Wow, we just accepted and made a deal with our sal...

Wow, we just accepted and made a deal with our salesman. We submitted an offer which was accepted by the manager. We were out celebrating the purchase of our new vehicle and our salesman came out to tell us the other manager would not honor the deal. Bad business ethics! Very disappointed about our experience! I hope this review will encourage others to do business elsewhere, at a place where promises are kept and customer care is valued.

Amendment: We realize this situation was out of our salesman s control and the responsibility for the situation lies solely with management. I spoke with management again directly and gave them the opportunity to correct their mistake, which they unapologetically refused.

What a fantastic dealership!! They worked with me to determine what features were most important to me. After giving me large amounts of information, they recommended that I wait overnight prior to purchase to ensure I knew what I wanted. When it came time to negotiate price they were very reasonable and not aggressive at all. In the end, I made the best purchase and love my Wrangler.

Northwest Jeep replaced a radio on my vehicle. The representatives I worked with were nice, but the radio, trim and dashboard were not put back together properly. There is now a gap between the radio and plastic trim. They were unwilling to fix the problem.

I made an appointment with Todd and also had the pleasure of meeting Dave, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and were not pushy in the process. Todd then helped work with Michael to get the price in line with what I wanted, while being honest along the way - no games which took the pressure off. Eric in the financing office prepared the paperwork and his humor and wit had me laughing while signing the paperwork for my dream car (thanks for the pen!). Thank you to everyone at NW Jeep for helping me leave with what I wanted, for the price I wanted!

First time buying a car from a dealership! What a blast! Salesman James was not pushy, very easy going, new what he was talking about. He pegged my husband and I as soon as we arrived. We tried other vehicles but ended up getting the one he picked at first. We LOVE it. Went with the Renegade! The whole team made the experience quick and enjoyable. Even those who were not part of the sale were very friendly! I highly recommend this dealership!

Had a very bad experience with my vehicle service at this place. Not only were they very unprofessional they seemed to be lacking the technical expertise too.
Had a squeak noise coming from the rear of my new vehicle (jeep Latitude). Took it to this dealer around 5-6 times (spanning around 2 months) and the issue remained. Each time i was called back to the dealer place stating that the squeak noise was taken care of but after a mile long drive the noise used to be back. The last time I was given back the vehicle i didnt even have to take it out for a drive before realizing that the sound existed. They arrogantly refused to look into the issue again saying that noise wasnt that bad and asked me to get the vehicle back when the sound became unbearable. All this even though i had an ongoing case with Chrysler team.
I got a call few weeks back from the manager of this place asking my feedback. Having shared my experience i was assured that someone would contact me immediately and handle the situation. The call never came.
After losing all hopes i had to get my case escalated to the Chrysler resolution team and was suggested by the team to take my vehicle to a different dealer. I took it to the Hillsboro Dicks service center this time. They didnt just acknowledge that there was an unwanted irritating sound coming from the vehicle but also assured me that my that they would knock down the sound without fail - and they did that in one attempt.

This was the single worst customer experience I've ever had. The sales person was beyond rude to me & my wife, and treated us as if we couldn't afford to purchase a vehicle. She acted as if we were an inconvience to her and just being there was a problem. Very happy to say I just purchased my 2018 Ram Laramie fully loaded from CarMax, and have their amazing warranty to go along with it! So honestly, I appreciate this experience because it pushed me towards a better deal, and a far better experience!

We met with Michael Oates this morning and went on multiple test drives. Michael was professional, no pressure, respectful, knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. Honestly we were very close to purchasing a vehicle from him (sorry Michael) but in the end decided to fix our broken transmission instead and get more mileage out of our existing 2005 Jeep Liberty. Although we ended up making the more prudent financial decision, we still felt bad that we didn t purchase from Michael (he deserved it).

I've never had such a good car buying experience as I did at NW Jeep (and I've been to a lot of dealerships). I couldn't be happier with my recent Jeep purchase!

Everyone was so nice from start to finish. Especially OC. We weren't able to come together on a deal at first, but in the end, it all worked out. He was very patient and accommodating during the entire process. He constantly stayed in touch with me which I thought was great. He never gave me the runaround and was straightforward with me from the start.

Mike in Finance was also very good to work with as well as Paul. I would definitely recommend buying at car a NW Jeep. Their prices were definitely better than anyone around.

First of all the sales team was only okay not great. 2 days after wr had the car we turned the AC on and there was no cold air. After droping $10000 cash and financing the rest we expeected a 2016 to work well. When we took it in they tried to say it was our fault and we needed to pay $1200 to get it fixed. Got told twice we would get a call from a manager in 20 min and we never got a call. Dont do it.

Received a notice for a recall on the transmission control module. Scheduled my appointment, arrived on time, notified it should take about an hour. It was done in 40 minutes.
This is the fourth purchase from NW Jeep. My family will keep coming back. Very happy with our purchases and service.

From purchase to multiple service visits, I've been really pleased with the customer service from NW Jeep. Our sales process was straight forward and the dealer price was the lowest we found (including discounts from Costco and our insurance company). My visits to the service department have been mostly positive and I've been impressed with the level of communication from my service managers. They call to provide updates as promised and are responsive to my messages and questions. As mentioned in other reviews, the drop off/appointment process for service visits can be a bit long and untimely but the service team is very pleasant and communicative about the status and it's obvious they are doing their best to manage the scheduled appointments in relation to the repairs in progress. I've learned that it's unlikely my vehicle will be looked at during my appointment time, but I usually receive an update about the status before the end of the day and my warranty includes a rental vehicle so I'm happy to be flexible when the service team is obviously working hard!

Aaron and the team at Northwest were great on my recent service and shop visit to address two different recalls. The scheduling and checkin process was seamless and easy. Aaron provide fast updates on the status of recall work and updated when they found another issue with the vehicle. He helped navigate the extended warrenty coverage of the new issue and went out of his way to help. Really appreciate the service and his helping through the often frustrating circumstances involving vehicle and warrenty issues.

Bought a car from this dealership in February of 2...

Bought a car from this dealership in February of 2012 and worked with Michelle Everland. Michelle was great and easy to work with. I was able to get a decent deal on the car and as I was pre-approved the buying process was quick.

I recently returned there this past September as my last buying experience went so well. I was informed that Michelle was no longer with the dealership and I worked with Jose. Took the car for a test drive and Sat down to work on numbers. Up to this point the experience had been good and Jose wasn't too pushy, he even brought a charger over as my phone was getting low. Well halfway through the deal while they were "working the numbers" Jose disappears to the next cube and works a deal with another customer for half an hour. At this point I would have left but they had my keys at the sales desk. I continue to wait and Jose comes back stating that they were able to get to the numbers I wanted, well they were no where close to what we discussed and t this point he get very pushy. He brought over his manager to discuss an I explained that they were not the numbers I was comfortable with and he stated that he couldn't get to that point and I walked.

Overall the experience was about what you hear when buying a car, but it was far from the great service I received only a year ago.

My husband and I drove 2 trades 4 hours down to this dealer because they offered us a deal on 2 new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Launch Editions that we could not resist. They were friendly, respectful, treated us like family (the good family members that everyone likes, not the family members that no one likes) and there were ZERO bad surprises but plenty of pleasant surprises! They went above and beyond helping my family and myself with these purchases (remember we bought 2 vehicles from them at the same time). We were there for 5 hours (no fault of their own) and it was an awesome 5 hours! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone near or far from them. They are amazing and we will be repeat customers whenever it's time for us to buy a new Jeep again.

NO STARS! Worst dealership. Bad employees. All employees were discriminating my interest on looking at a vehicle to simply just test drive. All were currently dealing with other customers and showed poor leadership to help out on a test drive. I knew of the price of the vehicle I was wanting to look at but all of them showed that they can t handle helping with one simple task. As a young future buyer I won t be purchasing or recommending this dealership to anyone. Take a leadership class or two and show that you guys are a open to any sort of sale in your dealership.

Trying to schedule a service appointment with these folks is outright impossible! I attempted online via their interface, I attempted over an email, and I called 4 times over the course of 3 days only to get routed through an endless queue of auto attendants. I have not been called back and any attempts to reply to my emails have been nonexistent. I truly believe that a dealership is only as good as the personnel. I would seriously look elsewhere if you have to get any service done here. Heck you will probably grow inpatient just trying to talk to a real service writer and have to go elsewhere.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment and it took almost a month to get on the schedule. My car is covered on the bumper to bumper warranty. They cannot promise a loner even though I was told we can work something out, your advisor will call you. She never did. I called them repeatedly the day before I was to drop off my car for it to be serviced the following day and informed that there is no way that they can guarantee a loaner or rental car for me. When I bought the car that was a part of the service agreement in a bumper-to-bumper warranty. They are all liars and don t care about a happy customer or a quality product!

I called the service department last week to make an appointment to have my Jeep looked at for a leak. The girl on the phone told me to come in today (Monday a week later) and that 2 was the latest she could take an appointment to have the Jeep done the next day. She said 2 days.

I drove over to drop off the Jeep and had my wife meet me. I pulled in, and the service guy (Aron?) was very brusque, didn't ask anything about my car or greet me at all. I gave him my key and then asked if he wanted to see the leak. He said "well, I hope you're ready to leave your car here for a week." Um. No. I'm not ready to leave it at your dealership for a week, because the girl told me two days. That's what I planned on because that's WHAT I WAS TOLD.

I stood there for a second and he just stared at me. Didn't offer a solution or apologize or anything. All he said was, "well, I don't know who you talked to, but she was way wrong." Great. Customer. Service.

I wasted time on an extraordinarily busy Monday to drive my Jeep over to this place for absolutely nothing. My wife stopped her day to do the same. This is beyond ridiculous.

Not only will I never have any service on my Jeep done at this dealership, I was starting to price new Rubicons so I could buy one in January or February. Nope. They will not be getting my business. I am also making sure to write about my experience on Yelp and Google reviews so I can save other people the trouble.

These people need to be trained to be customer service-oriented with the competition that exists. They can be sure that I will drive elsewhere, no matter how far, to get my service and vehicles from someone else even though theirs is less than a mile from my house.

Very disappointing.....no follow up, urgency, nothing.

I had a recall on my car. I called this dealership 3 separate times and left 3 different messages days apart. No one ever answered or returned my calls. So I tried to schedule on the website, but it wouldn t allow me to choose my model of vehicle. Their site says that they are taking walk ins between 10-2, so I finally gave up and walked in a little after 10 to see if I could get seen. While I was waiting I was overhearing another customer say that she had scheduled an appointment and took time off of work to be there and they couldn t find her appointment, so I knew they weren t going to see me. Not only could they not see me their next available appointment was a month out and there was little empathy from the service advisors about the hassle of gone through trying to get an appointment. I left and called a different dodge dealership and they answered the phone and got me in right away. This place seemed unorganized and poorly run. When I walked out I even heard one advisor make a snarky comment about me.
The thing is, I m a loyal customer. If there is organization and friendly associates I ll go back for life, this place however didn t have either of those things.

I went in just planning on test driving and buying at the beginning of the year. I was treated respectfully and taken seriously, something I have definitely NOT experienced at other dealerships. The team here is amazing, even haggling some fine details for me without me asking to get me an even better deal! I couldn t be happier with my new Cherokee!!

Avoid this horrible business.

My wife and I bought a 2017 Pacifica from Mika on the spot two weeks ago. The experience was long and cumbersome and we felt like we were cattle being rounded up to be taken to the slaughter house. It appears the internet sales manager is a soleless robot that seems to be seemingly directed by a GM who's hands off approach breeds incompetence. Here's the facts on how we arrived at this sad conclusion...

Saturday's are usually car buying days right? Well, we arrived at around 8am with the typical volture like salespeople which won't count against them--its the businnes, we understand. From the get go, Mika was attentive and listened to our needes. Basically, this was the easy part because a few days prior, we generally settled on this van in particular because it had all the options my wife wanted.

As I mentioned the sales process was slow even though they weren't busy that day. Upon final review of the offer, which was the list price, we ended up driving off the lot that day with the slightly used 2017 Pacifica. The next morning my wife and I woke up and looked at the front of the vehicle and we noticed a 3 inch gash on the bumper that appears to have been sustained during the touch up detailing on the van because while we we're signing the paperwork they agreed that the car needed to be vacuumed and wiped down properly prior to the sale. They admitted that this isn't the first time that the car they're selling hasn't been up to a certain standard. I have to say that my wife and I have been in the service industry before for over a decade and it's not like we had standards that were out of this world. The car wasn't clean--end of story. But again, we pressed onward.

I immediately called Mika and told him about the gash and he seemed concerned and told me that he was going to go talk to Jim to see what they could do about it. Mika got right back to us however he said that they wouldn't cover it. I told him I understood we bought it "as is" but that we were a bit disappointed because it wasn't disclosed. After that conversation I went outside and looked at the front bumper underneath the scratch and the whole front bumper had scratches it looked like somone went over multiple speed bumps at a high rate of speed. My opinion on this matter is that the front entrance to the dealership is at such an angle that low sitting vehicles often scrape when they enter into the lot. I think this was simply the case with our experience.

Finally after pleading with Mika about what to do, he set me up with the touch up expert at their establishment whose name was Joe. On the day I was set to get our car bumper fixed I had asked Mika who was going to pay for the cost of the repair which was approximately $100. Mika it then proceeded to speak with Jim who then came down to the service center to speak with me. It was then I saw a soleless face whose desire to reject responsibility for not disclosing the gash came to fruition. Instead of paying for an undisclosed gash which surely would have been recouped by oil changes, routine service (we bought the extended plan), and potentially a truck down the road, they decided to deny any part of the cost of the repair. At the very least, couldn't they have met us in the middle!? The whole thing seemed shady and our trust in bringing our car back to NW Dodge was quickly eroded. From our understanding, Jim said he wouldn't pass the cost on to us. I thanked him and told him that we're not asking for the world here, so meeting our concerns and restoring our faith and trust in them was much appreciated. Again, it seemed like such a small thing and yet, you'd be hard pressed to find someone in that business who believes in an excellent customer service attitude.

No reason to ever deal with such a heartless dealership... Take your business somewhere else or you'll get the bait and switch on you when it really matters.

One of the best buying experiences yet. Worked with Lewis Williams and OC who didn t play any weird sales games with me or my family. I would highly recommend working with these guys. I felt no pressure through the entire deal. Everything advertised regarding pricing was exactly what I paid! Also this was the best deal in town on a RAM 2500. Actually it was the best deal on the entire West Coast. Wish I would have known just to come here first instead of spending months of my life searching for deals and having to put up with bait and switch salesmen elsewhere. Northwest is the Best!

my family and I all come to NW for service on our cars, my parents, myself, my uncle and aunt, and even a close friend of mine. We only work with April McCall. She always makes sure to take care of us! She treats me like person and not just another customer. She always keeps me informed and makes sure I am aware of what may be coming up for service on my vehicle. This is my second car purchase from NW Jeep. They have hands down the best prices on their vehicles, which is what brought us here in the first place. But the second time around, we had the best customer service experience with Victoria. Over a period of 3 weeks, she worked hard to find the perfect car for me and the monthly rate I wanted. Her service was above and beyond, and she worked tirelessly until I was happy. I ended up leaving so happy with the prettiest white Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. If you want a good, honest, hardworking salesperson, I recommend requesting Victoria.

The NW Jeep sales and management staff was professional, transparent, and really worked to earn my business. I had, an out of the blue, failure of my key fob and was very pleased that they had one in stock! I also had a need to replace my front end skid plate, which they also had available! Diane in parts and Ed in the scheduling department worked collectively to add my vehicle to an already busy work schedule! I was very pleased with the extra efforts of these two specific employees to get my repairs completed in a timely manner! I will continue to have my Dart serviced at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram!

We have been NW Jeep customers for years and would never consider leaving. We have bought both new and used jeeps. Always feeling secure because NW Jeep truely stands with the customer. Equally important is their service department. Mike is our go to person but in the off chance we can t see Mike we have always felt comfortable dealing with their service team. Service/Repair estimates are alway discussed in complete detail. We can honestly say there have never been any surprises dropped on us, unlike driving into
XYZ Oil Change and being told we need 3 other thing done besides a simple oil change. With NW Jeep Service Department we know a complete record is kept on our cars and we have never been taken advantage of. We will alway keep coming back.

Terrible service. I had set an appointment for an oil change at 2:30. I showed up at 2:15 so I could get checked in and ready to go by 2:30. Service guy tells me it will be about an hour. Ok, so it takes a bit for the service and they may be a little behind. That's understandable. I wait, and wait, and wait...An hour later, my vehicle still has not even moved. I go to ask what is going on and how much longer it will take. She says, yes we are backed up quite a bit. I tell her i had an appointment at 2:30. She says that the appointment is for check in at the service desk. That doesn't mean your vehicle is going to go in at that time. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to take your car.

Amazing experience with this dealership... Jeff was an outstanding sales rep that put us at ease from the second we shook hands... Amazing deal on the Jeep as well... Would do business with them again!

Great place to buy and after service is excellent....

Great place to buy and after service is excellent. Having work done is very reasonable and you don't need an appointment, just the time. Didn't know I needed brakes but they were able to install them today without an appointment. Best service you could ask for.

I spent a long time looking for the right car and ...

I spent a long time looking for the right car and really needed someone to work with my trade in. The used car sales manager did a great job working with me and giving me more for my trade in. Mike, the new sales guy was AMAZING. He got me the car that I wanted and even though my bank was being super annoying he was patient and worked with me and did an awesome job helping me close the deal. Mike in finance was a little pushy trying to sell me extended warranties and theft coverage and gap coverage and I ended up yelling at him because it was simply not getting through that I did not want to spend more than just the purchase of the vehicle. After I made it very clear he worked with me and found me an awesome financer with a very low interest rate and finished up the paperwork for me and even called the next day to confirm. Over all it was an awesome experience and after months of shopping I am so glad I came into nw jeep. If it wasn't for mike the salesman and the used car manager being so respectful and kind I would have probably not gotten the vehicle. Nw jeep can improve in making sure their finance guy takes no for an answer and isn't so pushy about selling things when it is completely evident that the customer is not interested. On the other hand he did a great job helping me get financed when my bank fell through that I cant be too mad. For anyone considering a new jeep vehicle ask for mike. Seriously. Awesome guy.

Well after waiting in the blistering sun for 20 minutes, someone finally came to ask if I needed help. Then right after they asked I got lectured as if I was a five year old little boy. He mentioned that I should not look around at the vehicles on the lot because security will get upset. This was a prime example of the worst type of car salesmen! I highly recommend going to another Jeep dealership!

Amazing experience. Mike Morgan provided top notch, genuine and friendly service. It was a pleasant, no pressure buying experience from the moment we pulled into the lot until the moment I drove off in my new Jeep. I would definitely recommend Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge.

Both sales people , Steve Burke and Lewis Williams...

Both sales people , Steve Burke and Lewis Williams handled our transaction with the utmost professionalism and enabled our son to purchase his truck using his own financing.
Lewis initiated the sale and took videos for us seeing we were 3 hours away and Steve not only managed to make our appt. getting there early, but was courteous and showed much patience with my son on this very special day...
We could have not went further without our either of them ...
They are truly both a Credit to your Dealership! ...

I am so impressed by the service department at NW ...

I am so impressed by the service department at NW Jeep. My service rep, Mike McGrain, is the reason I gave 5 stars. Every time I take one of our cars in to be serviced, Mike is always so pleasant and helpful. The communication from him is excellent- always letting me know what services are needed, how much it will cost and the time frame. I would highly recommend the service department at NW Jeep...and I hope you get Mike McGrain as your rep!

I just purchased a used car from this dealership y...

I just purchased a used car from this dealership yesterday. I noticed a little roughness in the engine at idle but it seemed to smooth out. When I got it home and let it set overnight it runs very rough at idle. The dealership knows I live 3 hours drive from them and although they are willing to have their service shop look at it (for a charge?) they are essentially washing their hands of it. I do not know if it will continue running for the 3 hours it would take to get back to them. That is lousy customer support. I also felt like the salesmen were evasive on answering my questions about the car and its history. I will never do business with this dealer again based on how I was treated.

Wow, what a great place to purchase a vehicle. I found four vehicles to look at and they were the third stop. They had a great price on an internet special that I took plus they gave me a great price on my trade in. The people were great. Josh the Finance guy was very patient with me. My 19 year old was the buyer and I was the lucky co-signer. Josh was great, he explained everything to him and gave him some conservative advise. NOT says everyone should run there blindly, but put them on your list of places to visit and you may be happy with the outcome. Good luck and thank you NW Jeep.
