What a delicious meal! Everything is fresh of the day and unpretentious. Yes your ad is true, good and cheap food. The special soup, salad, main course with meat and vegetables, and at the end a dessert for $ 12.99 is worth it. The fact that two people eat for less than $ 30 today is unthinkable. It's good that there are places like Norms.

We used to love going to Norms Friday after Judo Practice. But recently the food and service are getting worse and worse. We know that for the price you should not expect great quality but it has become so bad that we can no longer tolerate the place.

Food is good good price I been there a few times sometimes takes long to take the order to bring food to go back and bring mas cafe probably they need more people

Last night my roommate and I went to Norms for a steak dinner.
We were not able to get my favorite server Carlos, but had Dana as our waitress. She was one of the best wait persons I have ever experienced! She was there for our every need and went above and beyond! The food was great as usual and I took home a piece of Apple Crumble pie! My dog Gia enjoyed the bone and scraps. We are Happy Campers!!

The one register slows things down but the cashier was working hard but still polite and respectful!

Maria our waitress was awesome. She was attentive and professional. I had the grilled wild caught white fish lunch special, it was awesome! Great food and great service!

Didn't really like the 6oz steak. It's a flap of meat that is unevenly cut so when you say you want medium, half of the meat is overcooked and the other half is medium. But hey which restaurant has better deals than Norms. It's my go to restaurant with my friends. A default restaurant for sure for the deal sake.

Had an amazing time and food with a friend on our first time out to diner in months at Norm's Van Nuys , Thanks very much to the highly professional staff who where all amazing in a very high standard of cleanliness and protocol . I would have thought they had been training their whole lives for this day. Thank you again to the team at Norm's for a job well done and a delicious top sirloin steak medium rare and well done.

Surprisingly, this time I waited a little bit to get my tablet, but then again, there were only 2 family ahead of me.

It was good but the stakes could have been better but other than that the breakfast was good. Wait time was like around 15-20 min and it was friendly and attentive staff. During breakfast hours very busy.....

I talked to 3 servers. None helped me with my meal. I've worked with restaurant work for 7 years. I've never left a place and not paid my meal because of customer service. First time for everything.

It was packed for a friday morning but the waitress took care of every table and kept everything organized. I was impressed by the service and the water tasted clean! (I say this because most restaurants I go to use tap water which leaves a bad after taste).
As far as the food goes, it is decently priced for as much food as you get. I recieved a whole plate of food as well as pancakes and it was all really good. My boyfriend loved his steak and fried chicken plate.
Overall pretty great place with little wait time even though it was so crowded. My only complaint is that it's a little smokey in there.

Ordered for take out and the lady was very rude, didn't even give me a total or the time it would be ready by just hung up on me, terrible service.

Very dirty and they got my order wrong twice. I don't eat bacon because I've been a vegetarian for 15 years. I ended up just canceling it instead of them trying a third time. Also, gave us silverware covered in egg twice. Yes the food is inexpensive but, still not worth potential food poisoning. If anyone from management is reading this, please have this establishment cleaned.

Famous NORMS is SOCAL... Really cool place for breakfast. It's super busy but they are fast getting you seated. Very nice staff, good food, great service and priced right.

They have the best pancakes you'll ever eat. The staff is just as good as the food.

I've was invited for breakfast here 4 times and for each time I had different experience that were not the best. I don't like to make a big thing over any mistakes or having to wait for a table but I can I only tolerate so much. The staff have great customer service my issue was always something wrong with my order. Once they took are order, it literati it took so long to get are food served than what it took to get are table. After waiting for more than 30 minutes for are food, it was finally brought to are table. To top it off the food was completely cold and the worst part was that they gave me the wrong order. Couldn't believe the day I was having, which by the way I didn't make a big thing about it and was really patient the entire time. The funny thing of all this, was actually seeing my boyfriend be the one to actually loose his patients and surprised to see me not upset at all.

Still a good bargain, bit they changed there menu somewhat and the portions seem a bit smaller. Still good food and price and always open.

Im amazed by the fact this place is run 24/7 and that still it runs efficiently. I am glad to have stopped by and dine here during lunch hour. My advise is if you are solo go for the self seating area which makes it much faster to eat.

Dirty Fork from start, soda machine wasn't working and waitress was playing around and talking to co-workers as our food was sitting in window then served to us cold. Disappointed Norms is usually clean and good quick service. Not at this location

I wish they would build a Norms in Lancaster Ca. In the Antelope valley. There are a lot of people that really want one up here.
