If you can get an appointment this is an excellent service

Can not thank thease ppl enough they have been so helpful with sorting my bills while I was on the sick! Would highly recommend them they r amazing

Have to get here well early to get a ticket some staff dont fully understand some of the problems I had but they did try to help me and at least it's a free service :)

You need help, do not hesitate, just go to CAB, they will help you;)

Nice and helpful staff. Honest and willing to help. But get there early as don't have a lot of free appointments.

Free advice and solutions for many problems we may encounter

The Citizens Advice Bureau are really helpful. However they are extremely busy. If you want to attend the drop in, be there for 8.30am to make sure you're seen. It does mean queuing for an hour but it's the best way.

They could take the place of any Solicter. They are very good kind and honest people

I am good at gardening keeping a home tidy help elderly people go to the shop for them but

They are really helpful, the only thing is you have to wait in the queue from 8.00 am to get in at 9.30 to be seen pretty quick, you can't phone to make an appointment but once you're in they are very helpful.

They are really helpful whether it's filling in forms for you and let you know things that you'd probably not know yourself

Had a technical question and after shirt expected wait was given sound advice and information about course open. Many thanks please keep up the good work.

Great at providing just the information you need. Fast but busy so be prepared with time and patience.

The staff are very helpful but to even just get an appointment you have to queue up at 8 in the morning just to guarantee getting in the door at 9.30 when it opens you can't ring to make an appt but once inside its cool

Tried to call so I could make an appointment and save myself a journey in case I couldn t get one, the phone line says we have to go in between 9am-4pm to book an appointment. I go in, midday and ask to speak to someone about employment and the girl on reception tells me I have to speak to ACAS, that only they can advise me on employment and Citizen s Advice don t give employment advice. I mention to her that I ve already tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. She then advises me that they can t speak to me about employment unless I ve spoken to ACAS. So which is it? Can they advise me on employment or not? Pure idiocy, waste of a journey and paying for parking to be shut away before I even get my foot in the door.
