Because of the hotel grade, I would have expected a hotel porter show us the way to our room rather than given a map to follow. The lay out of the hotel grounds was a bit of a rabbit warren on first arrival but after that it was okay. Having a car park basically opposite our room was a bonus and worked very well. The room itself was lovely.

Disapointing. ...a great venue but terrible service, I would recommend the Muscats bar and restaurant for great food and service however the hotel lacks sufficient security and management, myself my partner and 7 year daughter spent from midnight till 3am in the morning awake while a brawl and domestic fight took place outside our room. Previous to that the 'Vine'restaurant we had dinner at dropped our food on the floor, replaced it again only to return 30 mins later cold with a grisly steak and a vegetable dish with nothing but beans, beans and more beans.... nothing else. The desert that followed took a further 20 mins to arrive and was the wrong order. The management were dismissive and disregarding of any of our concerns the following morning.

Great place to bring the kids with plenty to do and see for both adults and children.

This place can cater to all your needs from confrences to weddings.
Beautifull golf and mini golf green on site. Plenty of kangaroos to be seen day or night. 5+ tennis courts and a relaxed ambience throughout the whole resort.
Restaurant i would give 3 out of 5 as food wasnt great and pub food is just as good.
Day spa is relaxing.
Staff are friendly and informative.
Breakfast was continental so plenty of variety.
My only downside was the Mattress on the beds. it was dense, uncomfortable and too soft. it didnt make for a good sleep

overall a great place to stay and relax.

If I can give zero I will ,
Although the apartment itself is good ,
The apartment is far from main reception
No transportation has been offered or somebody offered to show is the way , lost my way for at least solid 30 minutes because the reception didn t send anybody to show me,
No room service for the apartments ?? That hasn t been mentioned
In our stay for 2 days the appartments hasn t been Services , towels hasn t been changed , nothing and to top it up , I receive a phone call
Day after we left accuse us that the blinds in one room is in the floor and there dirty plates and I need to pay 60 dollars extra for those dishes to be cleaned ?
First time I pay to get Dishes cleaned in all
My stays in different hotels and different cities ,
Never again ,
And I work with public being a GP and I will spread the word and bout the service in this hotel

Absolutely lovely room and very clean with a beautiful outlook over the vines. We didn't eat at the hotel at all as we find it overpriced when there are so many other places in the Swan Valley. Disappointing that the pool is not heated and there is no shade during the day.

Stayed at the Vines Resort last night, which was lovely. We had a room and breakfast package (breakfast in room). Notwithstanding the lovely clean room and beautiful resort, the breakfast was a little cold and we had asked for the big breakfast, however ended up with bacon and eggs. This was ok, but would have been nice to have had some beans and tomato for variety. My partner had started eating whilst I was in the shower so it was too late to tell staff. When we checked out we let staff know of the mistake. Whilst I didn't expect anything, it would have been nice to get a small discount or acknowlent that it was their mistake.

Visited with family for night stay in apartment. Comfortable stay however, considering $350/night is not value of money. No Hot spa / heated pool in operation, no wifi in apartment, no premium TV channels etc.

Ageing hotel in the middle of nowhere. Can access the Swan Valley tourist attractions but they all close early. So you are forced to eat at the restaurant or travel to a suburban eatery. Kangaroos and golf course are good attractions though, if that's your thing.

Placed in the Swan valley we spent the morning visit the vineyards of thr area and then spent much of the late afternoon talking on the terrace watching the golfers come in after a expected successful day on the greens.

We came here for the day spa during a busy long weekend but got a little lost when trying to find our way through the hotel. Brody at the hotel reception was super friendly and gave us clear directions as well as a map to help guide us. We were greeted warmly by Jamie at Keishi Day Spa (who had worked some magic in fitting in our booking) and we were very well looked after by Chey and Everlyn for our appointment. I'd recommend the hotel and Keishi Day Spa to anyone who is needing some relaxation or anyone who enjoys feeling pampered.

We do love the Vines. Sometimes we go to Muscats and have the wonderful Sarah look after us and have a beautiful meal. Then, other evenings we are happy to go to the cafe and have a less formal meal. Food is good. Service is good.

Room was nice but sadly a bit run down, much like the rest of the resort. It was bad luck that they lost power shortly after we arrived but their generator wasn't working either. No power & the staff didn't even let you know what was happening. We had to ask for candles & were grudgingly given a half burned tealight candle. Poor service

Good facilities and a great location for exploring the swan valley region. A good place for families, there is minigolf too for the non-golfers.
If you are around in the early.morning of evening there are kangaroos everywhere which seem to always draw attention.

We had booked a studio apartment and then we're told we have been given an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment. It was over the carpark away from the hotel and we had to drive 3 streets to park there.it felt like we were in suburbia. Our own home is far superior to this. We asked to be given the studio apartment that was booked. We were told that it was fully booked and not possible. This is exceptional and poor considering we are also ACCOR members

What a lovely tranquil setting on the Vines Golf Estate, close to amazing wine farms and dining facilities in the Swan Valley. Good spacious accommodation. Will definitely return to this lovely venue.

The location was ok but not superb for anyone not interested in golf or wine,, the room was ok for a basic room but the bed was uncomfortable. The service staff were lovely and helpful and attentive my only complaint is that there didn't seem to be enough staff on during our stay as it took over 45 mins to get a couple of cocktails.
