The food very rich but; in spite of being big the place the tables do not give to coarse and the service becomes slow.

Great value for your money, great specials and generous servings of food! Good Ole comfort food

whats not to love cheap food , comfort food so inexpensive with the best trained wait staff very attentive - a little bit of 80s kitsh I love it !!

Norms is great American Diner food. You go to Norms, and no matter which location you go to, it's solid. The food is not spectacular, but you get what you pay for. It's a decent meal, for any time of the day or night.

Early in your life, this is what you'll remember as a family night out. When you get older, it's where you go for coffee and a late snack. In your 20s you go to Norms for coffee and some diner food after clubbing when you're not ready to pack it in yet. In your 30s and 40s you start the cycle over with your kids. When you get older, you go with your kids and their family.

F ed up my plate maybe I was hungry. But WAS GOOOOOOD.

ask for a medium cooked steak get it rubbery well done replaced but food is cardboardy

Best chicken fried steak, but be prepared to wait a while. Its always packed.

We order 3 dinner speacial come with T bone steak. I got big piece lots of meat but taste is off not fresh, my husband and son both got small pieces almost half size of my t bone steak. Place is dirty, way too crowd. Peoples walk back and forth not comfortable to eat. One star only because our waitres is ok.

Food is not all that good especially the steaks. And way too pricey

It is problematic because there is never field, it was not until after three attempts that I could sit down to eat, it was always very full, but if the food is very good.

They seat you fairly quickly didnt have to wait that long and the food was good but veggies could have been cooked a little bit more

Worse service i had in here for the first time i order bake potato got smashd order a gumbo soup got nothing but liquid nothing in it but water askd for crackers for the letice got them when i done askd for napkins got them a year later worse service i had here askd for well done got a pieried on a plate bloody must be the favortisem the waitress had with her family they got exelent service i askd fir reefill she forgot but her friends or mavy family becouse she shure had a great conbetsation with onother table but my table bad waitress name jenny the one that works to jook up her friends and not costemers i returnd my food back and went to mc donalds big mack fries and soda exelent service..

Don't waste your money. The restrooms were filthy, the service was bad, our food/drink orders were messed up. The food was underseasoned and greasy.

Best coffee, and if you are lucky enough and get one of Carlos tables, you for sure will have the best time. He is awesome.

Always been the best since i was a kid of 8 to an adult of 40 best food great prices.

Today it was a really good experience. I went there long ago and the server a female middle eastern was slow and kept ignoring us. The meat was very tuff to eat. Today Carlos my waiter made the difference. Very nice, polite, attentive and efficient. He recommended the t bone . He said it was very tender. I didn't believe him. But I was wrong it was juicy, tender really good. The soup gumbo and we're tasty. thank you CARLOS I wish everyone was like you. You made Made me go back to norms.

Waited for ever to seat down . Once sat down server didn't bring us out drinks after 20 mins. Got up and left. Never going back again.

The country fried steak, hashbrowns & eggs are amazing and plentiful.

Both the food and service are always good with the prices being quite reasonable. The facility including the men's and women's bathrooms are usually quite clean. Just be aware that at times there is a wait so be sure to "sign in" and wait for your name to be called if they are crowded. My only nit is that they drop off the check even before you get a chance to order dessert but this not the fault of your server but rather their company policy. Other than that, I do plan to return.

I usually LOVE coming here for breakfast but i came in yesterday and had there special which was a steak dinner including fried shrimp which came with a side salad, a siup, and a dessert. The shrimo was some what stale and the cocktail sauce was really warm which honestly kinda lost my appitite when i tried it. The steak was very chewy and the vegis were beyond over cooked. I was disappointed in my meal but it is what it is. But will for sure go back for breakfast.

A whole new staff and a whole new modern look. Service is better than before but the pancake recipe has been a bit altered that I personally don't like .

Man I fell in love with their portions!! They give good portions for what they charge. Service was great as well!

The coffee that we ordered my girl and I was cold and had an old taste. I'm glad our server managed to make us a hot new coffee to enjoy. Also I would prefer to say Norms has got to be prepared with any sort of menu ordered by clients.

The food is great including prices! However the waitress never bothered to offer water or remove unused plates, when she brought out the pancakes she literatelly was putting it in my hands as if I should hold it in my hands while dining at Norms. We literatelly had to ask them to remove plates

You can't beat the price for the amount of good comfort food that they serve. If you're a big group, you may have to wait a little longer for a table.

Best service and food for really reasonable prices. You always get soup and salad with meal. When you live there, your are full and not broke. Pls tip good they are the best!
