Really nice service MARIA SHE'S Soo nice and really good attitude I love food here

Very long wait, especially on morning weekends, but the quality of food and pricing make it worthwhile.

I always enjoy comming to this restraunt. Perfect for comming with the family or simply with just some friends. The food is beyond delicious and will have you wanting more. The service is fast and great and food is served relatively fast. Great restraunt and definitely recommend comming and trying it out.

Too crowded.and there is part of the counter that is always closed...WHY isnt it opened on a busy Sun.morning..

Its a bit overcrowded but I love the food and service.

Uncrowded and they have senior discounts during the week.

Slow on the service. In compariaon to some places... But great food. And even better conveesation at the counter seating

My family stayed for 10 minutes before leaving at 8:00 PM. Past experiences were much better, probably because they were more prepared in the morning. They didn't even serve us, we just sat down on the counter. Those 10 minutes were just on sitting waiting for a waiter to ask what food we wanted.

Bad service They lose my order two times Make me wait for nothing horrible service

They were a good help when i brought my soon to be 85 yr old mother to find a confertable booth to set and enjoy her food.

Service was good ...$20 steaks tasted like $5 steaks.

I been going here for 20 yrs. Its good food staff is wonderful. Cant beat the great low prices. Very affordable.

This is my first time here in LA and I got the best impression from this restaurant. Nice people, great food, and the waiter was amazing. Highly recommend it.

Our waitress was fantastic! The management really needs to step up their game. Plates were being stacked up at the kitchen. Food was left in the staging area long enough for it to get cold. Orders were wrong, and when people asked for the manager it would take no less than 30 mins for them to appear.

We like it here.. Wait time is discouraging, but plan for it and all will be good...great staff and the crowd moves fast ...very organized place ...super food !!

Good food, the waitress's were kind, a young kid looked very sick and the waitress called the ambulance to get him help, being a a Christ believer I thought it was kind of her not to judge the man, I will be going back to eat there again

One of the most hospitable restaurants that I have ever been to. Prices are okay and so is the food!

It was a good breakfast for a reasonable price, hash brown could of been warmer. Waitress was great as swell. The only thing I wasnt too fond of is everything looked pretty old but it is an old building

I give 4 * because a cup of coffee getting a little small and cold

Servings can be small on some days. Be sure to check your order when picking up to go, I've found many mistakes and missing items when ordering to go.

Every Norm's I've been to has always come through with cheap eats at a great price, and this was no exception. The Porterhouse steak was tender and cooked right. Dont get me wrong, it's not the best steak I've had, but it gets the job done and isn't a tough piece of leather like most would be at this price.

Was good food and well spend time with tje family just one tiny little detail they get what you not order that's all lol.

There's something about a breakfast at Norm's Restaurant. I now have to travel far to get my Bigger Better Breakfast fix since they closed all Norm's on the west side. Norm's pancakes are the BEST. I order the thin and well done. Try them out. You won't regret it!

Good food, Friendly staff, Great diner experience, clean inside. would recommend over Denny's or IHOP although it's not much difference

Food portions are really not that great anymore, taste on food isn't there either , waitress gave us the dinner plate before he had even gave us the soup and salad to begin with, if you don't ask for what you need while he's there , they won't comeback around your table anymore , not a good experience at all.

Great food. Amazing value. I got an omelet with pancakes, and my husband got meatloaf with mashed potatoes... everything was delicious!

PLACE IS EXTREMELY BUSY WHICH I BELIEVE CONTRIBUTES TO LACKLUSTER FOOD SOMETIMES.

I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I loved.

I've been going to norm since 1983 the food is always good service is pretty good they're really busy in there so they don't always have time to chat with you but the crowds that come in our proof in itself about the food and the service. if you really wanted to get a seat by 11 you need to be there no later than 10:30 all I'm saying is it gets really crowded a lot of times especially on Saturdays and Sundays so go early be patient you won't be sorry.

Terrible food, and extremely crowded on sunday afternoon too. But good service.

It's popular place to eat , always busy , always open

Watch out for the sirloin steak and shrimp special for $10.99...the meat is tough enough to stop a 357 magnum!

Service is kinda whacky!! First we had a server than she disappeared, than we got a new server. Than the old server showed back up and started explaining why she disappeared. OKAY!!??

Very slow check out. Not enough help. Long line waiting.

Great food not a place to have steak though portions are huge and fairly priced
