AJ SHIPPING

I FedEx a box which cost me $41 and change. The women said it would arrive on Monday. I thought for the money 3 days later it would be great . However the box is expected to arrive 8 days later. Obviously the information given to me was incorrect. Frustrated. The women led me to believe that the package would be delivered on Monday June 3rd. Not Monday June 10th. I realized the later date after I got the receipt, she did not suggest other options to get the package to the destination sooner!

I tried to send a package with 12 cans Cornedbeefhash to Germany - this package had been opend during transport- content has been stolen !!

I went to 3 other shipping places and they all had rude employees. This place was my last hope. I went in and received a greeting smile from a young Lady named Haley. She was so kind, professional and knew what she was doing unlike the other idiots down the road. She helped me with all my needs. I will definitely be coming back here thanks to Haley. I now know where I will be doing all my shipping

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Absolutely do not use this place to pack and ship items. They do not pack the items properly and will not honor the insurance. In June I paid them $307.30 to send a glass article that had a value of $1200. They packed it and shipped it. The item arrived badly broken and all they are offering me is $100 total. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!

I love A&J Pak-Ship! They always take such great care of us. Jaylene is a superb customer service agent. She has a very professional attitude and graceful demeanor. I was there on a busy Monday morning. There were about approximately 6-8 customers in line, and it was the off-season! An older man was being very rude and demanding as he ordered poor Jaylene around in front of everyone! She handled it beautifully. If she was my daughter, I would be very proud of her. If she was my employee, I would never expect her to handle the store on a Monday morning alone. I would have cracked! But not Jaylene, she is a treasure and I hope everyone appreciates her and treats her with the kindness and respect that she deserves. Thanks A&J and Jaylene, we appreciate you!

I have never recieved bad customer service however the prices to fax and copy are very high. I can make copies at the library for 10 cents a page .. and fax to fax is really high. Maybe consider lowering these costs just a bit. They are a very busy place and even though they may be on the phone they are able to multi task and make accommodations.

The staff were rude, and incompetent. i was shipping a few small gifts, all going to one address, the charge was $121.00. i paid it even though they were being as rude as can be. then i noticed that they are cutting and taping two boxes together, so i asked why they are doing this, one of the very rude girls replied, that the SHIPPING STORE that they were running with no manager and no owner has no boxes to fit the gifts i had brought in. i suggested that we get a box from publix next door because the Frankenstein box was not up to my standards and i was sure the gifts would never arrive. they told me to take my business elsewhere which i was glad to do. the ups store on cape coral parkway shipped my items in an actual box for $42. so it would seem they were going to charge me 3 times the amount of a close competitor. these people have no shame at A & J. they said they refunded my money after all that but i still see the charge, so i guess that makes you thieves as well as inept, rude people

Really upset! We've been using this place to ship packages up until two days ago....when we needed an item packed and boxed and they chose to put it in a box twice its size and charged almost $30 just to pack it up...that didn't include the shipping cost and that was going to be another $54. Nope....all done going to Pak n Ship.

I had an awesome experience at A&J Pak-Ship. I needed to send a shoulder strap for a cinema camera to South Korea. Given certain regulations, the cost of overseas shipping and the question of insurance versus custom's duty in Korea - Jay worked very hard at presenting me with my options and suggesting some of the better ones. I'm very impressed with her work ethic, promptness and attention to detail. Jay made the shipment painless and cost-effective. I have been to this location on occasions over the years and all of my visits were a good experience, never any issues. I was going to go to Cape Central Post office near city hall but decided to save some time and went to A&J Pak-Ship at Cape Coral Parkway and Chiquita. A very pleasant and friendly young lady by the name of Jaylene greeted me and was a tremendous help, she was genuinely happy to assist me and really delivered EXCELLENCE! I will be a more frequent customer for sure and as a realtor in the Cape you can bet that I will have A&J on my recommendation list that I share with all of my clients! Thank you Jaylene!

I am very often there with all my private and business mails and packets and very kindly stuff. But today I am very sad about this girl. I only want the price for a packet from here to NYC. Instead of measuring or weighting my packet she wants to have my name, my zipp code and the adress of NYC. So I went out...nearby the small post office gave me the price without questions. They measured the packet and had a price for me. Thats service!

I don't recommend this place for shipping anything you care about. They shipped an oil painting from my father's estate for us and it arrived damaged. Zero compensation was received. It took 5 months and dozens of calls to get just our shipping cost refunded.

Never had an issue here. They always have a smile on their faces and go the extra mile for me when I mail items out. Thank you for the great service at this location!

I run an online shoe store and often I use A & J for there USPS service. I like that I can drop off my prepaid packages w/o any hassle. Also when I just can't find the right size box for something I I have to ship, they always have just what I need.

This is a quick and easy place to do returns and many other things! The customer service was phenomenal, especially Dayanys, she is very helpful and extremely friendly. Amazing!!

Last week I needed to ship out a birthday present for my niece and the worker there was so sweet. Gabriella answered all of my questions in a professional manner while still maintaining a friendly demeanor. She listed all of my different options and explained the process thoroughly. I felt that my package was in good hands. The cost of the shipping of the shipping was high but the customer service definitely made up for it. I am in confident in their shipping abilities. I will be back again and I recommend this place to anyone in the 33914 area.

What an awesome place! Top-notch service! My first visit was with Haley and Ariana, both super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I love that! Now a days customer service and the genuine attitude to be helpful is fading. BUT NOT HERE! I felt right at home and was pleased with my shipping needs and the warm, friendly vibes inside the store! My 2nd visit, the very next day (mind you A & J is not the closest shipping store to me, but the best shipping store) was to send an envelope that my bird brained self should have shipped with the first box. Not only did Super Star Ariana cost compare for me the best and fastest way to send it, she caught a mistake I had made with the zip and assured me no problem as she had all my info in the system with the "right" zip, etc. and put me at ease (these were very important papers that had to ship). Again, excellent service and KUDOS to all of you. Shout out to Britany she was with another customer but was awesome and very friendly. Keep up the good work girls!

Extremely rude service. Blonde counter woman was on phone with another customer, rolling her eyes, exasperated, loud and just very unprofessional with that customer. I came looking to mail priority with the United States Postal Service but this store didn't have one piece of complimentary (free) priority packaging available to use. There were plenty of boxes you could buy however. Same employee proceeded to trash talk the Postal Service to the customer on the line when they requested a post office price comparison. I walked out. Just one more unsatisfied customer...
