Novotel Vines Resort Reviews

This place went above and beyond for me. I contacted them originally by email enquiring that I needed 3 rooms, the response was a little bit confusing, being local to the area I decided to go in and see if they could show me the various rooms. I got there and was greeted by a nice young lady who found some free rooms to show me what they had on offer. This was a month ago.

We had our wedding this weekend and the 3 rooms we had worked a treat, the service from them was awesome and the price was fair! No issues what so ever, can't recommend enough and will definitely come back when we have an opportunity or need an escape!

Have also previously played on the golf course and enjoyed it a lot as well! Thanks very much!

The overall feeling and scenery are good, and there is a swimming pool, which is very comfortable to live in, but this time when I went there, the relatives and friends' room was not air-conditioned. I told the service staff that I had n t read anything after seeing it, and did n t come when I went to bed. The treatment, and the summer is hot, and there are children, it will make people feel uncomfortable. Although we have provided new rooms for us, it is very late after changing rooms.

But the service staff from the back is very good, so I think it is still quite good overall. It also provides a good venue for my relatives and friends to have a perfect wedding. Thanks for the service of the hotel.

Another pleasant stay at the Novotel Swan Valley Resort. Great to see the rooms have been renovated and updated since our last stay a couple of years ago.. We had perfect pool side adjoining rooms for a family of 5. The mini golf and pool kept the kids entertained along with family fun time. Staff were great and ovetall we had a really nice and fun stay.

Love this place, book it yearly! has good customer service, lovely rooms as a Accor member and the food at the Restaurant was great, the ribs, the chicken pasta delish and yummy espresso martinis :)

Perfect Wedding Venue. Very Professional with Stunning Grounds and Beautiful Views. I was a little confused with the different Beverage prices though, each Bar Person charged Differently

I love staying at this place with complete facilities that you don't need to go anywhere. Choice of wine's provided at the mini bar, complete gym equipment, nice tennis court. Oh the heated spa was not heated as it said, food is average taste especially the squid at the bar, they should've Chinese foods too. Double queen bed in studio room was very accomodating for a family of 3 like us. Kangaroos always around the resort, room was clean and complete amenities, view were stunning, mini golf for family and pool are good advantage for family. Very peaceful stay that was. . Will come back again in summer to dip in the pool.

Went to eat dinner with 5 others, we got all our meals in a short time and they were all great meals. Service was also very friendly.

Had a great time here. The one undeniable feature of this resort is its breathtaking beauty. All rooms have French windows that open to the patio (at ground level) and balcony ( at second level). Service is professional and efficient. Room and bed are exceptionally cosy. There's also an adjacent Golf course. The only flaw for some guests might be its remote location.For those who drive, a rental car service is highly recommended.

the worst in management, never book without recording your booking, staff had no training how to deal with Hotel Guest, hospitality is the worst.....reservation team is a miss and the general manager does not care, had no idea about Customer service.
I have a requested an email to the main office/owner to put a complaint and no one including the general manager reply to my emails.
Owners/share holders need to be aware of how is this place managed!!
It is a shame to have this nice location managed by this current manager.

Newly renovated rooms are very neat and luxurious, but the resort itself looks a little tired

Booked for coming weekend to stay at the resort with kids. Kids were looking forward to it so much. Today I get informed that the booking has been cancelled due to hotel is taking people from interstate more. Very disappointing as resort has decided to make more money than service locals.

The restaurant is possibly the only redeeming feature of this place, though expensive the food is excellent. The accommodation is not to be recommended though, our room had an obvious cockroach problem among other bugs in residence. This room also had bad smell to it. Items found/seen under the beds show that this area has escaped the vacuum for a very long time. The bathroom was quite sub-par in cleanliness in addition to offering the cheapest awful grade of toilet paper possible! Not 4 star, sorry we went there!

Big complex with friendly staff, good for families and couples

250$ for a room breakfast not included.... Disappointing.

Stayed at the Vines again for one night. Business trip this time. Reception staff very polite and quick with check in. The room was very clean and tidy. Rooms bigger than a normal hotel room. Small balcony overlooking the centre court yard. We had a very nice meal in the dining room. Small but good menu, tasty food. We had breakfast in the dining room the next morning with all you would want buffet style. Sit back, read the paper and watch the golfers. Great views all around the Vines, seems to be right in the middle of a large golf green. If you re up early enough you will see kangaroo s on the greens. Very relaxing, quiet, beautiful surrounds and helpful happy staff. I will be back.

I have been a Celebrant at this beautiful Vines resort. The set up is ideal for weddings with accommodation for all your guests. The planners are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Bad experience, unprofessional management. No welcoming staff . Never go back again. No recommended at all !!

My wife and I stayed here as a rare treat (time without the kids). We both had a massage, made the most of happy hour and enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. The treatment and cocktails were fantastic. Whilst tasty, the food was slow to come and a little cold on arrival. Overall a lovely place to stay - I highly recommend.

Conference - room is great, food was great thoughout the day (especially lunch), minigolf was staffed well and fun, very nice looking place.

Had a buffet breakfast and the food was aweful and cold not even the bain-maries' were lit so cold egg and sausages is the standard. Coffee tasted like instant out of the packet. Don't waste your time buying breakfast here, go to MacDonalds in Midland! It is worth the drive in comparison.

The breakfast buffet just ok but it's seems charge too much for not many facility.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights the receptionist made us pay upfront for the 2 nights. I booked for two rooms and requested to have the room close to each other as I was staying with my family however rooms could not be further apart, pluss I had requested if we could have a nice view. Both rooms didn't have a nice view with one looking at a wall. My balcony was filthy, full of leaves, branches and dust you could not even sit down outside. Heated spa not working but you still pay the same money. On the first night we had no electricity and phones were often down. On check out I was informed that we had to pay more money because receptionist made a mistake with our bills. Not happy at all and would never come back.

Amazing wedding planner Janny!! Without Janny, I wouldn't love the veins as much as I do now!

Great venue for both leisure and business - have held numerous events with great professional services but also enjoyed a long weekend or too just relaxing. Recommend

Beautiful resort in the Swan Valley with 2 x 18 hole golf courses, plus a mini-golf course.

Best place to stay with kids can experience with the wild animal. Nice view and relax.

Excellent environment and comfy beds. The room is spacious and clean.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Gives you the perfect atmosphere to relax. Love the fishes outside. Friendly staff and reasonable hotel room prices.

You can also enjoy golf. The area is big and enough. Hope to visit again soon.

Although Wasn't a customer I visited there a number of times to take my relatives to and fro from Perth. The hotel is more like a country club with fantastic facilities for it's customers.

Great Facilities at a really reasonable price. Definitely worth paying the little bit extra to stay here for a weekend in the Swan Valley. Rooms are very tidy and spacious. Buffet breakfast was one of the best that I have had. Nice to see the odd Kangaroo hopping around the area. Have stayed in Summer and Winter and enjoyed both!!

The resort has a beautiful environment, the hotel facilities are not convenient, and the room is difficult to find, which is difficult for the elderly.

Fantastic weekend getaway. Golf, mini golf, swimming pool, tennis, bars restaurants and lovely rooms. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Amazing wedding venue.

Very good facilities and food & drink on offer after your game of golf

If you love golf, this is the place to go in Swan Valley. We were after a light lunch in what I had hoped would be a stunning little resort. I was wrong.

There is a bistro style place to eat and drink but it lacks atmosphere and excitement.

With all the local competition this place only grabbed 3 stars from me, perhaps would have more stars from an older demographic, but for young professionals, ist not a place to be.

Best place to relax...adult can play real golf..children can play put put golf.
