Dan Covert truly is the special agent of this real estate business. I accepted a new job and had to relocate my family ( there's 7 of us) to Rochester in under 30 days, he found us multiple listings and had them all setup so my wife and I could look at that them in one day.
He knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste time, so important!! Especially around the holidays.

Jenna Wagner was my realtor, and I couldn't have asked for better! She is extremely attentive and responsive, and made the process of buying my first home very easy. She took time out of her own schedule to address all of my concerns, giving plenty of professional references along the way. This was key considering I knew very little about the local area. I truly can't thank Jenna enough for everything she's done, and I very highly recommend Howard Hanna for all realty services. I love my new home. 5 stars!

I live in Michigan now, and have used many realtors thorughout the years. I was just remembering that guy that I thought was the best of them all BY FAR: Doug Logory of Nothnagle in Rochester NY. I had been trying to sell my house in Rochester NY, and was thoroughly frustrated by these realtors with "No Process". I finally decided to interview realtors, looking for someone who has a "Plan", not just listing houses. Mr. Logory not only had a plan, had great metrics of past sales, and was very confident. I listed my home with him, we met just before, and he blatantly told me 1-1 what to change in the house, how to stage it, we made a plan, got it done, listed it, and had that house sold in 2 weeks. This, after listing it for 6 months! In every profession, there is an "optimal" way to run it, and in this case, an optimum way to stage, list, and sell any house. If you want an excellent realtor, who wants to sell your house as much or more than you do, and you are willing to do whatever he says, get Doug Logory. How much does all this cost? Same price everyone charges, only he WORKS for it, and gets it done right and fast, with a process. My guess is that he is one of their top sellers.

Jeremy Havens and Lindsay Breed were excellent. They walked us through the entire process answering every question and helping with all of our needs. After closing Jeremy has even called to check on our needs and has helped us with getting an excellent electrician and painter. When we closed Jeremy said him and Lindsay were always still available for any questions or help we may need and they have proven that more than once. only downside is I don't plan on buying another house for a long time so i don't get the pleasure of working with them again. I can not recommend Jeremy Havens and Lindsay Breed enough.
