Difficult access to the person to be interviewed because of the doors and permits

Customer service representatives for the company is careless and not professional delivery of the residential units for the company always delayed
The only good thing in this building is the Valet parking service

Although there are many lifts but during high time you've to wait in queues fit the lift.

Office place are nice and open. Located near to all main places and industrial area

Be careful guys, behind the smiles are careless people, who sell you overprice properties, that bank don t want to finance, valuation coming 30%lower than the price, no customer service, they will screw you even more at handover, they will ask for a full year service charge ahead, of course no one would tell you that, while other developper give you years for free... their sales will even laught at your face telling you that you should buy from resale market! So follow their advise, don t ruin your life believing them, don t loose your saving at once!

An office building in Barsha Heights , it is the Headquarters of the Damac Properties the top Dubai private Real Estate Developer .

Never ever buy an Off-plan with DAMAC as this company drops the prices of the same property, give other buyers cheaper prices, with better payment plans and better units.

It is the worst ever developer in Dubai, stay away from damac and live happy!

Good office building, enough parking, common facilities etc

Damac is basically a cheater and liar. They even don't follow the instructions of their own Legal document. They sold the unit as hotel apartment but finally changed it as furnished apartment.

Limited parking around the building with few parking spaces for visitors to DAMAC offices

Plan your meetings well ahead, you may spend little more time to get into the elevators

Crowded elevator with waiting time, crowded building, scarce parkings

Horrible customer service. Horrible investor's treatment. When you walk in to buy, they literally sweet talk you the whole time. After you buy, they don't even pick up your calls! I can tell you all about my experience in details. We have wasted millions invested into their low quality finishing, late delivery 100% on almost all their properties. Watch out for their 1sided contracts of which only damac benefits from, and their rental pool agreements screwed us over big time. I'm definitely suing them! Don't be fooled by their lavish cars and offices. Image does wonders. Go for Emaar or Meraas.

Office setup. Has also a branch of ENBD office and ATM with money deposit feature..

Damac's Head office and also has lot's of other offices. Excellent Location.

It's a nice building but very busy hence u need to really wait for the lift and lift is always full
They had a big reception before but now only a small desk.
On the 6th floor is damac client services office and also Loams office (luxury facilities management).
Parking for damac clients, there is valet service but to find the parking entrance is a bit tricky as u need to really go round n round to find it.
Damac crm only meet with prior office.

Damac tower is the actually a bussiness hub,lot of offices work in this tower.Even Damac itself one of the leading construction company in Dubai.
