We used AAA's car buying service. The initial contact person was not available, but we received good service from her coworker, Ramin. Ramin was extremely helpful and professional, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy.

While our experience with Ramin was very good, our experience with the finance department was the exact opposite -- extremely bad. But that's certainly no reflection on Ramin who, as I say, was a real pleasure to work with.
