This the second time going to Lattimore on Long Po...

This the second time going to Lattimore on Long Pond Road in Rochester, NY for physical therapy. The first time was three years ago for a total knee replacement, and currently this time for major rotator cuff surgical repair. My PT specialist, Justin, once again is assisting me for this newest injury. He did a great job helping me fully recover from the knee replacement in a short period of time, and am looking forward working with him again for my shoulder. He explains everything very clearly, detailing how the exercises work the different tendons, ligaments and muscles in the shoulder. The entire Lattimore staff are friendly and the facility is maintained in a very clean manner, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. I highly recommend Lattimore for anyone needing PT.
