It's Nordstrom. I wish I could afford to shop here.

Nordstrom is the gold standard for customer service, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I've never had a bad experience shopping here. And as an added bonus you can still get your shoes shined while you wear them.

Jim in the men's clothing section knows fashion and what will work for you personally. I highly recommend giving this store a trip. I found that they have an amazing sale selection, much better than what you will find at the Nordstrom rack. Conscious buyers stop here first!!

Stored our bags here so we could explore the city before our flight. It was complementary and the service desk people were so friendly!! The entrance to the train is right next door and it was only a 30 train ride to the airport. A must for travelers. Perfect location!

I love Nordstrom Downtown, it's a fun stop on your shopping adventures or just popping in for a quick drink at Habitat!

new and neat, the ladies section is amazing, can spend hours in there, they have good sale as well. so as the bags, make up and shoes area.

Exactly what you would expect from Nordstrom's flagship store. Great stuff, presented eloquently, and with the the understanding that if you need to ask how much something costs, then you probably can't afford it. But still a very cool place to shop.

Nordstrom's has a wide assortment of high quality goods.

they give balloons to children and it makes the family trip more lively. bit small, but we come here often for gift shopping (and balloons!).

What can I say, its Nordstrom. Pricey but worth the effort.

More selection here as opposed to other locations like Northgate which is ideally I prefer since it's closer and convenient for to me to get to.

This place looks AMAZING after the remodel. Great shopping selection and the restaurant on the 4th floor is so good. Great HERMES set-up downstairs and the plus size women's section is so large its great.

Try first the Nordstrom Rack on the other side of the road if you have patience!

It's always a wonderful experience downtown Nordstrom's. The staff are very helpful. The cafe continues to have five star plus menu. Consistent with all their meals and their desserts. Thank you Nordstrom's

I took a bridesmaids dress in to the alterations department. The dress needed to be let out which they said was no problem. When I went to pick it up they sent me back to the change room alone without a seamstress. This is the 6th time I've been a bridesmaid and everywhere else I have gone for alterations there is always someone there to make sure everything is fine. They had mistakenly taken it in instead of out. I eventually found someone to help me and they said they would fix it. When I went back they had basically just put the dress back to how it was in the beginning. Since it was now only a day before I had to leave for the wedding there was no time to have them do anything else. I ended up letting out myself it took me 1.5 hours and then fit fine. I wouldn't recommend going here for bridal alterations as they just don't seem to take the time and care needed for such an important event.

Although expensive the quality is also high and effective personal service who will assist you professionally.

Avoid the cosmetics section unless you know how to navigate well. Lots of new people faking their skills.

Store closed early just as I needed to buy something. Us less important customers were shoved out to make way for a private event for more important customers. Won't be coming back

Upscale pretentious area peddling materialistic status symbols that are in style. Great customer service and return plans. No qualms shopping here for targeted items you know and can expect to be great. However, some of the >1k$ sweaters are LOL

Beautiful. Loved being accepted amongst the glamour and high priced fashions. Walked through many sections and saw cute fashions!

Well laid out product on the different floors and the staff are very attentive and helpful. I also love the piano player. It makes luxurious ambience for shopping in a department store.

Very busy and racks completely full. Hard to go trough the inventory that way. However good items can be found.

Nice merchandise but too expensive for my fixed income budget.

I visit Seattle 4 to 5 times a year and always get the $2.50 shoe shine here which is a steal!

Organized and clean, friendly staff. Not the best selection though. Some of the more affordable brands are not great quality, and sometimes the sales could be better. But still a fun place to check out!

The mothership for Nordstrom. Great staff who are friendly and helpful. Prices are what they are; that you know to expect here as paying mostly retail on luxury goods. That said, they aren't pushy and definitely have the PNW laid back style when interacting with people. Was really happy here last time I went and found a new cologne that was a reasonable price and the staff were super helpful.

Everything is very expressive, but everything has a great quality.
