Expensive screen ordered. They indicated that they could deliver it within 2 days ... 3 days later ... nothing heard, no mail or message received. So I call customer service. Here I then dta 1:17:00 on hold. (Yes, really ... over an hour !! ??). Then the customer service employee says that I can expect my package within 1/2 days. Well ... again 2 days later ... package still not received, and still no message or email. I call again ... my screen is suddenly delivered 2 weeks later. I nicely canceled the order. I'll buy it from someone else. Thanks for the bad experience and the wasted time.
