Susanna was exceptional with her customer services and answered any question that both my girlfriend and I had. She went above and beyond to meet our expectations and to meet us at the office on her day off.

If she didn t have an answer for something she made it a point to find out.

I would definitely shop with her again if I purchase a car here at Honda. She is very friendly and knowledgeable in what she chooses to do.
