I shopped between Toyota and Honda dealers outside and online. Between the two, I chose the 2016 Honda Civic Ex and found Norm Reeves gave us the best deal in the most efficient way. We test drove the car and then were given numbers. I did wait a couple weeks for the car that I wanted was not available in the color asked buts Ty Trieu was very pleasant when it came to letting me know about any updates on the availability. Once the car was available, we went on in and purchased our car. He was assuring to let us know the process and that it will be done quick. Spal Tavnir then proceeded with the financing and it was also quick and easy. Everyone here treated us with respect and kindness. Great job overall!
