I've been taking my baby girl to this clinic since...

I've been taking my baby girl to this clinic since birth. I love the staff! The front desk staff is always friendly and they always remember my daughter. They ask about her and how she's doing. The doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners are great, too. I can tell that they genuinely care about the health and well-being of my daughter. When I visit, I feel like we're seeing her extended family. I've never really had a problem getting an appointment, either. You have to call as soon as they open if you need to go in the same day, but they do their best to work with you, even if it means sending you to a different location.
Highly recommend!

I think you have a preference with patients you can not ask them many questions. They get angry when they call and make an appointment. They have several health problems and since they are deaf they are ruthless. They do not care about the suffering of others. Only patients want to practice. What you suffer is worth a peanut.

Not very good clinic. I have had 3 different docto...

Not very good clinic. I have had 3 different doctors making it hard to do fallow ups in this clinic. And they cant seem to do a good job at determining what I have and in one case they never did on a pain I had on my hand, i had xrays but they just gave me pain pills not even a recommendation to a specialist. I have decided to move to a different clinic.

Worst experience ever doctors take you as a joke they don t even listen to you and they take hours to attend you and when they check you it feels like they re in a rush . I wouldn t recommend this clinic .

I am a former employee & a current patient of this...

I am a former employee & a current patient of this clinic for almost 4 years now. I have always been treated with respect in the aspect of being a patient of theres. Jacky the call center representative got me in as a same day patient, she was very courteous & informative. The front desk staff Rachel & two others i don t know by name were very nice & asked me how I was etc. I sat & waited maybe 15 mins before I was taken back to see PA Falcon who is one of my favs there! I work at another clinic now & the wait time to get back is way longer than that! The MA Itzel who is also one of my favs, asked me all the correct questions, was concerned for my health & very friendly! She was knowledgeable, warm & informative. PA Falcon is amazing! She remembered me as a patient (my medical stuff) & former employee, she took GREAT care of me, she was ATTENTIVE & INFORMATIVE! Although this is a non profit organization & I haven t been since last year, I was feeling very ill & figured since I didn t have a PCP yet I could come here (since they have all my medical records) and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! I was treated respectfully & they were all concerned. I wanted to leave this review since the ones on here are all bad now & before when I worked there. I would like to add that HR was always so polite & warm towards me, my manager was always understanding & all around awesome! My direct lead is an awesome person as well. They DO care about their patients, (I know first hand since I worked there) at the end of the day, you can climb mountains, go the extra mile for patients but they ll always be the ones that slipped thru! And I have went home & lost sleep over those patients. This is NOT a bad clinic, with bad doctors & staff. I KNOW this is a fact as well, as I am a patient of there s. Good luck NTACHC! I saw all these bad reviews and knew I couldn t leave it like that! I m thankful for y all!

Omg i would only go there for my kids physicals on...

Omg i would only go there for my kids physicals once a year and that place is just disgusting including the staff they look so unprofessional and have a very ugly attitude plus they never answer their phone. I have reported them with the Medicaid agency to dont send no one there. Awful place

Front desk employees are rude as hell. Didn't ask me for my I'd just my co pay. When I was told to look over my paperwork under ethnicity it said not Hispanic! Im pretty sure that was not an option on the paperwork I filled out. That really rubbed my the wrong way. On the phone I was told I would have a meeting to see if I qualify for there program but I get there the rude front desk said they program don't cover my appointment at all today.No organization what so ever and very unprofessional! Waited over 30 mins in the lobby area

this is the worst place ever.
I m seriously worried about the prenatal care I m getting here even though I pay almost full price because I didn t apply for discounts. Everytime I go there is a new nurse none of them know what s going on they prescribe me the same pills because they don t even know what they are giving me. I m to far along to switch because I can t afford to pay full price for another doctor but this place is just horrible.

i started at old clinic on main st. saw miss strickland, i think thats her name, only saw her one time, she was very nice but when i needed to contact her, she never would call me, the people working did not know what they are doing, not sure how many from that clinic came to the new one.. the new place on beverly hills drive is nice, some of the workers try hard to help, then a few who are some what rude.. the doctor i have is very nice and he tries to help me with my issues, but when he went out of town, the people who were to help me were not there, did not get me my inr readings cause im on blood thinners and you have to be careful with how you take your meds. its been a mess and they have made me real sad for not taking my health serious, i called the main people, thought things would be handled, but not sure they are, so i may have to go higher on the chain of command,,, i like that you can get your medicine in same building, your blood done, but the care needs work on peoples health issues, i really like this place but my health is at risk, please retrain those who need to take this more serious,

Would not recommend this doctor's office!!! Office organization is very poor and there is very little professionalism shown. Had a set appointment that was rescheduled on me three times at the last minute due to a "doctors emergency". No regard shown for patients' needs!

Incredibly friendly staff, the nurse practitioner was so informative and so sweet as was the young lay who did my triage. Pharmacy located in building and they take Healthy Texas Womens so major plus ! The nurse practitioner Ms Creamer is the best!

Was a great place until Dr.Thompson left. Now it is a crappy doctors office and they don't give a damn about your well being. They will not refill meds and don't care if you have seizures, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!

I was really thinking if I should write a review b...

I was really thinking if I should write a review but after all of this I definitely had to.. Called to schedule an appointment in Feb 1st to get an appointment for march 3rd, I told them I needed my diabetes meds if I could get them till my appointment, but she said I needed to wait for my appointment. A whole month with no meds !!!! Got to the appointmen at 9:40am fasting keep in mind am diabetic no meds ...got to see the Dr. at 1:40 after they took their lunch break on point! . Staff keep telling me that I was next that there were 3 more patients ahead of me, since 9:40 am. A 20 min visit for a 4 he wait....Dr. Allard was nice, after all that time waiting she apologized for the staff, because they shouldn't have left me with no meds for a month. Now my diabetes was controlled and because I was left with no meds I haven't being able to keep it down. She asked me to do some labs and she told me that they will call me with the results am still waiting for the call. I have being calling at all times of the day for the past weeks and all I get is a answering machine, tried all the options to see if someones answered and nothing. I dont understand why this clinic is like this I believe all patients here eather pay for their visits or have insurance, theirs no need for the staff to be so unprofessional when it comes to the people who makes their checks. They need to go back to school and take a customer service class to learn how to treat people. We dont owe y'all anything.! And if someone does keep up with this reviews, Please have them re-trained on their JOBS on how to answer phones too they dont bite...

Who ever it was that answers the phone when I first call is RUDE as hell . I was calling for a friend that is not able to call herself no compassion at all for the sick .. I am glad this is not my clinic .

Very confused. I went for first appointment yester...

Very confused. I went for first appointment yesterday for high blood pressure . Strickland agreed it was caused from anxiety. So they gave me no meds at all. Told me to go to jps or mhmr for that problem. I have a huge skin tag on the side of my neck I wanted removed. She literally told me to cut it off with a knife or use dental floss. It'll only hurt for a min. And told me to drink a lil alcohol before i do it. I told her I don't drink alcohol. Wth... Then my papers state that they counseled me on weight management..they said nothing to me about my weight. She did write me a referral to go get an mri....which I can not afford to do. The whole point is I HAVE NO INSURANCE.. That's why I came here. Paid 40 dollars to be told to go somewhere else for my issues. Cut my mole off myself and gave me nothing for anxiety..which now is high cause I'm so upset.

the employees who are in front have a very despotic attitude. They always leave you waiting a long time for any questions. When you have an appointment they pass you until they feel like it. You ask them a question and they answer you very rudely. I think they have to change the employees and put someone with a better attitude

He did not bother to ask me questions, he sent me directly to have my thyroid removed which is extreme, I asked him for help because I have an ear problem and he did not bother to check me out of 10 questions I asked him about my symptoms responded to each one
"I don't know, it could be something else"
He never gave me a solution or did not help me at all, just pay to receive his "I don't know"
The doctor who treated me had problems walking and breathing due to his obvious overweight, that made me think that if he is not taking care of his health, I think that mine will not
I would pay attention and that's what happened ...

I ve been seen twice at the NTACHC Northside location in 2019 and 2020. The care is quite good. The nurses and physicians are all experienced and good at patient care, but the administration is absolutely awful.

The check in procedure is terrible and completely inefficient. Both times I ve been seen my appointments started over an hour late. This time, I checked in online the day prior to my appointment, yet I still had to wait in a 30 minute line just to let the clinic know I was present, and my appointment still started over an hour late.

NTACHC constantly seems to be short staffed. I wanted to give them another shot, simply because the care is good and I support NTACHC s mission, but I will not be coming again in the future.

First time there, took my mom and staff was super friendly. Usually with low income beneficiaries like clinics have rude or short tempered nurses and staff ( at least that has been my experience ). But this clinic, Fort Worth location specifically had the most amazing staff. They were very considerate, very approachable and Most of all felt really comfortable. My mom had an appointment there and I loved this clinic, I don t know the ladies names with whom I talked to but they deserve a raise !

There are a few kind ones but most of the Office/reception staff is rude and unorganized don't really care about the patients and seem like they hate there job but Doctor Strickland is amazing best Doctor ever my health has gotten better because of her and she is always helpful if I have a issue with the staff so because of her I give this office five stars!

I was very pleased with my experience at North Texas Area Arlington location. I had my big toe nail removed and was so scared of the pain I was going to endure. but I can say that this was the best experience ever...
The front desk lady was so nice. This was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care by Dr. Purcell she made feel so comfortable she kept asking me if I was ok if I felt any pain she would stop...and her staff, When I say the doctor and all the other employees made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick. Now my friend wants to transfer his primary doctor over here. I appreciated them and their follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all of them.

This is the worst environment I have ever worked for. Very unorganized, dangerous practice and management does not care at all for their employees. They have very unrealistic expectations of their providers and medical assistants. They are also very punitive upon resignation and try to make your work life even more difficult once you inform them you are resigning. I would not recommend anyone to work there. If you apply- BEWARE!!!!

Do not work here, your license will be in jeopardy! The Arlington clinic has very rude and racist Certified Medical Assistance. They will clique-up and run you out of there if you try to better the clinic by putting in your suggestions. The HR is very unprofessional and will belittle you if you come to her with your concerns. If HR feels intimidated by you she will TRY to belittle you. The CMAs will do nurse duties incorrectly and try to blame the nurse on duty. They are very young immature and incompetent. Do not send your love ones. This company isn t worth risking your license.

First off there is no parking for handicapped. Second my mom walks out with a new perscription and "diet and excercise" bs like every other doctor every visit. Not once has a dr offered to sign her up for diabetes management classes or send her to a nutritionist. All they care about is money. And payoffs for writing RX's. She's handicapped and on oxygen for goodness sake. How the heck is she supposed to excercise?

Very unprofessional and a uncaring attitude towards the patients. My wife was pregnant and suffering from a "subchorionic hemorrhage" and a "Fibroid" (which we didn't find out until we went to the EMERGENCY room at a different hospital the following night). Even though we were currently patients at this hospital, they refused to actually take her in a room and do test, they simply said "Your fine, it's normal." She wan't fine and it wasn't normal, this kind of carelessness can be really harmful to the patients. The only time I've gotten good service from them, is when they are calling me about bills to pay them.

The first time I went into this office I arrived 1...

The first time I went into this office I arrived 15-30 minutes early to fill out the new patient paper work. My appointment was for 2:00. I waited in the waiting room for about 30 minutes before I was called. The nurse took my BP and history then I sat in the exam room for another 45 minutes before the doctor even arrived. I had three issue I wanted to talk over with the doctor, but the nurse made me pick just one that the doctor would deal with for this visit. So the Doctor finally saw me at 3:15-3:20. She was only with me for maybe 15-20 minutes and I only got one issue sorted out. So I spent pretty much 2 hours waiting in order to see the doctor for 20 minutes. They also had me pay for the visit before I even saw the doctor, so I couldn't walk out like I wanted to when over an hour had passed. I also had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I could "check-out" with one of the staff and schedule my next appointment.

So my second appointment was schedule for a month later. I tried calling them three times and left messages all three times to try to reschedule my appointment because I had a conflicting appointment that wouldn't give me enough to get to the doctor's office on time. The office calls me again for a different reason and I ask to reschedule my appointment at that time but the lady says she doesn't reschedule appoints but she'd have someone else call me so that I could reschedule. I don't hear from the office till the day before my appointment. Some lady from the doctor's office calls and says the doctor will be out of the office during my scheduled time and that I'd need to reschedule. I agree to a new date and time, relieved that I wouldn't be late to my appointment.

Then I show up at the doctor's office on the new assigned day of my appointment and the receptionist says I don't have an appointment. She says I missed my last appointment. I explain that someone from the office staff called me and rescheduled me for this new day. She receptionist tells me she'll ask the doctor and see if I can be seen and I'm left to wait for 10 minutes. The receptionist calls me back to her desk and tells me the doctor is at lunch and won't be back for another 45 minutes and then after that the doctor is booked all day so I'll have to reschedule. I tell her to just cancel my appointment and that I'm never coming back here again.
