Do not enter without your checkbook. Seriously, everything in this store is absolutely fabulous!!!!! The buyers at this location must really pay attention to trends because everything here is cutting edge and gasp worthy! The store is clean, well lit and the best part is the employees are willing to go beyond what is asked of them to help you.

Great customer service, fun for window shopping and actual shopping. The Rack is just a few blocks away!

Went to the Nordstrom Rack. It was very pricey for being an outlet/overstock store. It is right downtown Seattle though.

Beautiful store for latest fashions. It has clothing, shoes, cosmetics and more. A place to dine and a spa. Connects nicely to Pacific Place on the fourth floor sky bridge. Be sure to dress nicely, it's kinda classy and some things cost a lot....

One of my two favorite Nordstrom in the area, usually has the best selection, and always has really helpful staff. Can be a little dodgy sometimes, and it's entertaining to watch LP do their thing.

Nordstrom is a great place for people who have money to spend and time to use.... I love the people and love the shopping ambience.

Jasper in the mens department went above and beyond for my wedding tux. Not only did he help with my tux selection, he always stayed by during my alterations to make sure the fit was correct and helped expedite last minute alternations needs before my wedding. He was honest with his opinions regarding the fit and my selections with other accessories which I really appreciated.

It was just ok. I was expecting much more given this is their home state. They have brand that your regular Nordstrom doesn t have but not the best selection for men

I took my girls (4 and 6 yrs) to the Nail Bar and had a great experience! The manicurist was incredibly good with the kids and a great artist as well. She even touched up my 4 yr old daughter's nails after she accidentally rubbed off the polish during lunch.

Nordstrom, is a nice place shop. A bit pricey but it's worth it. They carry some big brand names amongst their inventory. Great customer service as well.

I've always been a Nordstrom girl, so having the flagship store so close to my office is dangerous! I personally find myself getting into the most trouble at the beauty counter. The reps are so knowledgeable and I always leave with products that I never knew I needed but are life changing. I love the Armani counter especially. The girls who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, they aren't pushy! They always work with me to find exactly what I'm looking for and they are incredibly patient. Some of the best customer service around!

High pressure cosmetic sales. I felt like a dollar bill to everyone rather than a person.

I love that there is a piano inside your store. Sometimes I'm visiting just to listen to that gentleman that plays it. :)

I am female-presenting and when I went downstairs to try on a pair of men's pants and was laughed at/mocked behind my back by the pair of employees working there. Obviously I left as quickly as possible without making a purchase. I would not feel comfortable stepping in to this particular store again.

Normally love Nordstrom but I've had some less than stellar experiences here recently. Alterations not ready on time (after having to wait 2 weeks as is) and sales people not wanting to get them since it wasn't an interaction they perceived as a commission opportunity.

Update: I m constantly amazed by how bad the customer service is at this location. Do yourself a favor, buy online from the brands you like. Top brands offer coupons and you won t have to deal with the in store disappointment.

Very clean and well maintained store. This is their flagship and it shows. They have unique offering and it's a great place to shop.

The massive and recently revamped Nordstrom Flagship is ever evolving with all things style and luxury. One thing that makes shopping here such a great experience is the sincere helpfulness and and dedication to providing a positive experience that employees in all departments here seem to possess. I make a point each time the merchandise windows are changed to admire and study the story that the merchandising director is weaving. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they outdo themselves every single season on that front. Also worth mentioning is the Santa's Workshop Pop-Up, which is hands-down the most booked and visited and place to get your picture taken with the big guy. So if you plan on trying to get your Santa pics here, book as soon as you can, or better luck next year.

Shoe shine is excellent, I get a snobby vibe from the rest of the store staff, prefer their Bellevue location.

Huge shout out to Zach in mens shoes. He was so helpful in understanding my foots need in regards to the necessary style of sneaker to help my ankle feel comfortable. I am so pleased with the process of the ordering as well. I was able to buy and pick up same day! Thanks Zach!!

I'm a Nordstrom convert. This store has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They'll help with anything, and they've taken returns for me no questions asked. Since this is a flagship store, they always have cool new events and pop-up shops going on, and they have a seriously extensive selection.

I just want to throw my money at them. I prefer to buy from them because I know if my shoes or clothing is defective I can always return them. I've only ever had to once or twice -- but it's great peace of mind.

HUGE store. Its the flagship store, so what do ya expect. Lots of items, lots of different sections in this store carrying different styles. Staff is pretty polite, usually just busy.

We did a wedding dress fitting for my daughter and it was wonderful! Heather was patient and professional and we appreciate all of her help and input.

The signature Nordstroms! If your goal is high end shopping this is the place to be. Spectacular service and great inventory of quality clothes and accessories. Great skybridge to Pacific Place mall for more shopping and dinning as well.

Nordstrom online offers super expensive prices. 2900, on Farfetch, and 3800 on Nordstrom. Great

Incredible experience. Purchased a Louis Vuitton zippy wallet and couldn't have asked for better customer service. Aaron was who assisted me. I live in Southern California and was just in town for a fun girls trip. Will definitely make trip again just for the service alone when ready to add to my LV collection. See you again soon Aaron!!!

Always appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of your staff. Every Christmas my wife and I come to Seattle from North Carolina, our first stop is Nordstrom's. After the hours of shopping there, we enjoy your lounge to relax.

Awesome store. Newly remodeled and looks amazing with lots of amazing product.

Fantastic location with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I love the selection of clothing and usually great deals can be found if you return often enough and of course at the right time.
I own several items that I purchased from the store which I really love.
The pop up stores are pretty neat as well

This is a stop every single time I get up to Seattle. I spend hours in this store. They have anything you want, from Channel to Nike! Love this place!!

I love Nordstrom, and this is their flagship store. I just hopped on the Link light rail to Westlake Station and there's an underground entrance directly to the store. The employees are super helpful but without being pushy.

As a side note, the company treats their employees very well, so I like supporting Nordstrom by shopping here.

What can I say very, very nice BUT there are 3 floors for "the ladies", 1 for "their kids" ( ) THEN just 1 for us guys AND that's the LL (aka basement).

What is not to like about Nordstrom?!The remodel has created a beautiful shopping experience. And they have a delicious organic grill.
