canceled because of company and Agnecy mistake.
