It's good location has Damac main office I the bldg 6th floor.

It's very difficult to reach your floor,lifts very busy and when you finally get the lift it will stop almost in every single floor so to reach 10th floor it will take for you around 15-20 minutes,also problem with visitors parking which is not for free ,very disappointed with this building

However, I have only had bad experiences with this company, apartments that do not comply with the purchase contract, very confused and non-professional staff, so much smoke and no smoke; strongly advise against it

It is a commercial property, i had my client in this building. Job seekers can visit this building with proper entry. It is in Internet City. Many offices are there.

Problem of lifts made everything bad, your waiting could extend more than 10 minutes...

Its just a business place... with hard to find parking for visitors...

One of the landmarks in Tecom area. Home to many reputed corporate offices. An ideal location for a local or regional head office. Ample parking space with 24x7 security. Daily amenities available at walking distance.

Elevators are not adequate for number of people working.

Damac headquarters. Don't ever make the mistake of buying anything from Damac. You will lose money at best. Shop for real estate somewhere else. This is a very honest and first hand experience with this company. Just stay clear of them, and don't let the fancy ads, sweet words and flashy showrooms fool you.

DAMAC is one of the leading Property Group in Dubai. Executive Heights is their office where IT, Procurement and such departments are located.

Residential and commercial building. Grocery store and nice restaurant is available at ground floor. Though there is little problem for visitors car parking.

Business Center centrally placed among the residential and commercial locality of Tecom. Needs some attention to the waiting time for the Lifts in the building.

The facilities provided are professional and awesome. only the elevator system has to get up to the mark.

Chaotic office of DAMAC. None of the staff knows anything. They want to be "smart" with the result that nothing works anymore. The simplest and most simple questions can only be answered after complicated computer research and even then mostly wrong.

This tower consists of various MNC offices. Has gym, swimming pool and various luxury amenities for people working in Damac.

dealing with the building management has been the worst experience ever. completely unhelpful and useless

Takes an hour to find nearby parking as they don't have visitors parking unless for Damac offices ,not even a paid parking available

Awesome place in the Heart of Tecom. Great parking facility and vallet services. Tower is cleanly maintained. Employees are provided with free good quality food and they offer free Gym and Pool facilities. Best and luxurious place to meet people.

office buildings.lifts are little hard to predict, don't have indicators and will close before u get out

there are no clear directions how to get to parking . its a pain you have to go around the block a couple of times to figure out how to get to parking . once in the building took 12 mins for the lift to come .

Luxury.... specially security staff are really supportive and help full.

Customer helpdesk Marlon is so rude over the phone!

Worked there for 3 years, really busy lifts and not a good place to find restaurants.
