Repairs take much longer, poor communication, if they say we call back tomorrow they do not say that repairs are done but have done nothing with them, repairs take too long.
Many warranty problems with a laptop that broke down after a year and a half (from 900 euros +). Repaired (each repair lasted a month and a half / 2 months and did not receive a loan device) within 2 months the laptop was broken again .. then repaired again .. this time within a month .. again long repair .. and now brought back and they say I have no warranty. After saying several times that a laptop of 900 euros + should not break down so quickly, they remain stubborn at their point that I no longer have a warranty.
I have heard from several people that the company used to be good before they were taken over and that they are no longer good. I do not recommend anyone to buy an expensive product like a laptop or computer here.
