I walked in and asked to speak to only one person for sales, and they stuck to it. Try Phil, he is easy to work with and no pressure. The only thing that stops me from giving them 5 stars is that the salesperson can't answer all questions. (Regarding warranties, some of gb the things about that particular car, and financing. To be fair, I was told he was not allowed to know these things.) Other than that, this was a nice experience.

I loathe all dealerships, for the same reasons eve...

I loathe all dealerships, for the same reasons everyone does but this was by far my worst experience ever.

I ordered and paid my down payment on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler 7/2/15 and then began my waiting game. I received the call that they were expecting it 8/7/15 so I sold my beloved TJ and biked about town for the next few days leading up to delivery. I called the dealer many times on that Friday only to never have anyone answer or never call back. Ultimately after about 6 hours of radio silence I grabbed a cab down there to find out what was going on. Turns out delivery was moved back 2 weeks; which would have been ok had I just been given a call back but that's apparently a little too much to ask for.

From here it gets good.

While perusing their site I see my Wrangler's VIN listed as in transit to the dealership finally and I'm stoked. Everything looks good until...oh that's weird...that's not the transmission or wheel package I ordered?

Now if we rewind to my day of order I pulled my build sheet mockup that was printed right there in their dealership by Andrew Fraley, looks exactly the way I wanted it. Next day I closed and paid my deposit with James Sisson, who also printed a mock build, looks exactly like I wanted it. Weird how the "small detail" of a transmission gets mixed up here.

After some fuming on my end over the phone, I was told by Richard (one of the managers) "Funny how things turn out"...Hilarious actually.

At the end of the day he showed me a sheet I signed with one incorrect version of the build and I showed him the copies and correspondence I had with the correct build, and well, nothing changed. Richard said he could order a new vehicle and I would wait until roughly 3 months for delivery due to now missing the window for 2015s. Overall this experience really sucked, a lot. I'll never go back or recommend anyone shop here.

I had previously had an awful experience at Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver due to their price gouging and sales tactics. But I went back there and bought a new Wrangler same day.

Oh and to round it all out I went in to get a check cut for my deposit paid, they said they couldn't on a Saturday and they'll "try" to get it out by Wednesday. There was never a move by anyone to even try and make things right.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

Spoke with Thomas Pope about an internet special they were running on a 2020 Ram 2500. Scheduled my appointment, got there, Thomas too busy to meet and handed of to another sales associate. And guess what, the vehicle was just sold. Total scam. Drove an hour into Portland to be told it was was "just sold." I would avoid these unethical dealers like this. I keep getting robo emails from his account thanking me for my time.

Recommend Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg, ID. Honest, great prices, and really easy to deal with. Don't was your time with NW Jeep Ram.

Phil worked hard for us to get the best deal possible. We were so surprised that we were able to get the car we wanted for the price we wanted and without any pressure. From the start, Phil made the process feel comfortable. The negotiations were easy and hassle-free. We were nervous to go car shopping--remembering past experiences of getting taken advantage of--but this was the complete opposite and we would recommend this dealership and especially Phil to anyone!

The process was very quick and easy. I would recommend this place if you know what you are looking for and don't need your hand held through the whole process.

Mike is very social and has a deep product knowledge that isn t intimidating
He is a very friendly customer oriented professional
We found the right RAM to meet my needs and budget
Doug in finance presented all of the additional options available to us in order to protect our investment over the entire life cycle

Purchased a new delivery van for my business in September. Love the vehicle but the purchase experience was less than stellar.
Furthermore, had to take the truck in for repair on November 15th. Parts had to be ordered and was told it would take approximately 1 week. It's currently December 9th and I've not heard a word. Have called the service department 3 times and am never able to connect to a "live" person so have left voice messages but still have not received any response.

Purchasing a car can be a terrifying experience but I didn't feel that sense of terror at NW Jeep-Chrysler-Dodge. I worked with Jeff, who was awesome! I highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable about the products, honest, and didn't pressure you to buy. Josh, the finance guy who helped close the deal up, was also great.

I definitely recommend checking them out if you are interested in purchasing a new car!

Northwest JCD is always quick and informative on what steps are needed to be completed for good, up to date maintenance. I had my oil changed, air filters replaced and tires rotated for an appointment I put in only a few days away with them putting me on their schedule. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The waiting room was also very clean and comfortable. Thank you Northwest.

Sometimes you may think you have figured out Life sometimes you may think you figured out people and sometimes you might give up and say to heck with it. Then you meet someone that is so wonderful at what they do it changes your way of thinking and your life. When I called Northwest Jeep on a weekend I was expecting someone who would give me the run around. What I got was a young lady who made me feel good about buying a vehicle and also made me feel good about being myself. Also had a very good experience with Joe Carter with financing the Jeep. He took care of a few extra things on my behalf so I wouldn t have to. Also had a good conversation with John Nees in the parts department. Took the time to go over additional options for the Jeep based on my questions. Outstanding experience, from start to finish. I took about 2 months to shop, and assess what I really wanted. The salesman (Bill Barber) was not pushy, at all. In fact, he did an excellent job of listening to my real requirements, and stopped me, in the end, from buying too much vehicle - features that sound cool at the time, but that I wouldn't really need and would later regret.

I REALLY respect that level of honesty in a sales person.

The financing was done through the dealership. They got me a better rate on the loan than I could have gotten from my credit union. When I was ready to purchase, the entire transaction was done very quickly.

I decided to contact Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram as a recommendation from a friend who bought a vehicle from them several years ago. Without question, they have made the order and purchase of my 2021 Ram 1500 the most smooth vehicle buying experience I have ever had. The entire experience from initial order to arrival of the ordered truck to driving it off the lot was handled by Jeff C and was very professional. He walked me through the order process, kept me informed as to the order status and answered every question (or sought out answers when he didn't have the information) at every step. It s easy to write nice reviews when all goes well but one of the best ways to evaluate a business is when something goes wrong and how they chose to deal with the problem. I just had that experience with the service department and I was pleasantly surprised. As a large business you can t always have the right employee for every repair that comes in your shop. But you can stand behind your customer if you didn t get the job done correctly. And that s exactly what Service Manager Dennis Teach did for me. His professionalism and willingness to see my side as a customer kept my trust. As a result I will keep coming back.

I am giving (Salesman) Mathew 5 stars for his customer service! I had a horrible experience at this dealership about 5 years ago- I was humiliated in their open (very outdated and tacky) lobby/financing area when a salesman outright said "what do you expect, you have no money!". I simply didn't want to put any cash down- trust me, I had money in the bank being that I had just returned from an overseas deployment and had saved over $20k. I left humiliated and pissed. I swore I would never go back. 5 years later I decided to give it a shot because they truly do have a great inventory- cant deny that fact. I had Matt met me when I arrived and was a breath of fresh air. He is overqualified for his position, and it's glaringly obvious. He was so sweet, and real. I could care less about Jeep- I wanted to buy something just because of him! Thank you Matt for helping me and spending time with me. I ended up purchasing elsewhere- but Matt was a memorable experience that I couldn't not review. Thanks!

Terrible service at this location. Truck lost coolant and smelled bad after a service recall for a water pump. I stopped by for oem fluid and asked if they'd take a look when I topped it off. No such luck they wouldn't even get it in a service bay or send a mechanic to verify anything when I topped it off. No solution offered, no advice or help given.

After months of searching, I finally found the exact Jeep I have been looking for. And it was at Northwest. I drove all the way up from Brookings. My sales Representative was Jeff, he was very nice, helpful and accommodating. I brought my wife and two young kids with me. There was a play area for the kids, and Jeff even brought them drinks and some donuts, they loved that :-) I have purchased a few new cars in my life, and this was by far the easiest new car purchase ever. For the first time I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted, and feeling as though I wasn't raked over the coals...... Simple oil change, 2hr wait, I said I will pick a different day, then I asked if I could make an appointment since I was there, "no just com back early on another day it won't take so long". I said " wow makes me think oil can Henry's or jeffie lubes may be a better bet". Was told, " yeah sometimes ". They can't wait to sell you the car, but when it's time for service your not their priority!

The amount of stupidity walking around the service...

The amount of stupidity walking around the service dept. is baffling. I brought my pt cruiser in to have the door lock fixed. They looked at it and told me it was an actuator. I purchased the $67 part and it arrived a week later, and was told it would be $90 labor. I brought the car in and two hours later got it back with the new actuator install and the problem still not fixed. "The actuator isn't the problem" I'm told it's locking rod. The tried to charge me $150 in labor but were "kind" enough to give me $50 off. I had to request to get the old actuator back (which was perfectly fine) and hope to make something off of it on ebay. There was no apology from any body I dealt with. The people that write good reviews are people that work there. Of that I am sure. Pay attention to the average review and find somebody else to fix your car.

I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn from NW Jeep and have to say the service from the purchase to the first service call has been horrible. I have voiced my dissatisfaction to numerous sales people and service to no avail. The response to my complaints ihas been lacking for sure. Not one person, including the salesman has bothered to call me when I have wrote and called about the lack of service and offered anything. I am left feeling that they only want my money. I cannot recommend this dealership to any of my friends after the way I have been treated.

Today I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee at NW Jeep. I was in and out in less than 2 1/2 hours, with a trade in! I never experienced one second of pressure to purchase anything I didn t feel I needed, or wasn t in my budget. Jeff Elicker was my salesman, he is accodsting and honest. Kristina Cho, in finance, was one of the sweetest and most engaging people I have ever met. Even the service department helped with a couple of extras I wanted. They all took great care of me; I left feeling like new friends helped me get the car I wanted. NW Jeep was a great place to take my business, if I, or anyone I know is looking...rest assured they will hear about my team! I love my new Jeep, and the experience was great!! I will be back in the future...thank you, thank you, thank you!!

If you are looking for a fancy dealership with suited sales associates, this is not your dealership. But if you are looking for a local branch to find a Jeep, NW Jeep will work with you on price and finding the right vehicle. I gave 4 out of 5 only because the lack of customer amenities and the casualness of the dealership.

NW Jeep - The ONLY dealership worth a crap on Cany...

NW Jeep - The ONLY dealership worth a crap on Canyon Road!! I mean that! I used to work for a local dealership. I have friends in the car business and could have bought from them. I know the games most dealers play. And... I also knew this was our second car purchase in three weeks and my wife was buried in negative equity on her trade-in due to a bad interest rate from defunct dealership further down Canyon Road. We were bumping up against the maximum LTV the banks would accept = Limiting our Budget. My wife was upset by the initial offer from NW Jeep (she dragging me out)... Over dinner, we had to figure out we were fighting the banks and not the dealership. The Sales team at NW Jeep was Great! Nala, Jim, O.C., Richard and Doug make a Rockstar team! Their patience, professionalism, transparency and honest communication of the situation, honest communication of the "Grey Auto market," which other dealerships were clearly engaging in (after seeing how clean/new NW Jeep's Durango Crew motor and chassis was), and lack of sales pressure really made the difference for us. Jim even kept quiet for most of the test drive so I could listen and feel for the condition of this Durango Crew. He let the car sell itself. NW Jeep's vehicle lacked the top interior package but it was, by far, in the best mechanical condition out of the dozens we were considering. Earlier that Sunday morning on a Citadel test drive at another dealership, after a half hour of yammering, I actually had to tell the salesperson to "Shut Up!" so I could listen to that vehicle as I drove it (a classic distraction technique). Because he wouldn't shut up, we went for a 90 minute test drive, including going off-road in some farmer's orchard. But eventually I found the shudder in the other dealer's Canadian Citadel transmission on open pavement. Google confirmed existence of the problem. It wasn't smooth like my wife's trade-in. Rear backup cam didn't work. They actually tried to hide it by turning the feature off before the test drive (normally on by default). The Citadel had open recalls, been exposed to tons of salted roads up in Canada (rusted pulleys, rusted chassis, pitted engine block, etc) confirmed by CarFax. They wanted $5k-$8k more. So before buying, we went to NW Jeep JUST for a test drive comparison of their lower priced Durango Crew. Jim at NW Jeep was honest and told us about OEM Warranty's being void for non-US vehicles (like the Canadian Citadel). All the other dealers had Canadian vehicles! (GMC BUICK, LITHIA OF Eugene, Fidelity Fleet, etc.)

CarFax said NW Jeep's Crew model was a local Willamette Valley rig! (huge plus) That explained why their Crew was in such nice condition! We weren't even planning to buy this rig. After we went back to NW Jeep later that night (after some dinner). Everyone, O.C. and Richard worked hard on their numbers, everyone had to adjust their numbers, including our down payment (not planned on) but we got the deal done! My wife drove to work in 4-6 inches of snow the next morning over the coast range in her new AWD Durango Crew with it's Mercedes GL Chassis instead of driving her 2WD trade-in. It's like being on rails in the snow!! We love it! She loves it! Thank you NW Jeep! My wife got the car she wanted and has a safer vehicle this winter thanks to you! If you are considering a vehicle at NW Jeep, please ask for Nala, O.C. or Jim. They are great sales folks to work with, demonstrating honesty and integrity. Nala even followed up with thank you notes to each of us! A nice touch, rarely seen anymore. : ) Richard and Doug (finance) really worked hard to make this deal happen and demonstrated Good Will. A real pleasure. We left there around 11pm Sunday night in my wife's new Durango in snowy weather. This month, we bought TWO vehicles worth $120K combined, with good interest rates. I didn't know that was even possible for us. Thank You NW Jeep!

P.S. - As a prospective buyer, decide how you want to be treated! It's your money! Head to NW Jeep ...And ALWAYS get GAP insurance. ALWAYS!

These guys were the best. I had an elecrtcal issue on my sons car ignition. Looked at the reviews from other dealerships read this one. Everyone else was to busy and short handed. Called the place on the day before Christmas and asked if they could look at it. Was told they were busy but sure bring it down. They made an appointment for me. When I got there an "April" a service representative was smiling and said how can we help you. I explained the situation. She was very helpful and checked us in. When she was done there was a service tech named vinne standing there waiting to get started. I thought "wow" what are the chances. I was so surprised. The shop rate was higher than others but for service like that, id gladly pay the extra cost they were freindly listened to our issue and got right on it. We left the car within two hours got a call that he had figured out the problem and fixed it. When we got there the total was less that quoited. From a dealership??? Are you kidding me. They always screw you. Not his time. I was so surprised. the car is fixed and my son can start it normally now. Every one happy on Christmas eve. Thank you guys. I hightly recomend this place. Very nice and quick service people. A+++ in my book.

This dealership has great staff, decent auto selection, but I'm not too sure about the technicians who work on your vehicle. I had a few problems on my charger and it took 3 times to get it taken care of. I believe that maybe a little more education on vehicle diagnostics would help. It's like going to a doctor who listens to you and then googles your issue. Besides that great experience. I bought a brand new SUV from them.

We had a Volvo before, and although we loved it, it's a much different driving experience. The Wrangler is 10x the fun! Where do I begin? This place is awesome I had the pleasure of working with David Valenzuela. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the car buying experience so easy. When my wife and I were getting all our stuff together he's taking a break and hanging out with my kids. Hes not your regular salesman who is pressuring you into buying a vehicle. I just purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 diesel. Andrew was my salesman, wow was he patient. It took me a long time to decide between a couple of vehicles (after looking at several) and he made me feel like king of the hill. He answered all my questions, was knowledgable about the trucks and just, with no pressure at all, let me go through the process of coming back several times to investigate and decide on the right truck for me. Ken, the sales manager, was great and just seemed like he wanted me to be happy with my vehicle. I was thrilled with the process. This was my second purchase of a vehicle from NW Jeep and I would not hesitate to buy from them again, I would also ask for Andrew to be my sales guy. Totally satisfied!! Great job guys!!

Just bought a Grand Cherokee from NW Jeep and I love it! I ve been buying cars all my life (62 years) and this was by far the best car purchasing experience ever!! Bill Barber was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and been at NW Jeep for years! It was a challenge to find us a car that was just right, his patients and his compassionate manor displayed to meet our needs was outstanding! He made the entire experience fantastic! I highly recommend Bill for whatever car you are looking for!

I bought just a used vehicle at the dealership and the experience was nothing short of amazing. I sent them an online inquiry to ask if I could test drive a certain ride. Within no time, I had an email from Victoria in my inbox. She said all I would have to bring is my drivers license and proof of insurance. Said and done! - I went to the dealership to ask for Victoria and shortly after I had the keys in my hand and was good to go for ~45 mins trip. This was enough time for me to ensure two cars will into into my garage, which has been a huge selling point right there. After I returned to the dealership, Victoria was very easy to work with. No upselling, no pressure, no major discussion about a minor price adjustment to close the final deal. I highly recommend Victoria. She has a great personability and works closely with her management to reduce the time the rather lengthy process to complete the purchase a car will take. I hope she will stay at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge since I would seek her out for another car purchase :)

After looking at the new Jeeps for about a year, my wife and I decided to purchase the Jeep Cherokee and went to NW Jeep knowing what we wanted. The salesman was very quick to pickup on the fact and brought us to a great deal on a 2014 Jeep which was the correct color and had everything we wanted quickly. They worked with us on the pricing and helped with making the purchase enjoyable.

Darien is amazing. He really makes you feel like he is there to make your life easier. I dropped off my car for an annual maintenance and the mechanics end up replacing my rear driver blinker light for free. I had already purchased the bulbs and left them in the cup holder before the drop off. I never mentioned when dropping off my car that my blinker light is out. I was going to watch the YouTube video and replace it myself : ) It made me feel like they care and I'll be returning for other repairs.
