I just purchased my Accord coupe last weekend and not only am I 100% in love with my car but I had such a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda. I had previously checked out a different dealership that was closer to home and test drove the exact car I just purchased, but I decided not to take it any further. Instead we remembered Kevin Harris from Norm Reeves, whom my husband purchased his car from two years prior and had a pleasurable experience with. After exchanging some texts and phone calls with Kevin we decided to drive the 30+ miles to NRH; in visiting with Kevin I learned so much more about all the awesome features that came with my car that the previous Sales guy at the other dealership left out. I told Kevin exactly what I wanted and he delivered exactly that! The entire time we were there I did not feel pressured whatsoever, but felt like I was talking with a friend. Kevin is a great salesperson and I know I made the right choice in buying from Norm Reeves. I am a huge Honda fan and I will without a doubt purchase all my future Hondas from Kevin and NRH and we are definitely recommending Kevin & Norm Reeves to any friends and family looking to purchase a car.
