Spacious and comfortable, centrally located, easy to find

The hotel room is big but old and dirty. There was water leak in the bathroom, and there are only 3 tv channels which were all not in english. The worst was to wait for the lifts, there were 3 lifts but only 2 were functioning and we have to wait atleast 10mins to get on the lift. There is a gym and pool but you can only access it at 10am!!! Overall this hotel was not worth for the money I paid compared to other hotels. Please do not waste your money and time here.

The room condition is quite bad. The refreigerator is not cold. Air-con temperature cant be adjusted. Shower head is leaking and the lift is slow.

Location: Good,near to JB Central.
Frontdesk: Wonderful service
Room: Check-in time 3pm, but room not ready till 4pm. Room ok only,missing towel. Appliance and tv abit old. Generally clean room. High floor, view facing south so not bad. Corridor a bit weird feeling.
Wifi: strong,excellent.
Breakfast: TBC...

This place is wonderful, I love this place very much and hope that it will be always open! Suggested to people who love this shop, please visit it! Its an experience that cant be missed! This shop is open most of the days so if you have time, just drop by to help them.

Value for money, spacious rooms and near a couple of eateries.

Oh wow!
I remembered it being really a great place, cheap and very conveniently located. Always stay here for business purposes.

Then I checked on Google map and found out that my last visit was 5 years ago. Horror!

Huge disappointment.
This place is so old and under maintainance.
They really need renovations done. SOON!

My husband wanted to change hotel.
But I insisted to stay because of nostalgic reason and the staffs are great. She upgraded our room to city view because we checked in late and they run out of big beds and non smoking room. View is Great, but the room condition is bad.

Bed is firm, but only 2 old pillows. And you better don't look inside the pillow case. Lots of stains.
The bedsheets felt old. And the covers, they still uses those brown blankets. omggg I think more than 20yrs old.
Room smell of smoke. Eventhought we ask for a non smoking room.
The hair dryer' s socket is hooked up to a light switch (see photo) Fire hazard!

I guess this will be my last stay.

Reasonably cheap hotel
Breakfast is decent but the hotel is old and sink taps leaks and windows are greenish with algae.

Old Hotel, needs updating and rejuvenation, rooms old and stuffy, non-smoking rooms smells like smoke

Room is spacious, and breakfast is delicious.. however even our room is non smoking but still smell some cigarettes smoke, but cant blame 100% hotel management. Overall staying is superb. Parking no problem.

Pillow was not that soft. Pool was small and indoors. Breakfast w/o prata...

Room stinks of cigarette scent upon entering. Apparently all superior type rooms are of smoking rooms. Non-smoking are the deluxe type. Will not recommend this hotel!

Lousy piece of crap for a hotel. The elevator is so NOT efficient. The room smells like a smoking lounge. The bath room has that cheap motels feel. TV is still CRT and has only few channels....no movies. Towels is hard as sand paper....totally not worth the price!!!!!

Comfortable and worth for money.. Food quite tasty and also near to JB town and Shopping Complex.

It is an old hotel. Even the tv is still in boxes form. The sofa bed is dirty and the bed is stiff with 2 small sponge pillows. They didn't even provide small towel to put on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was okay but got fruit flies flying around the fruit and salad.

The only hotel we found with family room. Place look old but still can improved better.

An old hotel some facilities are ages..
But the food for my lunch today are delicious...

As usual we were here for weekend getaway. The pool is ok one for adult and the other for kids. Sauna and gymnasium is very near to the pool but you cannot leave your kids unattended because the gym facing the other view. Variety choices during breakfast with a very reasonable price! We slept with open curtain, the night city and houses and all buiding lights view was quite mesmerising!

Was told all floors and rooms are smoking floor. The room was full of cigarette smell.

Cozy hotel, good breakfast choices, nice and friendly staffs

Moderate hotel with normal services. Not so cozy and tasty food. Room service was fast.. available 24hours a day. It wad only a short stay of 6 hours.. Reception messed up day giving a wrong wake-up call at 0500.
There is a convenient store behind lobby area.. Breakfast wasn't that great.

1 there is a 6 level keta park but the elevator is broken
2 from the elevator where the multi-storey hit the lobby then up to the room ...

When reached hotel saw a lady argument with the staff. I though is the lady fussy.
When check in. Staff look friendly out side but not inside. I booked that day king size bed payments made asap. After a hour email me only 2 single. And can't be cancel. ()Very good service. )LOL.
Return hotel shower at 3am. Found no towel call them for towel. Never come until i check out. Very good service. I very sincerely advise to not go to Hotel very old n dirty. Found bed sheet yellow color. Poor hotel service.

During my visit, we check in at about 9pm at night. Upon reaching my room, we saw a handful of plates and cups outside my room. The pressure of shower ain't strong at all same goes for the aircon.

Its a nice and wonderful place for foods and parking car also for staying and safe whenever u visit u can git any tyoes of foods i like it too much also in the mid night looking like shining stars and crwidy place also good for family

The hotel was very neat and clean. The people were very cooperative and welcoming. The lobby was very well lit and nice. Though I started here twice on both occasion s I did not get any person to take my luggage. The room service is decent and moderately fast. The breakfast is the biggest meal which people enjoy here. It has a massive spread and is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. I did not park hence no idea on the parking however I did see signs of paid parking around the hotel. The coffee shop is good but has limited snacks. The aisle near the rooms are a little dingy and quiet. The lifts operate slowly and takes time to get one. Overall a good experience.
