The internet service itself is somewhat decent but...

The internet service itself is somewhat decent but I honestly believe telone has the ability to offer faster conection, whether to widerspread fiberwire coverage and generally faster speeds, but to get decent speeds costs way too much. Also with the helpline, and i do not mean to offend anyone, but the operaters do not seem to poses any intelect on the service at all. And the technicians are hard to reach out. It would be nice to have those on thw helpline be more educated. Thank you

Edit: The $89 package used to be uncapped but it has been reduced to 100 gigs. So we have to pay a hefty $120 just to get uncapped wifi :/

i wish they was a star beyond zero these guys are the worst . thats why zimbabwe never go anywere .very very disapointed .paid for internet last friday they still havent come to install it .in between i have to buy 2usd econet bundles .shame on u

*Email hosting*
I was tossed from branch to branch and from office to office, their staff did not even know they offer these services.

Then afterwards came the server downtimes, sometimes Im hesitant to give a client my email address because they may email and the server is down

*Fibre Installation*
Its been a while since my home application for fibre Installation. They have subdivided service areas. What i eventually learnt is that if your area is residential it is not given priority because they say companies pay for the expensive data plans and do not skip recharging as compared to a resident .

In my case the branch i report to says they do not have a DROP CABLE which is the cable from the box on their poles to my house. This same cable is there at their harare town branch but the cannot use it as it is for town clients (companies)

This review is for Blaze LTE that i have used since Oct last year. Other than the internet speeds becoming very slow when tethering via the Mi-Fi router which also has a short battery life, i have been very happy with blaze LTE. It is fast and efficient and topping up online was very easy and straightforward with the freedom to choose which ever package you want at the moment.

However with the pandemic the online topup seems down, the nearest branch to me is closed, i have sent email, FB messages and called numerous times unseccessfuly so please Telone, just work on seriously improving communication. You have great products- dont lose customers. As it is its a week i have no internet.

A masterpiece of architectural creativity which transcends generations. The building looks solid and modern. I like the manner in which it is designed to cater as a rendezvous place for visitors and passersby waiting for dates or appointments, because of the sitting area that was incorporated as a feature of the building. The circular "dare" concrete bench provides the African cultural flair into a modern design. The employees from the building and other public offices such as the Harare Civil Court adjacent can relax over lunch. The building is telecommunications owned and therefore my suggestion is that TelOne could provide a social corporate service by providing free wifi to its publics.

This was very terrible service. Was given 24 hour waiting to get landline installed. They eventually came after we complained many times....but didnt install the line properly. It is still a hassle trying to get them to come back.....

Very disappointed with the installation team for southerton division as they are not transparent at all and appear to be dodgie and fond of bribes to deliver the installation services yet it's supposed to be their responsibility so I wonder why they deliver the service to push away customers with silly and selfish excuses
