Great to work with. My son needed a new screen put on his computer and was coming into town on leave from the military and they were willing to order the part ahead of time so that it could be fixed by the time he went home. They were very quick with a turn around. Great to work with and will definitely take other computers there if they need to be repaired.

I've been a customer for almost 20 years. Always receive excellent advice and service. When I've needed help with computer problems, I always received prompt replies to my requests. When I've ordered a custom built computer the recommendations I received were always on target-and they never try to sell features you won't use.

Over the years they have also donated computers and printers to community organizations. Our community is lucky to have such a valuable resource.

Great locally owned business servicing electronic devices like computer, printers and copiers. Many different accessories available like; cables, pointing devices, ink cartridges, etc.

They helped me build my own custom computer and have helped me with so many other computer problems. I go to them almost every time if I have an issue. I would recommend!

Great shop, amazing service, super responsive and professional. All our digitization needs were met in a hurry when this virus hit and we needed it desperately! Prices are fantastic too. I love that with custom builds you get just what you need and aren't paying for things you'll never use.

Josh and NE Computers are the best! They have me all set up at work AND he is always available to answer my questions, even the dumb ones. I've worked with him, and his father before him, for over two decades now. I feel old saying that but it is true. Service can't be beat.

Edit: It has come to my attention that this store has been getting review bombed with many one star reviews. I would just like to reiterate that this store is a great store that heavily focuses on making sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with the help they receive. This is the reason that customers continuously return for any technical needs that they may have. I will continue to bring my support to Northeast Computer Systems and will continue to refer people to this store. If you ever need anything from computer repair, custom computer builds, virus removal, security system questions, or anything along the lines of tech, I would suggest coming here with questions.

I have had the most responsive and professional experience with Josh from NCS. He helps with trying to resolve a problem on a phone conversation by walking you through the steps or is always willing to meet with you and fix the problem. He is always more than cordial.

I can t say enough good things about NEComputer. I ve been a customer over 20 years and they are unfailingly professional, helpful and fair. More than a few times Josh has gone out of his way to help me figure out a problem or glitch. Their costs are reasonable and I have never felt pressured or hustled into a more expensive option.
There are businesses that gave more stock and more staff, but I defy you to show me one with more dedication to quality service and community spirit. A great example of small business at its best.

I enjoy working with these folks and I recommend them whenever I can. I bought my last three machines from them, including the one I am tying on, and they transferred all of my data and programs for me.
