Good brands,
but too expensive

NORDSTROM with quality product and service! Customer service is slowly disappearing in most retail store! With one exception a sad issue about someone using unauthorized of primary account holder!! OLD ACCOUNT WAS NOT TRANSFERRED TO NEW ACCOUNT ACTIVITY! LEAVING A SORRY MESS OF NEGATIVE MARK ON CREDIT BUREAU!!
Was former employee in San Fernando Valley, CA and remain with NORDSTROM although we've our differences regarding $$$ supposedly owe. I don't like to owe anybody and will stay put about it! Furthermore, prefer to shop directly rather than ordering on line! This way I know it looks good as well it fits right! Besides I like to purchase NOW not wait for shipping! Keep up the good SERVICE NORDSTROM!!

I started shopping at Nordstrom 8 years ago just for lingerie and bras since they carry such a nice selection. Now I buy my whole wardrobe here. Everything is great quality and the staff are so nice. Their online app is also on point. I love Nordstrom 100%!!!

Sidewalk in front of store NEEDS to be FIXED. very unlevel. Lady fell from unevenness......

Visited during thanksgiving black friday deals.. store was having some very good offers..

This store always have wonderful collection of high end brands.

I really like the shoes I got for my son but the cashier lady was all over the place rushing.

I love Nordie's, and they have the best return policy of any company, in any industry, I think.

No matter how anyone looks or how one is dressed if you're at Nordstrom, at their flagship location, the staff treats you as though you belong there. I have visited Sacramento Nordstrom in two locations- terrible terrible service; terrible terrible staff.

The staff at this store was EXCEPTIONALLY snotty (more than normal Nordstrom snotty) to my roommate and I who were attempting to return some items she purchased online with her Nordstrom card. After being passed between departments (i.e. classic run-around), we were curtly told to go to Northgate to return her online purchases. The clerk then motioned to the security guard to escort us out though we were not being loud or aggressive (I assume she knew she was being unreasonable and is used to people going off on her.) I'll never shop at this location again, and less at Nordstrom in general because of this treatment.

The staff at the Northgate store could not have been more different. They were very helpful and courteous, but not enough to make up for the abysmal behavior of the downtown location. The staff at the downtown location should learn how to treat customers from the Northgate store.

Beautiful store with helpful staff in most departments. The Topshop area on the 3rd floor, however, is black hole of bad service. I keep going back because I love Nordstrom, but in that department you're better off heading to any of the other Nordstrom locations in the area.

I went here to try on wedding dresses, their associate was amazingly helpful and put me at ease. She convinced me to try on a dress outside my comfort zone and it ended up being the perfect style for me!

Best department store on both coasts. Love their shoe and cosmetics departments. Even better customer service

Service was outstanding; very helpful without getting pushy. Had a pretty good selection. I also like that they helped me try on $1,000 suits while I came in wearing $20 clothing, without acting like I shouldn't be there; unlike some places downtown.

The service and experience couldn't have been better.

For this store being multiple floors they carry very little that other stores have. The designer selection is ok, they were missing Ted Baker accessories and some basic brands Nordstrom usually carries. The store is gorgeous though.

With the remodel/redesign, Nordstrom now feels crowded and like they are focusing more on quantity of inventory rather than quality. It reminds me of Macy's now. That said there are still some top-notch sales people and products but you have to dig much deeper to find both.

Had lunch at the cafe, was impressed by the fries, a little underwhelmed by the sandwitch.

Huge, a little overpriced but still enjoyable to shop in.

They called me for an interview. But the guy who supposed to interview me did show up. What a shame. I m seriously despondent.

Nordstrom's in my view has been around for a long time and what makes it so good is that they've got people that know what they're doing they like to sell stuff too and they've been doing it for so many years now which is appealing to me I know a couple of friends are so that work down there at Nordstrom's and they've been there for a long time and they could tell you for a fact that business is good in some cases but when it comes to the holidays Lookout a lot of people like go there to shop just for the holidays anyway but that only comes after Thanksgiving

very nice. Nordstrom had a most excellent display for Snoopy and the Year of the Beagle and I wanted to go see it as I am a HUGE Peanuts collector.

Always the best service, as should be with a flagship.

Absolutely gorgeous collection of clothes, especially the section with designer clothes. But a little expensive. Although the collection was like something I have never seen before. Beautiful.

Service second to none. Always stop in and get my annual clothes shop at this store. Best shopping in the USA.

Try the Grill restaurant on the Metro level. Great store with fabulous, friendly salespeople.

Worked there for 3 days must have been last summer thru the temp agency, they sent me home after 3 days....ridiculous. Aka Randstad. Manager was a dick too. Such a joke. Wish I could've gotten the guys name but whatever.

I was working in the visual department I think. It was under the street. Megan was my main manager.

The people, the service, the wonderful attention to detail, active listening, and always top notch service. I love everything about this store!

Justin V. is just the most fabulous kid out there! He did it once again! I needed help with styling my bridesmaids and he did a fantastic job finding them the perfect dresses. He is just super awesome and knows his stuff! Totally recommend him!

It's a department store. Not overly friendly but suitable.

Disappointing. First time to Seattle, and were excited to see the mother ship. Nothing special. Quite boring actually.

Tj and team at Louis Vuitton are top notch in customer service. I'm extremely pleased with ease of my repair.

Great, personalized service at Lancome counter. Ditto in lingerie. This is hands-down my favorite place to shop!

I feel so special when I walk into this store. The staff is amazing but they also know how to get you to open that checkbook. Be ready to spend.

Do not go here if you're expecting the Nordstrom experience of a clean store, with plenty of room to walk about and well organized everything. The Nordstrom Rack is busy, especially as it's in a tourist part of town and has sales constantly. The shop is mainly white, and would be spartan in decor without the shelves and racks fighting cheek by jowl for space. It's more a treasure hunt than a store, with occasional deals from Oscar de la Renta squished in next to basic shirts and skirts. Quality also varies greatly, as some things are very Nordstrom quality whereas others seem to fall to the outlet standard of being slightly less than awesome for a particular brand. If you like deal hunting, you'll have fun, but don't come here expecting a relaxing shopping trip.

This Nordstrom over any other Nordstrom in the country has amazing customer service!

Such a fancy store. I can keep looking around in awe. Lots of options but nothing is in the economy range. Everything is either expensive or super expensive. Looks good. I might try this during some huge sale period.

Absolutely stunning high fashion! With A PRADA ROOM and one of the most unique and amazing display set ups this building transports you from downtown Seattle to Milan.

Went to get new shoe trees. Happy to see they added a right and left to them. Makes it easier for those of use with challenged vision to put them in the right shoe. Amazing service, excellent quality and they smell good too.

Visited on Black Friday, but Nordstrom doesn't do sales.

The original Flagship Nordys. Love the shoeshine and kids love the aquariums. Pick up an espresso at the ebar. A Seattle Original.

This is another store I hate shopping at. I buy pantyhose here and that's it never will I buy anything else and after my last experience here I doubt ill be buying my pantyhose here anymore.

Wonderful flagship store know the pianist on 4th floor

Pick up jeans here from time to time. Have no trouble getting them in my size, and the always have seven for all mankind jeans which are lovely. Never packed either which is nice
