DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE OR HONESTY ABOUT PRODUCTS. Worst customer service ever. Floor came up grout is cracked all over the kitchen. They came out and looked at the house - didn;t call back. Called again - came out - didn't call back again 2nd time. Called again 3rd time. Stated it was our fault due to pets. Despite no longer having pets and it continues to deteriorate. Did not remove the floor underneath, did not come back to reseal groutfor the INITIAL INSTALLATION Said white grout wouldn't stained with age. and waterproof Grout is stained despite cleaning lady coming regularly. Agreed to get a 3rd party from the manufacturer. Still waiting . This has been going on over a year. Still not resolved. Still no 3rd party..............
