Working with the crew at Normandy is like dealing with family. From the first phone call until our daughters wedding everything detail was worked out perfectly. The service, food and the room was perfect in every way on the evening of our event. Pam King made it happen for us...everyone is still talking about how beautiful the room looked to how unbelievable the food was. We had baby lamb chops, ahi tuna and a seafood bar that was gorgeous! The beef, fish and chicken were all prepared perfectly and served quickly and hot! And oh the banana foster stations were a real treat! I can't thank them enough for their hospitality and will continue to utilize their services whenever possible! I will recommend them endlessly!

We had a dessert reception for our ministry partners. Normandy Catering did an excellent job. They had an excellent variety, that tasted incredible and their display was beautiful. Loved their staff. Professional and fun. Definitely would use them again!

Have never been disappointed with Normandy. In addition to the food being consistently excellent, the attention to detail is what I expect at a 5 star restaurant but rarely get these days. The service is always professional and attentive and the food is delivered hot and in a timely manner and has always been delicious. Presentation is also spectacular. This is all accomplished at a competitive rate. You won't find a better caterer locally for your wedding or special event. I will even try them at my next Christmas party. Can't say enough good things about this caterer!

Booking my 50th Birthday party here. They do it all and I am impressed with the price. Will update after the event.

My organization, Fisher House Foundation, worked with Normandy Catering in early June 2019 to commemorate the opening of the Greater Cleveland Fisher House. They catered two events - a small donor reception, and an outdoor ribbon cutting ceremony for 300+ people. They were responsive from RFP to post-event follow-up, and a pleasure to work with. The food was fantastic, and the display was just as appetizing. I definitely recommend this company, and would work with them again the future.

We used Normandy for our wedding, the process went smoothly and they helped us feel well taken care of. They were receptive to our ideas and changes as we made them. Very happy with them and would use them again. Our wedding went perfectly and they did their part well! Thank you.

I had my wedding reception there and the service was great the waiters where excellent it was like they read your mind what ever you wanted they got it before you ask for it they where that good

How can you go wrong with home cooked made from scratch catering. With all the catering options out there few can compare to the quality and love put into this venue and catering option. A must book for anyone looking for for upscale elegance and taste to match!

Was not thrilled with the fish fry dinner. Good soup, the rest I wasn't impressed.

My daughters graduation ceremony was held there: very nice place!

Took our first dinner cruise on the Goodtime III to celebrate our youngest Son s birthday. The food was excellent!! Portion size was plentiful and prepared to perfection. Dessert was also delicious! This made our excursion most enjoyable by all.

We went for the all you can eat fish fry on Friday night. They had baked and fried fish with several sides like fries, macaroni, vegetable, salad, and soup. Everything was good and they had plenty. They also had pop/water and desert like cupcakes, cookies and rice crispy treats.

I had my Senior Prom here, I was very pleased with everything and so was my group that I went with.

Food is always fantastic & staff does a wonderful job. Great experience for large or small functions.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our wedding was held at the Ariel Pearl Center and we worked with Kathy. She was AMAZING. She responded quickly to emails and was so kind. Day of the wedding, Normandy's staff was friendly, kind and professional. Everyone raved about how great the food was (even our picky eaters!). Thank you Kathy and Normandy!

Food was dry, parking inadequate, but the event was fun. Not my favorite place however.

The place smells. The bathrooms have been redone and the entrance but the main room is dark and outdated. The person who I talked to was very aggressive and talked down to me.

Only complaint that I have is the appetizers were cold.

A high class operation with a business model of trust and customer service. From planning to execution to billing, they are a pleasure to work with. The staff is friendly, courteous, attentive to details and efficient. Their commitment to the broader community in generosity and care for Shoreline Show Choir and St. James Lunch Program in Painesville are more great reasons to plan your event here!

The Grand Room is gorgeous. The kitchen where all food is prepared, is quite large and looks as though it is set up for success. Normandy provides catering and space for any occasion you could need. Heidi was a delight to meet and interact with. I look forward to returning!

Good space for a wedding reception or other like events. It holds hundreds of people (I think 400) and has a dance floor space. They allowed us to use the back room areas to house the wedding party as well.

You can always tell when people are being fair reviewers like the other fellow who just came online to complain their kid snuck a drink.

If you are a normal human being that is unwilling to compromise on all the basics of a wedding, there is no where better than normandy. Our 200 person wedding, with appetizers, a full mid/mid high shelf bar, amazing meal, desert room and cake, for a ridiculously good price. The service was amazing and they served EVERYONE in the wedding in 30 minutes guaranteed. Everyone. I timed it, our wedding day, 22 minutes. Two full bars kept the lines low and the service was great. You can't beat their food. When you sample at some of these golf courses you get a perfectly cooked steak. Go to a wedding there. See if it is actually cooked properly. Here the food is cooked, its delicious, and it gets to you fast.

Downsides:
1. A lot of our cake seemed to disappear. There was tons of dessert (all included), but one minute we saw the whole cake and the next a lot was missing. 2. We had to ask to turn up the air conditioning twice.

Normandy looks like a bowling alley. In fact its next to one, but WHO CARES what the outside looks like. The food, prices, and the service destroys surrounding golf clubs. So what it doesn't overlook a green field. No one notices or cares after a single drink.

This was all 3 years ago, and I stumbled upon it when looking up directions and saw the only review was some crazy mom who can't keep track of her kids.

We had another enjoyable fish fry there. I've been there for several events through the years and have never had a bad experience.

Loved the hall. Food was delicious and staff was polite and professional.

Love this place, the staff are so helpful they make you feel so comfortable. And they work with you to get you everything you need.

They have a great Friday fish fry during Lent and can accommodate those that are Gluten Free.

Just viewed for a possibly wedding venue, they did some small upgrades , the planner was nice a accommodating she answered all my questions. They appear to be flexible and the price is reasonable
