Purchased the new Honda CR-V from one of their internet sales manager, Jeff Lee. It was a fantastic experience! First he honor the price from another store. Second when they didn't have the color in the store, Jeff found it at another Norm Reeves store. Since it was a Sunday, there was no one to drive the vehicle to the Cerritos store. Jeff personally went to the other store and brought the vehicle back! That's amazing service. I will definitely recommend Jeff to others when buying a Honda!

Had been shopping around online for months getting ready to buy my new car so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Walked onto the lot at Norm Reeves with every intention of walking away if I couldn't get what I needed.
Sebastian greeted me and continued to exceed every expectation I had by taking his time showing me around and getting to know me and what I needed. After a couple test drives we sat at his desk to hash out the details and while car buying can be a pain this experience was the complete opposite. Sebastian was understanding and never pushy. He was confident in his abilities to get me what I needed but wasn't going to by annoying if I couldn't come to a decision right away.
All in all, the most pleasant sales experience of my life and I have Sebastian to thank for it!

The first time I met her I thought she was a really outgoing person she made me feel comfortable and she answered all my questions.. Now this is the second time I went back to honda with appointment with Jen, she welcome me with a smile she has an amazing personality and she made me feel comfortable and she knew exactly what I wanted. I shopped between Toyota and Honda dealers outside and online. Between the two, I chose the 2016 Honda Civic Ex and found Norm Reeves gave us the best deal in the most efficient way. We test drove the car and then were given numbers. I did wait a couple weeks for the car that I wanted was not available in the color asked buts Ty Trieu was very pleasant when it came to letting me know about any updates on the availability. Once the car was available, we went on in and purchased our car. He was assuring to let us know the process and that it will be done quick. Spal Tavnir then proceeded with the financing and it was also quick and easy. Everyone here treated us with respect and kindness. Great job overall!

Ray Saboor is a great salesman. He is patient, and helped me get the car i really wanted.
The overall experience i would rate around 3 Stars, but Ray was cool so i'm going to throw him a bone and not tank this review.. He is a firm salesman, but hes reasonable, he is KNOWLEDGEABLE which is a massive plus for Honda enthusiasts, and if you let him know what you want and YOU can be reasonable, then he will make it happen. I drove off in a brand new 2018 Civic Si three days ago, and it is EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Great experience due to Ray Saboor, and Ray Saboor alone. If there is a way for him to get the credit/commission for the sale rather than the guy i simply talked to on the phone that didn't help me AT ALL throughout the entire process, and who gave me misinformation just to get me in the door, I hope that the dealership gives Ray the credit he deserves. He's a good dude, and he will help you get what you want. just be prepared to pony up some chedda. Thank you Ray!

I don't see how this place is #1 it has the worse customer service when it comes to Honda.
The first time I set foot on that place a sales man was very disrespectful. I asked a question and his response was "if you attended college the first thing they teach you is read the fine print". Seriously who talks to a potential customer. I then informed him he was the worse sales person I've ever came across and was taking my business to Galpin Honda.

I stopped by yesterday after 3 years of having a sour taste on my mouth. I walked around for a out 30 minutes not one person approached me. I did see a bunch of sales personal standing by the booth but they only seemed to approach females or people who where dressed to impress. I was in my work uniform. In fact I ended up helping out a Hispanic male informing him of the new Honda Civics specs because he to was not being assisted.

I then approached the front desk and asked if anyone wanted to sell me a car the young lady was kinda and summons forms sales men. I was approachedi believe his name was Eduardo I was asked if I could be helped told him i needed my car appraised and gave him my vehicle information. He didn't want to appraise my car because it was 2010 and had over 100k miles which is none of his concern. After I insisted he finally did the appraisal .

We then moved on to what kind of car I was interested in. I wanted a Civic Ext manual or an SI for some reason trieD talking me out of buying a manual car. He then asked what are the reasons why I wanted that specific car and after answering him he would just laugh saying my ideas are a little off but to each is own. He then said he doesn't have a car for me when I saw with my own eyes that they did have EX-T. He didn't even try selling me a car. I still don't understand how Norm Reeves is #1. Norm Reeves Honda will forever leave a sour taste on my mouth. Even though Galpin Honda is #2 best customer service that is why I have bought 4 cars from them.

I just purchased my Accord coupe last weekend and not only am I 100% in love with my car but I had such a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda. I had previously checked out a different dealership that was closer to home and test drove the exact car I just purchased, but I decided not to take it any further. Instead we remembered Kevin Harris from Norm Reeves, whom my husband purchased his car from two years prior and had a pleasurable experience with. After exchanging some texts and phone calls with Kevin we decided to drive the 30+ miles to NRH; in visiting with Kevin I learned so much more about all the awesome features that came with my car that the previous Sales guy at the other dealership left out. We used AAA's car buying service. The initial contact person was not available, but we received good service from her coworker, Ramin. Ramin was extremely helpful and professional, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy.

While our experience with Ramin was very good, our experience with the finance department was the exact opposite -- extremely bad. But that's certainly no reflection on Ramin who, as I say, was a real pleasure to work with.
