Outrageous, you have to imagine that you have a one-year warranty on a product purchased from Paradigit, but once your device has been damaged, Paradigit will remain silent after countless emails and phone calls.

I personally have never had a bad experience with Norrod or with Paradigit and I have been going there for 20 years. There is really a lot of knowledge and you get honest and good advice. If I want to do an update, I always spar with the boys about the smartest choice. Also by phone, by the way.

Norrod was taken over by Paradigit a few years ago. They were first in Steentilstraat and that was all fine. In that time I ordered several computers from Norrod. After they moved to the Westerkade it all went down.

My last experiences at Norrod (from 2012-2013) were very bad. I am a positivo and don't give a 1-star review anytime soon, but Norrod deserves it. Repairs were suggested to my computer that were not necessary, the right items were out of stock, it's an expensive shop, I got bad advice, the staff were very arrogant ('we are the techs, we understand it so we are always right ') and very unfriendly.

In the end I had to pick up my computer and have it repaired by someone else. I then decided never to buy from Norrod or Paradigit again and that is not necessary because there are excellent alternatives available in Groningen when it comes to standard computers but also custom builds.

Saturday, May 16, I returned my laptop to the Groningen branch with the words of a staff member there: it may take 2-3 weeks before he returns. I asked if he could be sent to the billing address and that was no problem.

1.5 week !! later I received an email that my laptop had arrived at the repair shop and that from then on it was 4 !! Weeks could last .

Emailed with Paradigit, response ... sorry etc ... meaningless answer ...
I did not hear anything for a long time, so I got the alarm again. Long wait for the phone, not very pleasant. They went to look and yes, there was movement!
A day later there was an offer for repair. Repair of a broken hinge, had to be done within 1.5 years after buying a laptop of 799, really. 848.29 costs! And it was NOT covered under warranty. I was also allowed to receive the laptop back, which costs only 74. I immediately ( 11) transferred that 74 under protest and contacted Paradigit. The laptop would be returned.

However, what happened ... no laptop. So I called again. Nobody knew what was going on until 1 went through and eventually the laptop arrived at the Groningen branch on 19 June. Another week lost for no good reason.

I then brought my laptop to a local repairman who can repair it with original parts for 140, or in the cheaper gamma way for an amount around 40.

I left this story with Paradigit and made a proposal for satisfaction. Paradigit doesn't want anything, answer sorry etc .
The laptop has been on the road for so long because of the repair service not because of Paradigit. No Paradigit, I delivered my laptop to you for repair and not to the repair service. YOU are responsible!

All in all, my 1.5 year old laptop has been gone for an unnecessarily long time, it has not been repaired and it also cost me money.

Paradigit, 1 x made a purchase but absolutely NEVER NEVER NEVER again! Service is for crying!

Bad quality. Send you a laptop before repair is fixed but factory will damage the cooling. Also how bad your laptop is after three times they can only do something else. The phone is not answering, have called so many times and still not helped. We do not live in Groningen but drove back for the 2nd time. Now it is still not settled and another 25 minutes called and put on hold, we are done with it.

I still call this store Norrod. I often compare the prices that Paradigit uses with the prices at the MediaMarkt (directly opposite) and make my decision based on that. The service at Paradigit is generally more personal than at the MediaMarkt, while the prices do not differ much.

It seems like a nice shop with sufficient supply. I have been a customer since 2000 when I bought my first computer at norrod. Now Norrod has been taken over by Paradigit and Norrod seems to have done little good.

I bought 2 printers that immediately broke a week later, maybe I should have spent a little more than 45 euros per printer, but that does not mean that the printers can break immediately. The printers were gone for repair for over a month. After picking up the printers, both printers turned out to have no ink cartridges and the paper drawer of one of the printers was broken.

Back to the shop, the sour-looking employee gave one printer two cartridges from another printer for the other 1 new one, we had to buy the others ourselves.

When I returned home, one of the supplied cartridges no longer contained any ink.

I am sure I will no longer do business in this store.

Here I then dta 1:17:00 on hold. (Yes, really ... over an hour !! ??). Then the customer service employee says that I can expect my package within 1/2 days. Well ... again 2 days later ... package still not received, and still no message or email. I call again ... my screen is suddenly delivered 2 weeks later. I nicely canceled the order. I'll buy it from someone else. Thanks for the bad experience and the wasted time.

Many warranty problems with a laptop that broke down after a year and a half (from 900 euros +). I came across this beautiful monitor (Dell P2416d) in an outlet offer at Norrod. Ordered on Friday at 11:15 p.m., on Saturday at around 1 p.m., the monitor has already been delivered at home by the parcel service. So super fast service!
And the monitor is an outlet offer because the box has been open or because the monitor has served as a demo model, but there is no further evidence. The monitor looks new. A nice size and nice colors.
I will find out that no drivers and other software have been developed for OSX. But not a problem in itself, because it is a matter of plugging it in and it all works. The maximum resolution of the screen is also immediately picked up / controlled by my MacBook pro. Only thing I have to figure out how to increase the font size within OSX. In many programs, text becomes very small on such a high-resolution screen. But that the punctuation marks cannot be bigger across all programs, is as it seems with OSX ....
