The rooms are small and have only a few power outlets. Rates for taxi services also seem high if you have 'Grab' services. The pool and spa are lovely and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. We had a really nice stay.

Great location for visiting all the most popular seeinghsites ...deeply suggested. The personal was simply great and everyone could speak fluent English

Nice hotel in Mandalay. Near the majors attraction, however it is far from the city. The rooms are quite old now and would deserve a refurbishment. The Gym is big, but also quite old. The pool is huge, unfortunately very cold in December. The breakfast have many options from Western or Asian foods. The employees are really helpful and kinds. The room service food is good with big portions. We took the transfer from Airport for 25 USD for 2 people (+ 5 USD per extra people), the driver was kind, on time and welcomed us with cold towel and cool bottle of water. He also presented us some place to visit during te ride.

This really is a 5 star hotel, not sure why Google ranks it as a 4 star. The rooms, service and food was great. Very nice breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner is quite pricey though.

Room price USD167 per room is consider a little expensive but service is excellent, have a great view to Mandalay Hill,big room, have swimming pool and got 50% off for spa, delicious breakfast. Overall rating is 5 star from my point of view.

A top hotel with tropical garden, great pool area and several restaurants. Dinner with live entertainment makes for an entertaining evening. Do not miss the massage and the breakfast. Room a little small and getting old. Service but awesome. Thank you!!!

Beautiful property in Mandalay. Probably the nicest hotel in Mandalay.

For 4 stars hotel it is extremely good. The facilities are great. Rooms are a little bit shabby, but it is definately a shabby chic.

Hotel somewhat plastered room with musty smell however in the restaurant the food is fine.

Here you can relax by the pool - as a non-guest the fee is $ 18 for the pool and gym use. Highly recommended if you just want the

The Mercure Mandalay Hill Resort is a nice hotel, though the rooms are getting old. Very friendly and polite staff.

The Mandalay Hill Resort is the most luxurious hotel in Mandalay. We stayed one night in deluxe room corner. The room was very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and the buffet was of good quality. What I do not like is that even if we were arrived for check-in at 3 pm, we could not take a bath in the pool because the staff was setting up the space for a wedding. To be more precise, we were told that the pool was open until 6am, but it was virtually impossible to swim between tables, chairs and the staff employed in setting. From a 5 star I expect a lot more.

Sopar excelent. Beef curry, meatloaf curry and fish bueniisimos.Vino Chile very good too.Spa extraordinary. Impeccable spa service and very beautiful surroundings.

The Mandalay Hill Resort isgood hotel in Mandalay. The room and restaurant are good quality. Use to be a Novotel in late 1990.
